Man, I cannot stand my baby’s father’s family—like, the pure audacity of these people is on another level. First off, tryna take my child away from me for no damn reason? That’s disgusting, manipulative, and straight-up evil. What kind of low-life thinks it’s okay to mess with a mother like that? I carried this baby for damn near 9 months, went through all the pain, all the sacrifices, and they wanna snatch my child like they did a single thing to deserve that bond? Hell no! And the wildest part? If he was abusive, they’d still have the power to take my child from me—like, make that make sense! How does a system even allow that? You mean to tell me a mother can survive through abuse, protect herself and her baby, and y’all still wanna take her kid? That’s the most backwards, messed-up logic I’ve ever heard. All of this just makes me side-eye everybody. Like, how am I supposed to trust anyone after this? I don’t want nobody around me, not at my birth, not afterwards—nobody but my baby’s father and my best friend. That’s it. Period. Everybody else can kick rocks with bare feet. They done ruined any sense of peace I had left, and now I gotta move like the whole world is out to get me, ‘cause it damn sure feels like it. These people ain’t about love or family; they’re about control and toxicity, and I’m done with it.
