  1. Forward Details to Quote Team:

      • Greeting (e.g., "Good morning")
      • Client details referencing the sale under a current file reference (6-digit).
      • New property details for purchase.
      • Client's phone number for direct contact.
  2. Scenario of a Purchase Falling Through:

    • Client previously attempted to buy a property that fell through.
    • Provide current file reference of the initial transaction.
    • Clarify to the quote team the situation to provide context for the client.

Quote Team's Role

  • Contact Client:
    • Provide them with a quote for the new purchase property.
    • Use provided phone number to facilitate communication.
    • Ensure understanding of the client's background to provide better service.

Outcome

  • Client Decision:
    • If the client agrees with the quoted fee, they will inform the quote team.
  • File Opening:
    • Upon acceptance by the client, quote team opens a new file.
    • Notification via email indicating the file is ready for processing.
