Okay, so uphill. We've got a post or push leg and a swing back to pull leg. When you find that rhythm, going uphill becomes a lot easier. The things that I spoke about in going upstairs also still apply. That is, you don't need to push your heel into the ground because that will rotate you back down the hill.
You also want to let your thighs yaw a little bit and think of going heel over heel. Because I've got a naturally to the left oriented pelvis, I let my right hip kind of lead or go through the saloon door first but honestly not trying to step and stand up is the biggest thing so staying a little bit squatted getting on that mtp joint heel over heel letting the thighs yaw my down leg is my left it pushes my right swings back to me go give it a try
