Costco October 2024 Shopping Highlights

These are 10 new things you should be buying at Costco this October 2024, and there's a huge selection of brand new deals for every corner of your home. We begin with a bulk cooking bargain, a two-pack of Tremontina Dutch ovens for $60 and a cream or this beautiful blue that I picked up. These are perfectly timed for all the Thanksgiving and holiday cooking festivities right around the corner. Speaking of, these brand new holiday doormats for $10 are made in the USA and are 24 by 36 inches with sayings like, let it snow and winter wishes, which means they can be enjoyed all winter long as an added benefit.

And to help combat that drier winter air, these humidifiers for $60 are one of the best deals I've seen for a two-pack. Each unit covers 475 square feet with a decently sized 3-liter tank. and colored LEDs that indicate the humidity level in the room as a fantastic feature.

In the number two spot, as this is the season for transporting food and enjoying leftovers, I wanted to flag this 32-piece Tupperware-branded set for $70 in some cheerful vintage colors. While this price sounds very expensive at a first glance, a nearly identical set is $100 on Amazon versus the $70 price at Costco. This eight-piece mixing bowl set for $25 is a new and improved version of the ones that debuted last year.

The four bowls still come in that same stainless steel color with slip-resistant bases, but they now feature these handy transparent lids that make it so much easier to identify the contents inside. If you don't need these right now, I expect the set to drop in price by $5 in December. I was eyeing this two-pack of muffin pans, now available at $15, as I've been doing a lot of baking recently with my daughter.

The silicone design makes it much easier to push and remove your creations, thanks to its non-stick pliable coating and their dishwasher safe. This Gourmet countertop oven is now back in stock at the warehouse for $100, which is lower than its cheapest sale price last year by at least $20. This new version has a full digital display, and can fit an up to 20 pound turkey. This extra large teak cutting board is reversible with one side featuring a large juice groove to help minimize any spillage while preparing your ingredients.

They are pricey at 55 bucks, so maybe more of a legacy piece you hold onto, although I could barely get a grip of these with one hand based on how heavy they are. Point three starts with a hot deal. This electric fireplace stove heater is reduced to a hundred bucks until October 22nd.

If you want to enjoy the benefits of a fireplace, but are more limited on space, this bad boy has the ability to heat up to a thousand square feet and even includes a remote. For an oscillating way to disperse your heat in a room, this more traditional Lasko whole room heater for 70 bucks is 1500 Watts and features tip over protection. At better than Black Friday pricing, This heated vest at $100 actually has the battery included, which is rare. Most others at this price sold at places like Home Depot and Lowe's often require you to buy the battery separately. This has four different heat zones and can last up to 16 hours on one charge.

I can't say these heated gloves at $100 are as enticing for me at that high of a price. But if you live in a cold climate and frequently find yourself with freezing hands, these are touchscreen compatible. and last up to eight hours on the lowest heat setting.

Once you're all decked out in your heated attire, this Greenworks snow shovel for 320 has built-in LED headlights, includes the battery, and has a clearing width of 12 inches, which is fantastic for when a traditional shovel just can't quite do the trick. With or without snow, this solo stove bonfire bundle at $280 provides a terrific, relatively smoke-free meeting point for those seeking s'mores, a bonfire, or just some good old warmth in a backyard. By the way, if you are enjoying this video, feel free to give it a thumbs up as that really helps my channel.

Point four begins with a returning fan favorite from the Costco bakery, cranberry walnut bread for $9. That's just as delicious as I remember. and lives up to the culinary reputation I've established for it inside my head. These almond and dark chocolate bites at the same price have the consistency of a chewy cookie and the essence of a decadent toffee almond cluster in wafer form.

From the Bouchard brand, which sounds unnecessarily fancy every time I say it, these mint chocolate thins for $10 are just what you'd expect, with a very pleasant yet not overpowering minty taste. there are roughly 60 pieces per pack so decent value my kids love these little bites in a chocolate chip muffin form so to find them in a pumpkin muffin offering is exciting this time of year especially when you get 20 pouches per pack for 10.49 and with some lovely giftable packaging these puff pastry cookies for 7.89 were a bit lighter than i was anticipating they are delicate and dainty but they didn't quite rock my world i might gift them to someone I like but don't necessarily love due to how presentable and pretty they happen to be. And later on in this video, I'll feature another dessert that I cannot believe exists.

For point five, this brand new Conair rechargeable vanity mirror for $30 has a sleek modern square-like design that replaces its circular predecessor. This collapsible laundry basket for $10 might look familiar to you if you were a Costco member last year. These are 24 inches by 17 inches, so quite sizable despite its collapsible space-saving design.

And speaking of laundry, these Wyatt and Ash machine washable runners for $17 are a new cost-effective and smaller alternative to the ruggable rugs I featured earlier this month. The quality felt fantastic, and I love the design choices. This six-piece bath towel set for $25 is that classic white towel look at at 30 by 54 inches and reminiscent of what you might encounter in a hotel. This four piece stackable bin organizer from the Seville brand at 27 bucks is $2 more than the version that was available last year. But this now comes with the addition of a smaller bamboo shelf on top that's ideal for anything from spices to tea and coffee.

This 11 piece storage basket set for $10 from the Mesa brand was very popular when it debuted last year. They sold out very quickly, so I was pleased to see them back in stock as a fantastic bathroom organizer. You could even store your new lipstick, lip liner, and lip gloss, all from the same brand, as part of this three-pack for $25 in a pink or mauve color. And speaking of beauty trios, this three-pack of makeup essentials from the same brand includes a bronzer, blush, and highlighter for $28. I was startled by how the women on the back of the package applied their makeup, conjuring up memories for me from the Lord of the Flies movie they made us watch in grade school that truly terrified me.

I was able to find some inner calm with these 30-inch Christmas wreaths for $50. They have 50 integrated LEDs and come in either a red or silver option. with the batteries included.

From the front of your door to the outdoors, this seven foot tree for 198 look phenomenal in person with built-in twinkling lights. And from an actual brand called Twinkly, I'm including the seven and a half foot tree with smart lights customizable from an app for 550. While I typically don't recommend buying trees this early in the season from Costco, Based on the features and size, which I clearly struggled to capture effectively with my smartphone, I expect this to sell quickly. From twinkling to a very festive sparkle, I love these icicle lights from GE for $30, where you get 9.5 feet for the price and the ability to connect up to 20 sets.

These would be fantastic for a patio, stair railing, or deck. This three-pack of hand-painted ceramic Santas for $43. are brand new to my local warehouse and look to be of excellent quality which is also the case for what i would call an adorable two-pack of holiday penguins for 45 bucks my two-year-old refers to penguins as waddle waddles and i am tempted to pick up these waddle waddles for our entryway and as a final matching option this three-piece yeti family set for fifty dollars look both fluffy and festive. If you want to proudly display your love for Bluey over Christmas, this oversized inflatable and dare I say oversized $150 price is apparently not a cost deterrent as I saw many shoppers congregated in front of this display, so I don't expect these collectibles to last.

A more traditional 46-inch angel statue at $110 is something you could enjoy and display year-round, perhaps justifying the price. as it's not purely a seasonal item. And when it comes to wrapping paper, this double-sided option from the Kirkland brand is finally back in warehouse at 13 bucks.

I always try to snag the more plaid pattern options so I can share my love of Costco wrapping paper for future birthdays and anniversaries. Point seven begins with a food item I was thrilled to see, a giant beef and pork meatball sandwich new to the Costco deli at 5.99 per pound. This is very intelligently packaged, where the slices of cheese protect the bread from any sogginess, and it even includes two large marinara sauce containers on the side. It was delicious, with a much more homemade taste than something you'd find at a chain like Subway. For a lively Halloween dinner, pumpkin and bat ravioli is $9.99 for a two-pack, and boils ready to serve in around three minutes.

If you love shrimp fried rice like I do, this offering from the Bibigo brand at $10 provides you with six easy open individualized portion bags so you can enjoy this quick prep meal over a period of time. To complete the meal, you can now find this 50 pack of veggie spring rolls from the same brand at that very same appetizing $10 price. If you are craving turkey before the big day, this sliced roast turkey breast for $7.99 per pound is not the cheapest in the world.

but I have heard good things for those interested. I know many of you love these birria and cheese pupusas, so I did want to mention they are back in a 10-pack for $15.89. The beef chili has returned to the Costco deli at $3.99 per pound, and if you have tried this before, you know just how good this tastes on a cold winter day.

This autumn green salad at $4.49 per pound is new to my local store with chickpeas, butternut squash, and everything else fall related that you might add into a salad dressed and ready to go. I have never before seen this paratha bread for $8 at Costco before, so if you have tried this, please let me know in the comments if it's tasty. I can vouch for this meatloaf with mashed potatoes, now back at $3.99 per pound, and although the meat is submerged and hidden under the tomato glaze, each pack is enough for two to three people depending upon your hunger level.

The mashed potatoes are amazing on their own, which brings me to this loaded baked potato soup, now available in a two-pack for $10. This 30-pack of all-butter dinner rolls at $6 is a fantastic deal that's returned to the warehouse a little earlier than it did last year. And if you are a fan of the Frank's Red Hot brand like we are, these spicy almonds have just that right amount of kick and are officially my newest addictive snack of the month.

In the number eight spot, I was taken aback by this DeWalt two-shelf storage rack at 200 bucks, not just because I had to stand back literally at an angle to capture this massive storage meets workstation, but I found the setup impressive with adjustable shelving, each capable of handling 1,500 pounds of weight and a metal pegboard included. For a storage solution that's more friendly for an office or a bathroom, This four drawer mesh rolling cart at $55 has returned from last year. I like the durable steel frame and the faux wood finish up top.

To assemble your new cart, you might be able to use this Leatherman 14-in-1 Multi-Tool with Sheath for $40. This could be a fantastic gift idea or a very generous stocking stuffer with a removable pocket clip and a 25-year warranty. I've never before seen this 20-pack of shoe cleaners at Costco with a specialized detergent and a $20 price. In our house, we typically rely upon magic erasers for a white shoe, but as an option to clean your shoes from top to bottom, I was very impressed with how this worked, although I do wish its price was a little lower. From cleaning your shoes to your floors, this self-emptying iRobot Roomba J6 at $500 has a 60-day dustbin capacity, but I would recommend waiting at least 30 days to pick one up.

as these should drop in price for Black Friday. Something I would pick up right now is this Bissell Little Multi-Clean at a fantastic $20 reduction, down to $70 until October 20th. This is the lowest price for which I have ever seen this beloved product sell, so for those those upcoming muddy fall days, this could be a lifesaver. For my next point, the joy of a shirt and the warmth of a jacket unite with this fleece-like shirt for men at $20. Excellent for both the fall and winter from what I can feel, and with a lighter soft texture, this men's performance quarter zip at $15 from the Kirkland brand.

Look versatile with some nice patterns, and it's made of microfiber on the front. This long sleeve crew neck for men from the Jerry brand for $10 features a soft warm interior and comes in multiple colors. For that classic flannel you'd expect to see this time of year, these men's shirt jackets for $20 have a built-in hood which I very much appreciate. And as a pant option from the very well regarded Orvis brand, these ones with lining for guys at $25 convey a more formal like appearance despite that hidden fleece lining.

For women, these straight-legged jeans from the Kirkland brand are $4 off and down to $14 until October 28th and come in two denim options. These ladies'tech hoodies at $17 from the 32 Degrees Heat brand have a more futuristic unified stretch design. My wife says these remind her of something from the Aloe brand at a much better price. These ladies'lug loafers at $33 in a dune or faux black leather. look lovely and comfortable.

To really up that level of comfort, these ladies memory foam slippers for $13 are ready for indoor or outdoor enjoyment as they are machine washable. For men, there's only one color option at a dollar more, but I'm already considering a his and hers purchase for my household based on how comfortable these felt. For kids, these fleece shirts at $15 from the Roxy or Quicksilver brand. have that teddy bear exterior for girls or a flannel reinforced look with fleece option geared toward boys and from lands in i love these reversible parkas at 20 for both boys and girls that come in numerous color choices speaking of color if you want your carry-on to stand out for my next point this lego carry-on and backpack combo in blue or red at a hundred dollars is pricey but a tremendous gift idea for any LEGO lover in your life. And to continue with some gift ideas that could occupy several kids simultaneously, this giant wooden table at $127 provides a perfect building surface for LEGO with additional built-in storage underneath.

For a younger or aspiring DIYer in your life, this workbench set at $70 from the Stanley Jr. brand is something I expect to sell very quickly. It contains nine tools, look fantastic in person, and has two ready to build model projects included. Marketed as a colossal crash, this Hot Wheels race track set at $80 might not exactly teach your child how to become a better or more responsible driver, but it is at least impressive in terms of size. Alternatively, for any Tesla fans, these Hot Wheel branded giant remote control cars at $65 or something I've never seen before.

From remote control to something rideable, this kids electric scooter at 150 is an illuminated model geared toward kids eight and older that can travel at speeds up to 10 miles per hour. For an adult or anyone who's been dreaming of an iPad, this 10.2 inch one at 230 reflects a limited time $90 price drop. although we will see similar pricing return closer to Black Friday and Christmas.

At the more budget-friendly end of the holiday shopping spectrum, this six-pack card game bundle for $20 includes a few different games from last year, with Uno, Phase 10, and many others in the Mega Pack. It's fantastic timing for holiday road trips or passing the time while you're cooped up inside. For the Costco lover in your life, these Kirkland Logo Signature Joggers at $20 are a great way to get your money's worth of cash. in either gray or black always sell extremely quickly for those ready to rep their Costco pride, while this Kirkland Signature Full Zip Sweater at $5 more is slightly more subtle and very comfortable.

And speaking of comfort, as a gift to yourself, this Leather Power Recliner at $500 has all the bells and whistles you'd expect and the ability to charge your smartphone. I was sold on the headrest alone and the price is competitive. And before I get to the bonus section, I have something special tied to my email newsletter that I send out every Monday at noon Eastern.

I'm almost at 100,000 newsletter subscribers, so I would love if you could join. I'll be running a pre-Black Friday giveaway very soon, and you'll need to be subscribed to the newsletter to see it. For our bonus section, squishmallows are everywhere and now in cereal form for $6.69 as that new and surprising food item I foreshadowed earlier. Also on the food front, I'm classifying the six pack of lobster sliders at $40 as a bonus because I'm not sure who's craving a slider this expensive, but anyhow, at least you know they exist.

With all the money you might've spent on the sandwich, at least you can save on the plates if you are serving them for a... a glitzy Halloween party, a 100 pack of 10 inch Halloween plates are $12.79. Some of the nicest looking and most formal pieces of, I can't believe it's plastic cutlery, is this 160 pack for $10.

If you are looking to elevate your typical party fare and you don't have enough utensils or space in your dishwasher for a large group of people, you won't go wrong with these. I'm a big tea drinker, so I am intrigued by this honey citron and ginger tea for $10. Something I wish I had last week when I was under the weather that I could probably drink right now if you can tell from my voice. If you're more of a cider person, this two-pack of cider and spice is $10. For more of an adult beverage, this bottle of white peach bellini for $11 is made in Italy.

And as I struggle for a segue, if you enjoy a nice dog walk after your bellini, This dog jacket at $15 is ideal if you live in a colder climate with options for all sizes. And then without any transition that I can even attempt, this Kohler elongated toilet for $230 boasts a more comfortable back with a slow close microbial lid. And before things can get any more awkward between us, let me just say thanks for watching. I love you.

Bye-bye.
