reason why a lot of people run into issues because their CPN isn't what form attic just like a social security number as you can see right here right so this step I'm going to actually show you how that's done and what that means right so let's take this for instance if you had a CPN or you you know you had a CPN before or you're thinking about building a CPN it needs to start with your first three numbers the same first three numbers that your social security number starts with and I'm going to explain why we're going to hold our question to the end guys we got a lot of people in a lot of people coming inside live video training we're live right now so I'm going to run this down all right if you're just coming in you will have access to the replay now let's take this for instance I just said something right may may have went over a lot of people's says the first three numbers of your CPN numbers most likely should be identical to the first three numbers on your social security number on your real social the CPN first three numbers need to match the first three numbers on your CPN as your as your social all right so I'm going explain why what there are three things that make up a CPN or three things that make up a social security numbers three components first one being first three numbers right which is called an area number the second set of numbers is called a group number and the last four numbers is called a serial number right so let me say that again the first three numbers that's we're going to go over here as you look on the screen right now the Social Security Administration says this is ssa.gov breaking down the SSN numbering scheme it says the number has three parts a ndit SSN is composed of three parts the first set of three digits is called an area number the second two digits is called the group number and the last four digits of a social security number is called a serial number this really important you may be wondering why I'm even going over this well the first three numbers of your Social Security number is a sign based off the state that you were born right where the state that the social security number was issued as you can see right here on Steve Mor it says this three-digit encoder identifies where the car was issued not where the person was born but it's kind of tricky when you look into it as actually is when the weekend on some crazy [ __ ] but then you got the money Getters right you got the people that want to get to the money and they understand that a CPN can't be used the PG that's going to lower the that you're using the CPN and the state that should try merging the CPN that way you won't run into any red flags because these lenders financial institutions banks credit card companies all now are using verification software a verification tools they're implementing implementing to be able to combat CPN fraud things like this right they spend a lot of money making sure that they're not taking any losses right they're risk lenders so anytime that they see a risk they're going to spend money to be able to detect risk and if they detect the risk guess what you're going to be denied right another thing that will get you denied is address we'll go into that later on the video so important right let's recap when you're building out your CPN if you're in Florida what you want to be doing will be randomized numbers and I'm going to show you that later on down in the video all right so what's happening is you got a lot of people that are going to irs.gov and what they're doing when they go to irs.gov is they're trying to use EIN numbers right they'll go to apply for an EIN number they'll go down they'll go through this entire process process of applying for EIN number and trying to use a CPN make it pass as a social right or as a CPN and it's not going to work and I'm going to show you why right just how I broke that down showing y'all how important it is right for this area number to be done properly if you're using an IRS issue EIN number then you can't even goad select what type of number you're going to be using you can't select the area number it's going to give you a random area number and it's going to start with a eight most likely right start with a number that is in a state that probably has not been issued or start with a area number that has never been issued to a state or assigned to a state so what'll happen is let's go for show you guys an example if we go down to 800 this is most likely going to be what the IRS is going to issue a lot of y'all that' be crazy to go get a two that's a leure Leisure Leisure based vehicle and secondly that Leisure based vehicle they ain't going to appreciate they going to crash that [ __ ] when I tell people to get in the car rent industry get into economy cars Honda Accords your Nissan ultimas I don't know the Nan gang kind of crazy too but your Nissan Ultimus right get into your Hyundai elantas people are more likely to rent those cars stay in those cars for a longer period of time because one more affordable right you can reach more people a lot of people don't have the money to go put down on the car so they going to rent the car from you go do Uber East door Dash Uber live whatever and they going to pay you every week for that car so even if you making $500 a week on the car 1,500 in positive cash flow because the car overhead may be about $500 so you might $100 Insurance Plus a $400 car note you buy the car from a Buy Here Pay Here lot you can go to a Buy Here Pay lot get cards for ,000 down if you got $110,000 credit card use that 10,000 leverage that 10,000 to go get 10 Vehicles plus you have insurance Cs and all that register all the cars in one of the five states that don't require sales tax register current register the current one of the five states that don't require sales tax Alaska Delaware Montana New Hampshire organ one of the five states that don't require sales taxes purchase of vehicles you go to take 10 of those cars no sales tax you just saved hell of money now those cars are cash flowing guess what low maintenance the low low low maintenance cost your Lambo truck and all that that you're trying to get go bust a tire on that Lambo truck that's $700 you got it cuz somebody going to drive it like they stole it one ding on there guess what another thing you could even with people that come with no car insurance they need to have transferable full coverage compreh iive and collision car insurance to cover the cost of the vehicle when they get into your Lambo truck guess what the insurance companies are now not covering people and not transferring Insurance because people are going from full coverage on a Honda Court going to Miami jumping in a Lambo truck trying to drive a Lambo truck that they don't even know how to really put in Drive crash it and insurance don't want to cover them don't go don't don't do the lambo truck if you want to get into the car rental game if you want get into the car rental game you can make seven figures by having economy cars cars that are more affordable more people are more likely to spend $500 a week $300 a week you got 10 cars doing what you got 10 cars doing 500 a week multiply that right times 4 that's a whole month 2,000 let's let's subtract the 500 that would be our overhead then we multiply 1,500 times 10 cars on your initial investment of $10,000 you're making $115,000 a month multiply that times 12 those cars have made you $180,000 at the end of the year in positive cash flow with some buy Here payir cards that did did not require any credit didn't require any credit no credit was needed for those cars so people look over to buy hair pay hair Lots and I don't know why they try to go to the a lots go to these Bots buy ha pay hair Lots where they where they offer in-house financing you're not even using your credit you don't always need credit the credit was initially to be able to obtain the first initial investment that may have been $10,000 you put a th000 down on each car you acquire 10 cars even if you go to different buy here pay here lots guess what when you talking about insurance I just told you most people don't have insurance to cover your Lambo truck but you can get aliance right aliance insurance covers up to $80,000 so people that don't have insurance they can go sign up for aliance and you can upsell them right so if you don't have insurance you tell them okay aliance charges $11 a day you can charge that client 20 $21 a day bringing you in $10 additional Revenue every day just by giving them insurance that they don't have because your company provides insurance but from a third party they don't have to know about that when you sign a lost damage waiver and ldw waiver and all this [ __ ] at Enterprise hurts AIS yes third party insurance that is covering you and they're upselling you it's the name of the game it's business is business so if you don't you need to learn business you need to learn a money game just show you to do $180,000 easy annually 15,000 a month positive cash flow 15K a month you scale it up 20 cars how many people need cars how many people don't have a major credit card nobody's going to steal your Hyundai alantra they're more likely to steal your Lamborghini so it lowers the risk they're more likely to crash your Lamborghini they're more likely to damage a Lamborghini stop trying to rent out the Lamborghini I just gave you a whole year you can go buy a Lamborghini cash now that's your Lambo why you got this you know scaled up got 20 cars now now you're doing $30,000 a month possibly quick hustle easy hustle don't require a lot I know why people Overlook it it's it will get you in the door next thing you know hey man look man you might need to you got platforms now that allow you to do this [ __ ] they they make it easy for you you got people now that are going on Facebook Marketplace looking for cars now and believe it or not you building up your client you got to run it like a business but you need to know customer acquisition you got yep you can put yep listing and boost yep listing right it might cost a little bit but you can boost your yep listing get to the top of yep so you have more visibility Google display ads guess what people when they go go look up something on iPhone Maps Apple Maps car rental near me that's Yelp so if you're not on Yelp you can go look at it now if y'all on Apple right now go to Apple Maps and go look up Apple Maps when you go to Apple Maps and type in car rental it's going to pop up the nearest car rental near you that's yep so the people that are in your area in your vicinity they need to be you need to be there so that they can be able to find you especially if you're in a high traffic area or a high frequently traveled area like Houston or Dallas or LA or around La or even if you're close to these cities Atlanta Miami even if you're close to these cities y'all go get Mustangs people rent Mustangs now get a Mustang it's $188,000 easy money it's money to be made you just got to okay okay how do we do it right short-term rental platforms right you want all that now let's break this all the way down so if we had 49,000 USD divide by 12 that puts us at around 4,100 so let's take 4100 which would be our monthly overhead cuz this one most likely has all utilities included like the other one the other one had utilities included most likely this one will have utilities included y'all can go y'all can go look through the details of it once you get on here but let's say for instance it does have all utilities included so we know we 41 $100 a month Max divide that by about 25 days on average that will be booked that's $164 a night that you would need to make but this is the Dubai Waterfront so let's say we're at $450 per night for a unit like this full Waterfront you got professional photography multiply that times 25 that's 11,000 250 subtract 4 4100 it's bringing you $7,150 a month in cash flow one property on autopilot on the low end not including weekends and holidays that you can use Smart Pricing and raise the price in certain times of the year where you'll get 1,00 a night 12200 a night 2,000 a night depending on what's going on so you can use something like air DNA air DNA help you with pricing right so you see how Dynamic pricing boost your Revenue with smart rates you'll be able to understand what's happening with the trends and what's coming up and it'll give you
