Action Items

(No action items were assigned during this meeting.)

Customizing Your Home Screen

  • Users can personalize their home screen by pinning projects, adding colors for quick identification, and creating stacks to group similar projects.
  • Stacks can be named, colored, and given images, and all customizations are visible only to the individual making them.

Managing Assignments and Priorities

  • Assignments across all projects appear at the bottom of the home screen.
  • Users can prioritize tasks by adding them to the "Up Next" section for better focus.

Notification Management

  • The "Don't Forget" feature lets users earmark important notifications for later follow-up, separate from the main notification feed.
  • Items can be marked as "unseen" to float them back to the top of the Hey menu, similar to marking emails unread.

Group Mentions and Pings

  • Account owners/admins can create custom groups for easier @-mentions and adding predefined teams to projects.
  • Ping groups can be renamed and assigned images to distinguish between different group chat topics.

Project Templates

  • Existing projects can be converted into templates, allowing users to replicate workflows and optionally include people, comments, and other project data in the template.

Schedule and Calendar Tools

  • Users can customize what appears in the project’s schedule tool (events vs. dated to-dos).
  • An additional schedule tool can be added to separate events from assignments within the same project.

Reporting: Overdue To-dos & Hill Charts

  • The "overdue to-dos" report consolidates all overdue tasks across projects for easy tracking.
  • The "Hilltop View" report provides a visual overview of Hill Charts across multiple projects, linking directly to each project’s Hill Chart.
