Daily Routine Notes

Morning Routine

  • 6:00 AM: Wake up
  • Turn off alarm
  • Get out of bed and start the day
  • Open the curtains and windows
  • Make the bed
  • Check phone
  • Yoga: Practice at home
  • Meditation: 20 minutes
  • Walk the dog in the park
  • Do simple physical exercises and stretches
  • Personal Care:
    • Splash water on face
    • Wash hands
    • Rinse mouth with salt water
    • Brush teeth
    • Wash face
    • Quick shower
    • Dry and comb hair
    • Apply moisturizer
  • Drink a glass of lukewarm water
  • Water the plants in the garden

Getting Ready for the Day

  • Head downstairs to workout
  • Exercise: Jog to stay fit
  • Hang clothes out to dry
  • Call parents often
  • Wash the car
  • Ride bike
  • Read newspaper with tea
  • Put on makeup (lipstick and perfume)
  • Shave cleanly
  • Take out rubbish
  • Check emails on laptop
  • Have a cup of coffee
  • Prepare a healthy breakfast
  • Take vitamins
  • Pack lunchbox
  • Breakfast: Usually at 7:30 AM

Leaving for School/Work

  • Get dressed
  • Put on shoes, jacket, and favorite hat
  • Leave home at 7:50 AM
  • Catch the bus to school at 8:00 AM
  • Alternatively, walk or drive to work at 8:30 AM

Work/Study Routine

  • Start studying at 8:30 AM
  • Start working at 9:00 AM
  • Usually work on the computer
  • Attend meetings
  • Take lunch break at 12:00 PM
  • Nap on couch post-lunch
  • Afternoon tea at 3:00 PM with snacks
  • Finish work by 6:00 PM

Evening Routine

  • Go home by 6:30 PM
  • Leave school by 4:00 PM
  • Go to the gym
  • Grocery shopping
  • Play with pet
  • Cook dinner for family
  • Dinner with parents at 8:00 PM

Evening Activities

  • Hang out with friends
  • Load dishwasher and wipe the table
  • Clean stove and sink
