Okay. Meanwhile, let's go and learn about the knowledge of business and income. Let's not delay and let's go to our favorite segment, Juan. Sa pagmamahala ng negosyo, alam mo yan ang pinakamalaking sakit ng ulo ng karamihan, lalo na yung mga startup na wala pang sistema. Ang magandang balita, pwede na rin natin gamitin ito anytime, anywhere.

Ha? Ano ibig sabihin ito? Pag-usapan natin at makakasama po natin si Ferdinand or Ferdin Sanchez, okay, ng Head of Strategy and Partnership ng UTAC, okay? UTAC POS, ha?

Magandang umaga, Ferdin. Magandang umaga, Sir Chinky. Thank you very much.

Okay, give us an idea. Is this your software, POS Utak? Why did you call it Utak?

So, of course, Utak is very creative. Because we know that for businesses to run, they need a system or process by which they can operate and monitor everything that's happening in their business. So the reason why it's Utak is because, literally, we're the brain of the business, right? Everything that you need to know about what's happening in your store, may it be online or offline operations, everything is already there. So sales, inventory, and even staff attendance, basically it's an all-in-one system that you need for your business.

So that's the good thing, because nowadays, businesses are having a hard time tracking everything. If it's manual, if it's just written, it's very hard to track everything else. But for UTAC, because we're the brain of the business and it's a cloud system, What we allow the business to do is to do everything in just a tablet.

Because we're app-based. Okay, so for Dean, to make it clearer for people, regarding before we talk about the brain, what would be the disadvantage if a business has no system? So I think the most important thing here is if you don't have a system of software or anything that will make your business, that will make it easier to run a business, it...

it not just takes time, it also takes a lot of effort. You know, Sir Chinky, whenever we go into any business, time and effort is also money, right? So whatever we spend time on and whatever we spend money on, opportunity costs on the money that we could have done something else. So what we try to help our businesses to do is to use their time and effort wisely in things that will make them earn money and in things that is more efficient. and it will help their business to run.

That's the most important. When we started the company, we were thinking about how to help small businesses operate without the hassle of doing everything. Small businesses are mostly part-time owners.

They also have their day jobs, they have other things to be busy on. So the system will help them do everything without having to invest as much time and effort into monitoring it every day. And that's not all, my friends.

Maybe we need to understand. Earlier, you said that time is a waste. But you know what the biggest waste is? What they call this, karakitista, is this. If you're lazy, let's say, your inventory, or let's say, mali yung...

You're a thief. Right? What's missing to you?

Not time, small businessmen. What's missing to you? Money.

Is that right, Ferdin? That's right. Because if you don't have a system, you don't know what's missing to you. Right?

But if you have a system, at least you know what's happening. Right? You know what's missing, what's there. And your updates are real-time.

Because right now, what happens is, if you're all manual and you don't have a system, You would wait for the end of the day for your staff to summarize everything, right? And it's still manual. They will write it down, they will summarize it to your email, to your text.

And usually, that's where we have a hard time. That's why in UTAC, we enable our businesses and we empower them to have control over their business without having to take too much time of their effort in their own personal lives and also their day jobs. Okay, so right now, let's go to the solution for Dean. What can the brain do? By the way, what does POS mean?

I think the concept of POS has been around for a long time in the industry. Even before we entered the industry, we know that POS can be seen in the typical restaurants that we go to, especially the big ones. But POS basically means point of sale, meaning this is what our cashiers or staff use to punch orders, print receipts, and everything else.

But for the POS system, for us, two things are different. The first one is we are cloud-based so we don't need to wait for any manual reports anymore. But the second thing is that we're a tablet-based system. So if you can see the pictures in the videos, literally you just need a tablet. You don't need a computer or heavy hardware for you to operate your business in that way because what's important is that you have any mobile device.

UTAC app can be downloaded in and everything is there already. So it's very easy to use. It's very user-friendly. And we have a lot of stuff that we're happy with because it's easy to use our system.

So guys, let's talk about its features. First, what can it do? It can track sales, right? Of course, all sales can be recorded, right?

Correct. So besides the sales tracking, we also have inventory tracking which is very important. Because we need to check our inventory count in our sales count. Because otherwise, if it doesn't check, you'll lose your inventory or there are sales that you can't declare.

That's the first one. Second is, you also have staff attendance. So right now, most of our restaurants, they buy a separate biometric system like the fingerprint. But what's good about us is everything is there already. So as you can see in the tab earlier, we have staff attendance, inventory, sales, even expenses tracking like this one.

and also the capability to be able to see your profit margins based on the cost of goods of every item sold. So, what's good here is almost everything you need in business is there. Product performance, reports for everything that your business, month-on-month comparisons, year-on-year comparisons. Everything that you'll need basically to inform your decision-making is already there.

All of the basics are covered and even more. So, that's what we want to enable. mga kliyente natin or mga customers and small businesses who actually want to have a system that is affordable and also very easy to reach.

Like for example, magpapapromo po kayo. Hindi yung feel nyo lang, ah sige magpapromo tayong ganito. No, check first what are the weak products and what are the strong ones. Of course, Ferdin, if you're going to promote, are you going to promote the weak product or the strong product?

Of course, the weak one. Because if it's a strong product, sometimes it sells itself. But if the product is weak, we need to do something. For example, in our pricing, or even in terms of our marketing, we need to strengthen it. capabilities.

So, yun yung una. Pero, kunwari, malakas rin yung produkto, pwede rin natin i-market yan. Kasi, ibig sabihin, alam natin na performing well siya, bakit hindi pa natin i-exceed ng much, much better.

So, may trends din tayong makikita, no? So, kunwari, makikita natin na yung mahinang produkto, hindi na siya bumibenta. Baka dapat, hindi na natin siya... You can't sell it because no matter what we do, you can't sell it at all. You did marketing, you lowered the price, but you really can't buy anything.

So, it's not black and white. You can analyze data in many different ways. But what's good about this is you have a trend analysis.

Not just one day, not just one week. Actually, our sales data is historical. So, our clients in 2018, they still have their 2018 data.

And there's a graph that you can see everything. So, that's very important. You know, informs your decision-making processes. If you need to lower the price, you increase the price, depending on the trend you see for your business. Great, great.

You know, currently for Dean and for the Karaketista, I also have a system that I use now. So, this helps me in understanding what the promo we're running is. Because what is the best selling and what is the strongest selling? And when is the strongest selling and what is the strongest selling?

So, ito yung mga information. Napakaganda naman talaga. So, next, ang question naman. Baka yung cost for Dean, magkano naman ang cost?

Oo, kasi baka masyado naman mataas. Afford ba? Yes, of course. Yun yung gusto natin. Kasi alam mo naman, Sir Chinky, I'm sure you're very familiar with a lot of our POS systems out there.

It's really expensive. That's why a lot of us want this. Mga magkano?

Bigyan mo kami ng idea. So, yung normal POS provider. our POS systems, the big ones or the full-blown POS systems, it would really take around six digits, around 100,000 to 100,000. So that's the normal price, the ones we see in our fast food restaurants. But for us, you just need to pay 1,500 per month.

So that's our software. That's how cheap it is. Because if you have your own tablet, I'm sure a lot of business owners nowadays have tablets at home that they don't use. Or phones.

Any mobile device that will make it easier for your business to run, available yan sa'yo and you just need to pay 1,500 per month.

Yes, correct.

Because ang 1,500 system natin, no. It's basically you have all of the features or not. So for us, it's a flat rate. All of our features are available at P1,500.

Of course, if you buy hardware from us, it's different. But tablets are just cheap nowadays. It ranges around P15,000-P20,000.

So it's minimal. And if you buy the tablet from us, it's already there. So it's like you have a new device.

So guys, listen carefully. P1,500. For your business system to be in order.

It's very expensive. Not only that, it's also very good, friends. Imagine if you hire a person to do that, if you hire a person to operate it, how much will you earn?

Minimum, 15,000. But now, 1,500. You can do a lot. It's really great. Last question, maybe.

If we compare this to the most popular systems now, like Shopify, how can you compare your system with theirs? So, of course, our industry is a bit different. Our industry is a bit different. Because for us, it's also focused on the brick-and-mortar operations or for those not familiar, the physical in-line stores that we have. So, we mix those up.

But what's good about UTAC is that during the pandemic, we're evolving the software. We're evolving our product. So, right now, we also have what we call UTAC Online, which is basically an online ordering system for our clients.

And it comes for free. So it's basically a free website that we provide to our clients so that, for example, their customers will order from them. They don't have to do it through Facebook or Instagram anymore, which is very tedious because you have to do everything manually. For us, we have an online system that when your customer orders from there, it's directly to our software. And we don't get any commission fees for it.

So that's the best thing about it. Wow, that's great. I'm sure you're very familiar with how our usual options and alternatives out there. Medyo mahal siya for our starting businesses.

It can be tedious, especially if you're a one-man team. So for us, what we enable them to do is to have an online ordering system to streamline the entire ordering process so you don't have to manually put it in. That's great. It enables and it empowers our MSMEs to do online business without having to break the bank, which is very important.

Okay, Ferdin, we need to be quick. Last two questions. How many clients do you have at the moment?

Currently, we actually have 2,000 to 3,000 businesses all over the Philippines already. That's great. It's big.

We have clients in Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao. And wherever you are, because we're a plug-and-play system, it's easy to use. Okay, and then next, can you name a few that are kind of familiar?

Even if it's just two or three, your system is already using them. Yeah, actually, what I want to name the most is the one we have later, which is Chicken Stop Magenhawa. So, I'm also a fan of Chicken Stop, right? Yeah. So, Chicken Stop Magenhawa has been using UTAC for a while, actually.

But also other big brands like for example, Frankie's and even like Avocadoria. A lot of these brands are actually using UTAC already for their stores because they have realized and even like Chicken Juicy of San Miguel, they have realized that it's very important to have like remote monitoring of the business. So they don't need to site to site visits anymore. Lahat yan sa cloud system na. Ika nga namin, it's all in the cloud.

Kung may utak ka, di maganda. Kung may utak ka ba? Yan ang tanong.

O yun na yung mga friendship. Ang kagandahan kasi, like for example, ikaw nasa bahay ka, yung operation mo nasa iba, hindi mo na kailangan puntahan kasi sa internet base nang makikita nyo. Okay, last question na.

Saan kayo makukontak? Paano kayo makukontak ng mga taong nakikinig at mga ika nga nagnanegosyo ngayon? Opo, so it's very easy for you to contact us. You just need to go to our Facebook page.

Facebook.com backslash utak EOS and you can also visit our website it's at utak.io or utak.ph So, you just need to send us a message. Our team will get in touch with you as soon as possible. And then, we can set up a demo meeting so that you can see how the UTAK system works. Because what we showed you earlier is just a glimpse of what we can offer. We can definitely offer much, much more for your business and we can help you.

So, yes. Okay. Ferdin, you're alive.

You're really proud. Thank you very much. How old are you, Ferdin? How old are you? I am 22, sir.

Wow, that's really annoying. Oh, wow. Or you're more than half of my age already. Yes, but you're still alive.

Do you own this or do you have a partner? No, we have co-founders that have started the business ever since 2018. But most of our team is very young. So a lot of our team Like around 20s 13s Ay nukop Pwede bang pwede ako dyan? Pwede bang sumali sa team nyo?

Eh para namang Bumata rin ang ano ko So Ferdin I'm really so happy With your achievement Ang gagawin na lang natin After the Please send me your number So para makapag-usap tayo Mabuhay kayo Okay So kontak nyo na lang ha Si Ferdin Sa utak.io Maraming maraming salamat Thank you po Sa ating pagbabalik, usapang food business naman tayo para pagmamanage ng negosyo sa kabila ng quarantine restriction ang ipinapatupad sa bansa. Rocket Science will be right back. Hello, my name is Annalisa Ruz.

I would like to thank the International Consultant for the opportunity to meet you and to talk to you. Thank you very much. Good day to all of you. I am Daniel Saking from Tuigarao City. I am here to help Sir Ching Quy Tan with Rocket Science Kitang Kita Ang Kita and Sante International.

This is a great help for my e-loading and clothing business. Again, thank you very much. God bless.

Thank you very much to Rocket Science, 1PH, and Sante International for giving me additional funds for additional goods that I will buy in the future. And thank you very much to Sir Gene Kitan for his tips on savings and businesses. Again, I am Bernadette Salas from Tarlac City, the winner of 2,000 funds from 1PH.

Thank you very much. Welcome back to Rocket Science! Every day, every Saturday, we see each other.

This is a friendship. If you're driving, I hope you learned from our first guest. It's really beautiful. The brain.ph is really different. Their brain is really good.

So this is a good opportunity for some people who want to build their food business.

But now, quarantine is continuing, so they're having a hard time. What we're going to do now is talk about what other discounts they have for this fight. So we have already invited one of the managing partner of ChickenStop.ph, no one else but Mom Ness Zamora. Hi, Mom Ness. Hi, good morning po.

Wow, you're so young. You're our characters. How young are you, Madam? I'm just 30 years old. You're still young.

You're half of my age. Okay, Mam Nesh, tell us. What made you start this chicken stop business?

Yes, sir. I'm a chicken stop business. Before the pandemic, we already had a dine-in restaurant, the Canto Paris.

It's a full restaurant. However, because of the pandemic, like most of us, we had a hard time because there was no dine-in. And then, of course, we have operational expenses that we have to pay.

And of course, we have staff who also rely on their work. So, We had to think of a way na masusustain pa rin yung business and also helping our staff have income pa rin kahit na hindi ganun kalaki. Kasi of course, medyo magda-downsize tayo.

So we came up with this innovation project, Chicken Stop PH. We tried to think of something that was quick, tastes good. And... pwede sa kahit sino especially meron nag-work from home kailangan mabilis lang nandyan na yung food nila pwedeng delivery yun mabilis lutuin and of course medyo nakaka-feel good so we came up with super fried chicken and dips it's not your regular fried chicken kasi we fry it we double fry it para crispy siya and then to add a twist we have different dips na um, pasok sa mga taste ng iba't-ibang tao.

Ayan. Sige nga. Meron nga silang pinadala dito, mga friendship, ha. May pinadala sila dito.

Ayun, no. Umabot. Super fried chicken.

Pero, eh, syempre naman, ang tanong, masarap ba? Yan ang tanong. Yes.

Why don't you answer? I will taste it. Oh, you will taste it.

Oh, this is whole. This is whole chicken. Yes, po. Fried whole spring chicken. Whole spring.

I will take one now. We will try it. Okay, while I'm getting it. Tell me, what's the difference between this chicken and other chickens? It's not the usual big chicken that we see in our usual chicken stores.

This is spring chicken because we want it to be juicy. That's our chef who cooks. So we want it to be juicy, we want it to be crispy. And then, it's easy to eat.

It goes well with rice, salad, and waffles. It can also be eaten alone. Here it is, Friendship MOT, Moment of Truth. Let's see.

Mmm. Mmm. It's delicious.

The flavor and the taste are all very good. Let's not talk about this. It's delicious! It's amazing! Question.

Do you have a saying that your chicken tastes like this? Do you have a saying? I do. You can say it like that.

I'm like, it's a bit spicy. It's a bit spicy. But there are dips in the chicken stock. So there's still a difference. There's truffle, soy garlic, buffalo for those who like spicy, and honey mustard.

It's a good thing if you're also watching K-dramas because you'll usually see it in Korean dramas. Our chicken is Korean-inspired. Wow! This is it!

Friendship! I haven't tried it yet because we're still on the show. Well, anyway, here's the question.

How much did you spend when you started this business? The investment, you can't have a physical store because we already have a physical store present. So, what you need is...

are the fryers, the raw materials, and of course, the boxes, and then the papers, and then the dips, and all the containers that you need, and the payment or the salary of the staff. How much did you charge? Around less than 1M, including the store. No, if there's no store, just at home. Maybe half.

Half? Yes, because our products are a bit expensive. Our fryer, our boxes, because they are wholesale. If you need to print it, that's it.

So one box, how many are those? How many chickens are there inside? One box, you can order solo. It's one chicken.

It's good for around 2 to 3 persons depending on the appetite. And then, the double deal, we only have two variants. It's the solo and the double deal.

The double deal, two spring chickens, good for 4 to 6 packs. So, that's the double deal. How much is the solo chicken? Php288.

How much is the double deal? Php500. Oh, it's cheaper.

Double deal is better. Yes, sir. And it includes 4 dips for double deal. 500?

Is the price right? Yes, sir. You should have made it 499. Actually, we were a bit tired because the price of raw materials is unpredictable and it's rising lately.

So, yun. Hindi po kami makapakalim. Yun yun, isang challenge.

Yes. So ngayon, ito yung tanong. Kailan kayo nag-start ng mag-operate yung chicken stock na napakasarap?

Grabe. 2020 po. December 2020. December 2020, when the pandemic hit, actually, it hit again now.

Did you recover? Getting there. Getting there. Because the prices fluctuate.

But so far, we're happy to say that we're not just surviving, we're thriving through the pandemic. Because of online, we rely mostly on online sales because those who walk in are rare. That's right. How many do you sell on a monthly basis?

Just here in Chicken Stop? We usually sell 40 to 50 chickens in a day. Oh, 40 to 50, not bad.

Yung solo, yung solo, no? Solo yun, yung solo. So 40 to 50 in a day, maganda na rin po yun. So ito yung question naman, no?

Ikangay, paano pwede mong turuan yung mga ibang tao naman na nagninegosyo ngayon? Ng mga, syempre, nahirapan din sila. Anong pwede mong bigay na tips sa kanila?

Siguro po, First, we learned from our experience that we can't force it because we are used to not continuing it. Like let's say, in the dine-in, we push it. But sometimes it's not really going to work because like that, when it comes to dine-in, there are a lot of operating expenses and a lot of waste because our sales are not like pre-pandemic.

So we have to... to adapt to the changing times we really have to adapt um resistance to change i think we should really think about how we can um innovate our current products because we will also be unique um and then one thing that really helped us searching kino is really having um a community it's very helpful now not only in business actually um also for personal and um It's also a big help for your business. The one where you have a community or a group because it's like a foundation for your support group for your business, for your questions.

If you have questions, how did you do this? So yeah, it's a big help. And then, online marketing, it's a bit hard to adjust when it comes to shifting everything online, especially when you're in a group. having a physical store. So we shifted to online, really maximizing social media, social media, online delivery platforms, all streaming platforms, it's really hard, it's very time-consuming, but in the end, after some time, Puhunan talaga kayo ng relationships with your customers.

Mag-re-reap din kayo ng benefits after some time. Yes, po. Yes, yun nga. Yung sinasabi natin na community po, ginagawa niyo ba Facebook group?

Private group to public group? Meron pong private, meron pong public group. Okay. So now, the next question is, are you the one who franchise this business, Chicken Stap or not? Not yet.

Because right now, it's still new. We're still focusing on the system, establishing the system and establishing our brand. But we're also about to go there.

We just want to make sure before we offer it for franchise, it's really good for franchising. Right now, we're still tweaking. We want to make sure it's pandemic-proof too. That's great.

So this is the last question. For those who want to order Chicken Stop, it's really legit, it's delicious. Thank you. So how can you contact them? How can they order?

You can contact us through Facebook. It's facebook.com slash chickenstopph. On Instagram, it's ph.chickenstop. And then we have branches in Maguinhawa, Marikina.

There are two branches in Marikina. There's one in Cepeda Street and there's one in Lilac Street, which is where most of the food businesses on that street are. And then there's one in Lagro. We have two branches in Lagro. One in Bristol and one in Ascension Avenue.

So, there. Contact them. So, try this Chicken Stop. Wow. Thank you so much, Nesh.

Thank you for joining us. Thank you. Okay.

Let's go drink. For customers, it's an online-based coffee shop or coffee and we're going to introduce the unique flavors of their tea and coffee. We're going to be with the co-owner right now of Prism Cafe, none other than Grant Zuniga.

Hi, good morning, Grant. Hi, Sir Chinky. Good morning. Thank you for inviting us. How old is Grant?

I'm only 24 years old. You're so young. You're so annoying.

Start young. Yes, 24 is 22. If you add your age, you're not just 46. Tito Chinky is older. He's like a turtle. I'm like a roe deer.

Okay, how did this Precinct Cafe start? Actually, sir, Prism Cafe started during the pandemic. My partner and I was thinking of a business that will start. But since we are avid drinkers and we are chefs by profession, I was trained here in the Philippines, in the States, and in Italy. And my partner was trained in the Philippines and in France as well.

So we take both of our knowledges. To create something special since we're also avid drinkers. We're also tired of the current beverage market.

So we used our unique and special ideas in creating this Prism Cafe that we built. Actually, we started in May and we started as an online-based cafe. We didn't have a physical store last May. We were only relying on online orders and we were very fortunate enough to be blessed with supportive friends, families, and networks, and even social media communities that are very supportive of small businesses.

So it's one of the reasons why our business also grew. And then currently, we actually just recently opened our physical store. three days ago and we had our launching around two days ago and we were welcomed with the outmost like warmest um welcome from everyone so we were very grateful for that. So tell us, of course there's a lot of coffee here, right?

Yes. What makes it unique? Why do we order from you, Grant?

Actually what makes us unique from marketing standpoint is our bottles are very unique in the market because we use an intelligent can sealing machine. We're in every time we make an order, everything is fresh from the ingredients that we use, from the sauces that we use, from the fresh fruits that we use, we cut them fresh for every order. And then with the can intelligent sealing machine, we retain and maintain the quality of the products for for most of the time but we also have a shelf life for our drinks for maximum experience.

Okay, let's talk about the radio stations. Normally, when you go to a coffee shop, you put it in a paper cup or in a mug, right? But for them, it's different. What's the technology? Tell us, tell the radio stations to describe it because they can't see it.

Okay, picture this. It's like drinking... fruit milks, fresh drinks and beverages, handcrafted beverages, but like sealed the way soft drinks are sealed.

We have a pop can at the top. So you open it, it's like you're drinking soda. You open it from the top. And then it's like you know, you know, friendship, you know, what are the Coke-in cans?

Yes, definitely. Coke-in cans. But instead of aluminum, we use PET bottles. Yes, it's like plastic.

But the... The top is like the one in the Coke can, right? Yes, correct. So the question is, what is that machine used for? What is the machine used for to seal it?

Actually, we were inspired from the videos and some of the series that we were watching on Netflix. And then we tried to source the machine. And then we found out that it's only available in China, in Taiwan.

And then suddenly, there was a... All of a sudden, someone came out on my newsfeed. There's this someone that's selling the machine.

But it was based in Lipa. So we had to go to Lipa and search the machine. And then we started the business mall. We started online.

And then as we progressed, we were able to save enough money to create our physical store. Wow, that's great. So this machine, they're really a dealer here? Or it just happened that they have it?

Yes, it just happened that they have it. Actually, we're... We are planning to expand the business as well. So we got a new machine that is coming on the end of September. The new machine can seal smaller bottles, even bigger ones, and even aluminum cans.

So the variety of products will be wider. Oh, and by the way, something that makes us unique from other beverage and coffee cafes is that We also serve cocktails, matcha, cold brew, teas, and fruit milk. So it's a really wide variety of choices for everyone. Good, good. So that's your unique selling proposition.

So more or less, how much? Our price per product? Average? This is our menu.

Most of our products will start from 120 all the way up to 250 pesos. Our teas are around 150 to 150. Our cold juice is the same. And then our cocktails are a bit expensive since we're using alcohol and fresh fruits. Wow, not bad, not bad.

But it's still fair because it's compared to the... And what's nice about it as well is 650 ml. So it's already 100 ml less than your bottle of wine. Ganun lang siya.

Almost as the same as a bottle of wine lang din. So malaki rin siya. Malaki yung... It's really big. Oo.

So sulit na sulit. Eh, itong question naman. Sana na nakakarating ang inyong negosyo as of right now?

Actually, we are very grateful for the support. Not only from our friends and families. But... We have a lot of patrons. We are based actually in Villamor, Pasay City.

But we have patrons all over Metro Manila. Actually, NCR Plus. Because there are also buyers of us who deliver in Laguna, San Mateo, Rizal, QC. Even going up to Bulacan, we reach out.

What are the bestsellers here? What are the bestsellers that you can offer to those who are listening and watching? Our best sellers are Ube Berry Milk because of its unique and well-constructed flavor profile.

Which is very Filipino as well that we are very proud of. We made our homemade ube berries, I mean ube sauce and then we put fresh strawberry fruit chunks in our bottles. And then one of our... Best is the strawberry ade and their cocktails as well. It's not a joke.

It's for drinks, online drinks. Usually, our clients order a lot of cocktails and then send them to their friends. And then they just party inside their house because of the current pandemic situation. Can I order from you? It looks delicious.

It's really good for radio. It's really good. If you can see it, it looks delicious.

It just looks like it. We will not taste it. Okay, we will send you drinks. Oh, I'm embarrassed. Don't send me drinks.

It's okay. Okay. I heard that you opened a store yesterday. Yes. What happened?

Actually, as I said earlier, We started as an online cafe, as a cloud cafe last May. And we didn't have a physical store then. We were just doing the orders in our house.

And there were so many orders, and so on. We were super blessed. And then we were able to save money. Actually, we started the business with only 30,000 pesos. Wow!

That's amazing! Yes. That's all we invested.

Actually, what we invested the most is the machine. That's all we invested. pinampapuna namin.

And then moving forward, tsaka po kami nag-invest slowly but surely we were able to invest our own ice machine and then we were able to invest to our own mga other equipments like coffee machine and then yun nga po, we were able to save as well for our physical store which we recently opened around two days ago. So more or less magkano na bentan nyo ngayon? Yung mga sa online online more or less per month? Per month, we have 2,000 to 2,500 bottles. Wow, that's great!

I'm impressed. You're touching it. Thank you.

You're touching it. It's so... And...

In contrast... Oh, go ahead. We wouldn't really made it this far and continue to progress as a small business if it wasn't for our strategic marketing solutions that we bought here in our online cafe.

And also, for communities that are very supportive of food, like Let's Eat Pare and Go Negosyo, we were able to generate a lot of business in those social media communities. So, the next step we need to do is to expand and scale. I hope you can also create a franchising system so that you can also give other people the opportunity to ride with your brand in the PreSim Cafe.

What do you think about that? Yes sir, actually we are on the works already of standardizing and fully preparing our business into franchising it. Because we've had a lot of clients and even peers during college and even our workmates before that wanted to venture on the same business and wanted to franchise.

Because they really see the value of the product. because we've really taken care of the brand value that we have we stay true to our brand value oh this is really a unique um way of selling beverages and not not only unique they're also very good based from our clients um our reviews we're just making everything perfect before we move on to franchising it Right now, maraming nakikinig at nanonood ngayon. Siyempre, gustong matry ang inyong product, yung Prism Coffee.

Grabe talaga. Ulitin natin yung mga bestseller niya. Yung ube, number one.

I think yung strawberry. Yes po. Tapos, ano pa yung coffee, definitely. Matcha, I think, also. Coffee, definitely po.

Oo, ano pa? Ano pa yung isa pa? And then, yung mga cocktails natin.

We also have the strawberry mojito, the white sangria, and then the escandalo. Escandalo po is our... version of margarita and it has the different flavors inside.

Is there a healthy orange drink? Yes, sir. Actually, our teas, we brew it fresh every order. So, we have hibiscus tea, and then we have rose tea. We also have strawberry earl grey.

So, most of our tea lines, they're very healthy. Okay, so next question. How can I order and where can I contact you? You can try and check us out at Facebook at Prism Cafe and then at Instagram again at Prism Cafe.

And then you can also order through our website. It's www.prismcafeph.com And we're also available in Foodpanda and JRBot. Do you also use utak.ph?

Actually, sir, my partner and I were planning to use utak before. But with our previous budget, we still can't afford it. What we did was we're just manually doing everything but we have a small system that's very handy and helpful for us. Actually, Nesh is one of our avid customers and clients. And we also buy our chicken from Nesh even if it's far away because it's delicious.

Yes, wow. Let's support one another. Let's help each other especially those who are... Thank you very much again, Grant.
