Move 1: Toe Bounce

Technique:
Go halfway around the ball, then juggle with the opposite foot
Spin the ball as you make contact in one movement
Move 3: The Crossover
Can be combined with other moves to look cool
Technique:
Juggle the ball, one foot over the top, the other foot juggles
Timing of jump and leg movement crucial
Similar to half around the world but involves opposite leg
Move 4: Heel Juggle
Simple once the technique is mastered
Technique:
Flex leg so heel is parallel under the ball
Hit through the center of the ball
Ball should go directly upwards
Move 5: The Slap
Looks complicated but is simple with timing
Technique:
Let ball bounce, step over with one leg
Behind leg slaps the ball down with the laces
Flex behind leg upwards as the ball bounces
Continue to juggle after the slap
