  • Each chakra has its functions and is controlled by certain thoughts.
  • Closing chakras leads to illnesses, while opening them improves health and energy state.

Description of Chakras and Their Functions

  1. First Chakra (Earth Chakra)

    • Location: base of the spine.
    • Functions: survival instinct, self-confidence.
    • Problems: fear, anxiety; diseases of the lower limbs and bones.
    • Solution: eliminating fears and doubts, building confidence.
  2. Second Chakra (Sexuality Chakra)

    • Location: just below the navel.
    • Functions: sexual energy, feelings of guilt and sorrow.
    • Problems: disharmonious relationships, diseases of the genital organs and kidneys.

  3. Third Chakra (Power Chakra)

    • Location: below the solar plexus.
    • Functions: willpower, drive for power.
    • Problems: diseases of the digestive system.
    • Solution: controlling ambitions, letting go of past burdens.
  4. Fourth Chakra (Heart Chakra)

    • Location: heart level.
    • Functions: love, compassion.
    • Problems: heart and lung diseases.
    • Solution: development of love and compassion.
  5. Fifth Chakra (Truth Chakra)

    • Functions: communication, creativity.
    • Problems: diseases of the thyroid gland and vocal cords.
