It's not about properties, it's about people. People connect with people, not with companies, not with properties. This is how you get leads.

Hey guys, today I want to talk to you about something that can really help you brand yourself better, especially on Instagram. And what I'm going to talk to you guys about is based on what we do for our clients. We work with most top realtors in all of South Florida and we help them getting followers, getting likes, views, selling more listings, going to the next level. A lot of realtors, they start with smaller listings.

and they start getting better listens because now they're able to build their social media presence. People love that. The buyers, the sellers, they just love.

With Instagram, you can have exposure, you can have attention. That's all that you need. Three months ago, I started thinking, what if I do the same thing that we do to realtors on my personal page? What if I start posting content and then I can get to 10,000 followers in three months? I actually gained 12,000 followers in the last 90 days, applying the same things that I'm going to tell you guys right now.

A question that comes out really often is, should I combine my personal Instagram with my business Instagram? And the answer is... Yes. Look at this.

People hate being sold, but they love shopping with their friends. Ryan Sarhan, he built his business, he built his brand off of showing his personal life. And he has the biggest platform, over 2 million followers on Instagram, and across all the socials, he has over 4 million followers.

He built a massive brand by showing who he is. Most realtors, they think about having a personal page and a business page, because here I can post real estate. And here I can post my family, I can post my hobbies, I can post everything that's not related to work.

But Ryan Sarhan thought, why if I can combine real estate and my personal life and attract more people? Because once you start doing that, once you start showing who you are as a person, then you're able to create authenticity. And this generates trust. And that's what you need.

If people trust you, they're going to buy from you. And with that, people are able to relate to you. People are able to feel more comfortable watching you. They're not feeling like you're a salesperson just trying to sell them real estate.

Because now you're being natural, you're just being yourself, you're just living life. I show my wife, I show my dog, I show me going to the gym, working out. Once you start being yourself, you're more relatable.

You're relatable, you show up as a human, and you bring comfort. A lot of realtors, they're so robotic because they're just thinking about business, business, business, selling. They're trying to get the next deal.

And people go to social media to entertain. So if you're just trying to sell, you're not going to get you anywhere. But then when you bring all those qualities out there, you can connect with people. They can trust you. They can feel like you're a friend.

You're not trying to sell anything. One of the best things in putting your business page and personal page together is because now this is the best part. You're able to expand your network, you know, more network opportunities, right?

Now you can share your interests. For example, like if you like golfing, post yourself playing golf. Let's say you do like twice a week. Maybe you have a country club membership.

And now you're able to connect with people who love the same thing that you do. This is not about real estate. It's about literally connecting with somebody.

Now you can provide value in other ways. And then if they need a property in the future, they're going to come back to you. Another great reason to show yourself, not just real estate. Now you're able to have better engagement. Your post is going to be more interesting.

They're going to be more diverse and dynamic. You know, people are going to come to you because they want to see who you are. You become the brand. It's not about properties.

It's about people. People connect with people. Not with companies, not with properties. The realtors who are showing only real estate, real estate, real estate, they're not getting leads. This is how you get leads.

Being yourself, being authentic, showing who you are. People just want to be part of the journey. They want to know who you are as a person. And then you go to the next step, which is, I'm a realtor and what? For example, Ryan Saen, he's a realtor and his luxury, his media.

What people talk about you when you're not there? You need to think, you're not just a real estate agent. Think who you are. This is the most powerful question that you can ask yourself to build a powerful brand.
