The Rock has reacted to John Cena retiring from WWE John recently shocked the world after his surprise retirement announcement at money in the bank in Canada he said that his last in ring performance will be in 2025 on a farewell tour he said tonight I officially announced my retirement from the WWE it was met with shock from fans and then around the world on the internet John is arguably the biggest name in the WWE and has been a main stay of the promotion for over 20 years he said that he was going to remind of the WWE in some capacity but that he was feeling at his end physically no doubt JN will make a full-time transition to acting after having several box office hits over the last few years and becoming known as an actor in his own right he went part-time to focus on acting in 2018 but now he will be able to devote all of his time to his new career and now The Rock has commented underneath the video footage of John Cena announcing his retirement in The Rock's comment he said this is super sad end of an era more good things to come the rock is no doubt the first of many names to speak out on Jon's retirement and he will know exactly how Jon is feeling right now the rock himself switched careers to acting for a while but has recently returned to WWE he is probably speaking for the majority of wrestling fans when he says that it's an end of an era WWE without Jon will certainly be different even if fans have had somewhat of an idea of what it would look like for the past few years now one fan said I can't believe he's going I thought he would be around forever that he would always be on our screens I know he's on to bigger and better things but I really thought he would stay longer another fan said good riddance he's been hogging the Limelight for years it's time to let someone else have a turn now he can go back to making his straight to DVD movies for this video's comment question do you think Jon will ever return to ww before you go be sure to give this video a thumbs up and subscribe for daily news updates on your favorite celebs thanks a lot for watching
