Whatever the topics and the chapters we are studying, reading through, there are connections to these. These five concepts that are rights, duties, responsibilities, and freedom. This concept is about how the law protects the rights and the freedom of individuals and imposes obligations upon them that particularly this, this, this are your duties and your responsibilities.
As for the liability, this concept is about the legal responsibilities for the actions and the omissions. Like you have to pay for what you have done wrong. or what you didn't do, what you were supposed to do. That is what omission is.
Omission refers to not do what you were supposed to. The third is justice and fairness and morality. this focuses on the purpose of law that is justice fairness and morality it includes how and why the laws are made and enacted and enforced how the civil law and criminal law achieves justice through sentences and remedies and the link between law and morality this is the purpose and the portion right just a minute The fourth concept we have is power and its limits. This concept discusses on the limits and the powers of the people in the society, like what powers does this particular person or this particular position has in the society and how it is regulated.
This also relates to the power with legal system, that is the powers and the limits of the parliamentary people and the powers and the limits of... The government and the legal personnel, that is the judiciary and the barristers, that is their limits and their powers. That is all we discuss in this. And then there is effectiveness and certainty.
This is the concept in which we explore the aims of law, whether they are achieved or not by the system and its provision. Like, are the laws that are we making? effective and certain and this and that are the aims of the law being achieved I mean these are the total five concepts that are reflected throughout the chapters and have something and this is what the way the course is based upon so this isn't so this is all there is to it and you will further know how are they reflected in the chapters and then these are the paper assessment overview the timing the biget and the marks and the sections this is the structure of the papers and this is these are the assessment objectives and the paper distribution according to as and a2 level and for those that are going for composite years that is it for this video see you in the next one
