so if you're someone that struggled to make your first $100 with affiliate marketing you've clicked on the Right video because I'm going to go through the tactic or the mindset that you should use when you first get started now this is what helped me generate tens of thousands of dollars with affiliate marketing when I was a complete beginner and it's all about using reverse engineering now reverse engineering for any of you out there that's never heard of it is simply working from the end goal in mind so for example if your goal is to earn your first $100 in your bank account I'm going to take you through all of the steps that need to happen before that for you to be successful and you're probably thinking to yourself right now but Sam $100 is such a small amount and it's not going to change my life why am I focusing on just making $100 well if this one thing I've learned with majority of the different online businesses that I've started is that when you're a complete beginner and you're just getting started it's very important to make sure that you make $50 $100 because once you're able to figure that out you're then going to be able to replicate what you did and then make your first $500 your first $11,000 your first $10,000 so in this video I'm going to be laying out everything you need to know when it comes to achieving this goal over here but for you to be able to actually get $100 in your bank account it's very important for you to also understand that a real human being would have needed to have brought out their credit card and bought whatever product that you're promoting for you to be able to earn that affiliate commission and the reason why this is important is because when most people first get into affiliate marketing all they do is think about themselves and think about the money that they want to make when in reality you're dealing with a real person with real pain points and it's your job to make sure that you're providing products and services to people that are actually interested in buying those products and services and that's the reason why using reverse engineering is so powerful you're going to be able to go to the final goal that you're trying to get to and you're going to kind of be able to break it down in a way that's going to make things a little bit more clear so I I would say that this is probably one of the initial things that every single beginner needs to know once you do get into affiliate marketing you're not just in it for the money you're in it to make sure that someone out there has purchased the product that they actually need but in saying that this now brings me on to the step that needs to happen before this which is that that customer would need to of course find your affiliate Link in the first place so being able to get to this goal over here of being able to make your first $100 isn't going to happen if that person doesn't find your affiliate link and they don't bring out their credit card and the reason why this is important to know is because it's going to help you make a decision on what is the best way to strategically place your affiliate Link in front of someone that's most likely going to buy whatever product or service that you're promoting and the strategy that I've personally used for me to be able to have made over $100,000 in profit is called search-based affiliate marketing all this simply comes down to is making sure that you're putting your affiliate Link in front of someone that's gone onto the internet to search for information about that product or service by doing this it's going to increase your chances of you getting someone to come across your affiliate Link in the first place and this of course is going to now lead them to most likely clicking on your link and paying for that product now there's so many different ways that you can do search based affiliate marketing but it all comes down to using the biggest search engines in the entire world so for example the number one search engine in the entire world is Google and I'm just going to quickly jump onto it now and show you exactly how I'm using it for me to make a passive source of income every single day with affiliate marketing so let's assume that someone's come on to Google just like this and they want to find out how to start an email newsletter business they may type in something along the lines of this then they're going to click on search and if I just scroll down slightly on the first page as you can see my website that can be found at is right here on the first page and if I just click into it of course this is an article where I'm going to be breaking down exactly how the person can start their email marketing or email newsletter business but the most important thing that I want to show you in this article is that I've got an affiliate link to an email marketing software which is aear this is one of the ones that I personally use so if I just click on this link over here it's going to take the person directly to this page and of course if they sign up today I'm going to be able to earn an affiliate commission and this is a basic example of making sure that I'm positioning all of my different affiliate links in front of people that are actively searching for information about it and bear in mind that this is just one of the websites that I'm operating and I'm currently promoting over 50 different products right now as we speak so this is definitely a key thing that you need to understand for you to get to this goal over here but before this can happen in terms of someone clicking on your affiliate link you of course would need to sign up to profitable affiliate products now there's so many different affiliate products out there some of them pay a lot less than others and there's so many different ways that you can find affiliate products to sign up to in the first place for example you can go directly onto a company's website scroll down to the bottom and nine times out of 10 you're going to see that they've got an affiliate program that you can sign up to or what you can do is sign up to an affiliate Network or an affiliate Marketplace and by doing this you're going to have the option to apply for hundreds and thousands of different companies on the marketplace But whichever direction that you decide to go down each of them have their own pros and cons I would say that you need to understand what are the best affiliate products to promote to begin with and there's a couple characteristics that you need to be aware of but I would say that it comes down to these four simple things so for example one of the first things that you want to look out for is whether or not the product that you're thinking about promoting is a software or a digital based product in my opinion opinion these are the best type of products to sell on the internet because there's high margin you're going to be able to make a lot more profit in comparison to promoting a physical product for example if we look at something like the Amazon Associates program this is definitely good for beginners when you first get started but the max commission that you're going to make is probably going to be around 3% maybe up to 10% on certain categories however when it comes to digital products you can earn as high as 50% this is because when it comes to producing a digital product it doesn't necessarily cost a company any more money to produce one 10 a th000 10,000 units of that digital product however of course when it comes to physical products there's manufacturing cost and import taxes and shipping fees there's so much that goes into physical products so this is definitely one of the characteristics that you need to be aware of the second characteristic that I like to look out for is whether I'm going to be able to earn recur in payments now this is basically where when someone clicks on your affiliate link and they pay for that product or that service you're going to be able to continuously keep getting paid month after month as long as that person continues using it by promoting products that have a recurring commission structure this of course is going to get you to your goal of being able to earn $100 every single day before you know it and the third characteristic is ensuring that the company that you're promoting is trustworthy for me personally I don't really like to promote companies that have really bad reviews or companies that I haven't really used myself I like to make sure that the product works people are happy with it they've got happy customers because you have to remember that you don't want to associate your brand and your affiliate marketing business with a company that's doing some sort of shady stuff so this is definitely a crucial thing that you need to think about and finally you want to make sure that people actually need it when it comes to the strategy of search-based affiliate marketing the only way that it's going to work is if people are searching for it and people actually need it you want to avoid wasting your time promoting a product that no one cares about no one wants and customers are not spending money on it but whatever you decide when it comes to whatever products that you're going to promote however you're going to find your affiliate links the step that comes before that is that of course you need to build your affiliate website and the reason why this is a step that you need to do before signing up to the affiliate programs is because they're going to ask you for some sort of proof as to how you're going to promote their products so it's always good to make sure that you build your affiliate marketing website which could be done within a couple days and publish a few articles on it this is going to give you proof of concept when it comes time for you to fill out the applications for the affiliate products and for those of you that are completely new to this idea of building a website I'm just going to run you through the key things that you need to know and I've got another video coming out in the next few days where I'm going to break down step by step how you can do it so make sure you subscribe down below but you're going to need hosting now the hosting company that I recommend is either hostinger or blue host this is basically the foundation of your website what you're then going to do is connect it to your WordPress account which is completely free too and by the way I've got links for them in my description down below and once you built your WordPress website which you can do again within a few days you're then going to connect it to the Google search console doing this is going to allow Google to know that your website exists if you don't do this then the articles that you're going to publish are not going to show up in the search results and again of course there's some other steps that you need to be aware of in between but I would say that those are some of the key things that you need to know and this now brings me on to one of the initial steps that you need to take but it's the final step that I'm going to talk about in this video because remember we're using reverse engineering and we're working from the end goal in mind which is that you just need to start most people don't take any action whatsoever and because of that they end up not making the money that they want to make for example I'm sure sure that 90% of you right now that's watching this video probably thinking Sam I don't want to build a website I just want the money in my bank account now we don't live in a world where you're going to be able to click your fingers and money is just going to fall from the sky you're going to have to do something for the money to appear and being able to get to the point of earning your first $100 in less than two days can only come once you've built the foundations for it to happen which is building your website and following through the process once you follow everything that I've mentioned in this video you're going to be able to easily make your first $100 maybe after a day 2 days 3 days once you've got everything set up one of the things that kills most people's dreams when it comes to being able to make money online is procrastination and not willing to put the work in you need to be able to take Massive Action when it comes to the goals that you're trying to achieve now I do have to let you guys know that this isn't a get-rich quick scheme you are going to have to educate yourself on the best possible steps to take but the reason why I like this business model so much is that you're essentially building a digital asset then not only are you going to be able to make money from it by doing affiliate marketing but the more effort and time that you put into building up your affiliate marketing website you can also sell it in the future if you wanted to but again it's all going to come down to making sure that you're educating yourself on the right steps that you need to take and exactly how to do it in the best possible way
