I'm going to show you how I get SEO clients by doing a cold email Outreach tur it into an SEO audit for them then I'm going to send them an estimate on how I can help them let's jump into it okay so the first thing I do to get my leads is I use getm seo.com now getm seo.com provides leads for SEO agencies from cold Outreach so what happens is after you buy um your leads like so they cost anywhere from $15 to $20 depending on how many you buy and then you're going to start getting them that are going to look like this they're going to be coming into a Google sheet so what happens is these are the messages that are sent out and then this is what the person replies so I got three hot leads already and today we're going to do uh the SEO audit on them to go over how I approach them so the first thing I do is I open up my Uber suggest um you can use whichever one you want I use Uber suggest there's also semrush or H reps depends on your preference so I'm going to audit this like so and then I'm going to get that running so while that's running I'm going to go to Google's page speed insights and I'm going to put their URL in there I'm also going to make sure that I have the right URL in there yeah okay it's the right URL so this is a DUI lawyer in where is he in he's in looks like Long Island um Luigi vigil okay Luigi vigot all right um so put that in there we're going to hit analyze it's saying entra valid URL so most likely I didn't have you don't I must have not had the space or something all right so now that that's running I'm also going to let this run and this is going to give me that that on the homepage so it's got a pretty good um score it's looks like he's got low traffic so after I do this I'm going to go to uh the traffic estimation part on it so I'm going to copy the URL once again I'm going to go to traffic overview and I'm going to put that in like so now that's going to tell me what is he ranking for currently like an estimate so if you scroll down so these are the keywords that he's current ly ranking four um D I'm going to blow this up a little bit all right so we got do lawyer so what I like to do is I like to sort by position to see what what do he got like first so he doesn't have a lot of Top 10 rankings he just got about four and they're just about DOT lawyers I guess department of traffic Transportation whatever it's called um um dot violation so he's getting some traffic out of that but I guarantee you there's a lot more that um he's missing out on so what I do now is I just scroll down and I see I try to get the keywords that have the most intent like keywords like these Luigi's and eastampton is not really relevant so what I do is I pick out 10 to 20 relevant keywords that I recommend him that are going to bring him traffic and results so I'm going to do that right now so now that that's crawled um we're going to check page speed insights from Google and so now we're going to get to the nitty-gritty of some technical problems that are preventing him from developing a good customer experience because it's slow so they' separated into two columns mobile and desktop so the desktop looks okay I mean it's it's pretty good um based on a lot of stuff that I saw but some of the stuff that he we're going to fix in the mobile part is going to apply to the desktop too because it's probably you know the same so the main problem in the death in the mobile is he's got to he's got a lot of stuff going on so usually when you use like a CMS like WordPress it's very heavy um nextg uh format so a lot of his images he's going to probably have to convert to web uh web PS instead of you know jpegs or pngs like people used to use there's definitely WordPress plugins that take care of all of this stuff so I'm going to show you that in a second uh so there's like a WordPress plugin to just reduce the JavaScript time um uh the CSS issues to Minify them uh the CSS and the JavaScript and then the images so there's a couple of Wordpress plugins that we could just install and just optimize the mobile part of it and also going down the list it looks like everything else is okay um he should have a cache so some people use cloud flare or um maybe he looks like he's using a Google CDN so he's probably using something already so that's why it's not um not like an alert in there um what else what else what else so what I could do is I could just copy this link like that and I could send it to him like so so like if I copy the link and then I'm going to open up an incognito and if the person just goes to the link it's going to have it ready for him in the format so it does pretty much all the work for me um this part of it so that takes care of that issue on the the Google end the Google page speed insights now we're going to jump back over to Uber suggest and start picking out some key terms that are going to bring him the traffic he needs because some of the key terms that he's ranking for is not really good user intent so we want to find out the keywords that are going to provide him the lead like uh a DUI DUI attorney Long Island something like that so we're going to make a list so we're going to jump into that right now so now um jumped back into the audit part of uh Uber suggest so now Uber suggest is going to look like so and it just tells us like all the stuff that is wrong like SEO wise that is hurting hem and it tells us is it hard to fix is it easy to fix and how is it going to impact the SEO so we're going to put all issues and we're just going to go through them like so um doesn't look like it's it's okay it's not terrible so basically ba basically 28 Pages have a low word count and it tells us how to fix that so it tells us which Pages have the low uh word count looks like a lot of these are blogs so um not relevant but maybe like some of these websites these website Pages could use some content on them could we don't have to I'm just it's just like if we could put it there we would so the more content and relative content that helps the user uh the better it is for that so then we could show him things like that in here we could export it to a CSV and now we're going to have that file and we're also going to have the link to the page speed insights and then we're going to put all of that together and then we're going to know what to send him and show him what we need to fix and then we could put that all together into a price and plan for him so like I like to charge it so if it's a service-based business like this with you know not a lot of pages like a service type business like a lawyer contractor dentist they're not going to have a lot of pages so typically I charge uh$ 297 to provide all the fixes for the website unless it's got a lot of fixes so this one looks like it'll fall into that range so one of the things I like to look at first is when I'm on his website I like to see where he's located number one number two see what his top service is so it looks like he's like a criminal defense personal injury and DWI lawyer so I'm going to take that information now and build my keyword list on what I recommend him to start trying to rank for so what I'm going to probably go after is like DWI Lawyer Long Island DUI lawyer Long Island uh personal injury lawyer Long Island and then I'm going to build my list around those top uh keywords so we're going to go back to Uber suggest now and we're going to look if he even has them in there and it looks like he yeah Long Island DWI lawyer so so now he's ranking I think it said p uh 30 I think it was 35 so what's going to happen now is we're going to build our list based on these so we're going to look for keyword ideas but also so this is showing that it gets 210 searches a month Long Island criminal defense attorney gets 590 so we're going to click that one that one and we're going to start adding it to our list add to list add to keyword list we're going to make a new one and then we're GNA oops we going to save it like so okay so now we're going to add them all to that list so we're going to get more so these aren't relevant right here um so we're going to go back up and I'm going to put in all right so we're going to try to search his oops we got to add it like that okay and then we're going to start we're going to search and we're going to start getting more keywords in the list here we go um personal injury lawyer long Island that's a good one um duwi I I don't know if we have that already the Y lawyer NYC I don't think he's an NYC uh well he could okay he could so I'm going to pick that one um near [Music] me actually wait near me we shouldn't pick near Mees yet because they're General generalized keywords sometimes if you see Zero search volume it's just not enough data uh most of the time there's going to be um searches on there all right we're going to try to find some more all right um we're going to try I'm going to see cuz there's Nassau County as well but it it does look like he just does he does suffix NASA I don't see a New York City address but he probably could practice there he does everywhere he does Upstate too so I mean let's see so then we could probably pick that one pick those that looks like the best bet for that one add that we're going to try for the criminal uh keywords now we're going to see if there's any similar ones for this keyword doesn't look like it okay we go back criminal L out okay we're GNA add that to our list all right so now we got a little list going so now I'm going to show you how I'm going to take that list and now I'm going to put it into my Roi tool just to kind of show them what they can expect for results because right now they're not ranking anywhere for those keywords so I'm going to show them now on the possibilities so we're going to jump right into that now okay so now I have my Roi calculator right there on the Google sheet and then I have my keywords that I exported that I think are going to do fabulous so I got about what 11 keywords that I think are going to be good so what I'm going to do is before I explain the bottom I'm going to import them so um I'll explain so we're going to go like so and we're going to put the keyword in this column the volume the volume means how many people estimate about on average a month search for that keyword that's the volume the difficulty um so I have two options as you see I have the paid difficulty and the SEO difficulty they're pretty Sim similar but I'm going to put the SEO one here and then this is the average cost per click that they would have to pay Google so the average cost per click is going to be about $26 as you can see right there my my calculator already did it so if they were to advertise on Google and payperclick probably believe even more of that depending on competition so but that's just telling them what they would pay per click so that's how we get our estimates from based on how much it's worth how much people are willing to bid on that keyword so besides that point if you scroll down below we're going to see the total monthly um traffic that they can get from that key from these keywords so if we get all these keywords they can expect about 5,500 searches a month they're probably never going to get that because not everybody's going to click even if they're on the first page not everybody clicks so there's going to be a conversion rate off of that and so this is how we could calculate so if they were to get 10% so let's say so I give them the best case and then I give them a 10% case so they're never going to probably get the best case but they will get they will get the 10% case so if they were to get 10% of this traffic it would cost them if they were to do Google ads they would probably have to pay $144,000 but they would only make 11,000 so they would probably get two conversions off of this so their conversion rate has to be better than 1% so what I do is um I look at their analytics and then we got to figure out their conversion rate typically their conversion rate could be anywhere from 1 to 5% so as they could see is as long as their conversion rate is 3% and we get them this traffic they're going to make money so if we could get 10% of these keywords 10% of this traffic which is about 556 clicks they can probably make about $83,000 off of that and we could that's how we generate our proposal for estimated income from those keywords the average cost for a DWI lawyer is around $5,000 um typically they could go a little higher and also criminal cases can be even more I just put a ballpark for 5,000 just to see just to get an average probably an average so then what I can do is I could give them like an expectation so I could say look we're going to get these keywords we're going to get maybe if we get 500 visits out of these keywords you're going to probably make $80,000 and it's only going to cost you maybe $2,500 a month for our service and it might take three to six months to get there but once you're there it's going to stay there and it's going to be consistent so that's their investment so what I do now is um I put all of this together so I put I put the ROI report together I put the proposal together and a separate sheet with the price in and then I put the SEO audit from um Uber suggest and Google page speed insights so I tell them what we need to fix what we need to work on and then I send them the price thank you for watching this video on how I get SEO clients and how I pitch them day after day after day so like I said I'm going to send this out to them I'm going to send them all the information and then I'm going to try to schedule a call to go over this with them so Prett but pretty much all of it's done already and I'm just going to wait back to hear from them and then if not you know I'm going to give them another call and a followup because sometimes you know it takes a couple calls you got to get in contact with them probably you got to touch base probably like five to seven times before even the deal happens like sometimes it does better sometimes it does worse but um I send this out and hope for the best so sometimes it hits sometimes it doesn't but the key is like I send them information right away on how I can help them I get them a special offer for under $300 to fix their problems and then I show them if I once I fix all their problems this is what we need to do moving forward to get maybe an extra $100,000 a month in revenue for them so how much is $100,000 worth to them if is it worth $2,500 a month for the work of course it is so I'm painted a picture for them for these clients they need to they need they need to see visuals because if you just say oh I do SEO you know I'm going to get you blah blah blah that you know to them that means nothing to them you got to show them if I do this you should expect this so I'm showing them if I get 10% of the traffic in maybe 3 to six months you're going to start looking at 80 to 100K in revenue from my services so what's not to love with that guys so thank you for watching
