the first sense I'm a builder and I buil several products s platforms uh my background is physics so I studied physics but it was long time ago like 15 years ago already wow times incredible pass and I start Quantum Computing um but uh then I switched to uh corporate after uh my physics study I did everything around cyber security especially cyber security in management and uh somewhere around 2016 I wanted to get handson with cyber security you know and um well how you get hands on with cyber security you have to hire someone who understand about cyber security and this is the first time I came uh with crypto uh in in in a touch and uh guys wanted to be paid in Bitcoin that I was of course I he about Bitcoin but um well I I I had to get a Bitcoin uh in order to to pay for this lessons and this was the first time I touch this technology and since 2006 I fully doxs to web3 space buil several products several platforms um Through The Years um I am co-founder of scale Swap this is a venture Builder and IDE Launchpad uh the first one on polygon blockchain uh founded 2021 14 projects H launch 140 projects I have an opinion on some chains yeah I I know I know but we can discuss as teenager ah you moved ah so you moved before anything you moved at early stage yeah early stage very early stage so you you carry do you carry the passport or not as a German Cen I real German citizen Ah that's that's a new information I've never knew about it I thought you moved the same as most of the people after the war basically no no no no no I am uh look I have lot of friends relatives still in Ukraine and people who Moved outside Ukraine after the war started um but I'm German I'm European with bit east European mindset I would say so like I know two ways I know this European core German Switzerland but also Ukraine one so it's um good mixture good mixture so we move now to the whb three part what is the many since you're wearing it in your shirt here this part right this part yes well I'm uh confident this is a future of uh social engagement in web3 and maybe more than web3 um how it started and uh I can tell you so it started with the launch pad and this Venture building as we uh helped other projects to um to get customers to get users and we have seen over and over again the same game good technical Founders they know how to build products but they don't know how to attract real users how to attract real people and uh and we have seen you know very good Founders building good products with zero users I have also seen uh Founders that are sucks good in marketing you know but they attract I don't know funds fundraising but U at the end um they cannot out of there yes they cannot deliver and we going to help good projects this is this is our main narrative we want to make the space real more real we want to attract to the space people uh from web 2 as well new fresh blood people who uh who cares about real things not only you know this many accounts boting B Stuff Etc this is a narrative what we're going to do with the many I can explain all again thank you for the introduction but um what is the manyi uh in the first order it's a social engagement infrastructure what does it mean uh yeah are you a social app social F it's more infrastructure it's social F it's social F domain so if you if you speak about like in this investor terms it's social F vertical for social F domain I'm not sure actually it's not really it's not really social f it is because because here here you because I know the product here you're supporting people to build social F just for people to connect deman is a middleware between company and their Community it's something that allows uh both of them company and Community to uh discover hidden potentials it allows companies to give to provide to community meaningful tasks Community execute this meaningful task receive rewards and all of them grow together so basically it's a middleware that allows make out of community a kind of extended team especially in uh in the area of Business Development marketing but not limited to this for example we did bug bounties over the menu so people had a task to discover bugs uh and uh to provide uh the evidences and they created rewards from the projects okay so to summarize it if I am a project and let's say a good developers Etc and I'm missing the community side D mini is the place for me absolutely okay if absolutely uh more than this uh if you early stage project and if you don't have any Community then you go to Dem manyi and um you will receive your first Community from De manyi because we have de manyi veterans so people who are DOs to the many who uh help or like to help earn stage projects they like to build this initial uh push is a community but if you already have a great Community then you can uh go to the many and um you can use the manyu to work with your community in a right way together this is how for example radic is doing and I can tell you in a while uh how it works exactly yeah that's what is my question coming here there are so many so many companies or projects they drive users and Community to projects but we've seen that most of them are just Hunters they have zero value uh zero purchasing power and uh recently we've seen even um I don't want to mention the names but the one they were been existing two years now and the one the new ones coming in ton which is all this play play play play play play and at the end you find 10 million 15 million 100 million 200 million users and then the market cap is the same as a project with 20,000 users on chain on another chain like ethereum all right and uh yet they are in maybe old exchanges and now everyone is copying the model as copy paste no one is trying to be even little bit creative they're just copying it white label and copy paste copy paste D yeah so what makes the many difference than both of them or it's just one of them good question uh what you just mention I will not mention the names right yeah you can I mean I'm not sure if you speak about the hamster game maybe or something like yeah hamster tap top whatever and yeah galaxy and the other one all this yeah it's it's all nice all nice uh I never tell that this a bad product uh but you pointed a very important problem in the space you say 100 millions of users right and I I simply don't believe there are 100 millions of users these are all automated BS all uh non genor not real accounts that pretend to do something and we all know people in web 3 we know how damaged the space is by by this uh thing of course we've seen it in the last bu Market in the play to earn it was the same exactly and we also know that this is why people from outside web 3 from web 2 good people good projects good companies they are bit like okay we don't trust web 3 uh uh simply because I understand that web3 is still be damaged by this kind of I you allowed to say this for me you can say whatever you want okay yeah sorry um well uh the menu is different we know about the situation because we uh I was part of this launch pads of the launching other projects I was experienced the payment uh to different shers to different marketing agencies that drive this kind of non- genal Notre traffic and I am tired all of all of this this is the reason why I was creating the many with my co-founders I'm simply tired I'm time tired of the fake uh industry we are living in and uh this is the main reason to build the many uh among this H thousands of people so if you open let's say a Twitter account or telegram account of big project you will see lot of users like 70,000 users 100,000 among these people there are good people right among these accounts are real people and uh the main uh challenge of the many is to discover this real people to provide them tasks to provide them value from the project and make these people provide value back to the project and this is all about the mechanic what we created inside the menu so we use um different techniques some of them also AI based to um provide place for real people and to get rid out bots so if you a bot on the many you will you can be a bot you can be a farmer with different accounts you can go come to the menu you can try to cheat it but you will at the end receive nothing from the project this one so so you allow them to cheat so so they don't get more creative but then they are not eligible to win yes they cannot win simply this is the this one of the points but there is a more if I allow to say of course this is uh show me your power there is more than this um without taking the sh yeah we are like an infrastructure so everything what about what we speak it's a platform it's a app as you say people come to De many do this and these things for projects that's it but we quickly have seen that having one platform for the whole web space doesn't make sense it doesn't make sense to connect on one platform all layer ones all layer twos all launch pads everything it's insane no one can discover this then then we uh recreated our narrative and we launched Dem manous infrastructure so we allow other projects other ecosystems to build their own and engagement platforms on top of demain technology and every ecosystem is unique let's say ethereum Foundation or ethereum ecosystem is unique uh polygon is is unique um it's Unique I I will not disagree okay arbitrum is unique uh and you know what I mean so every ecosystem is unique and why to give one solution to everyone rather to give you Lego to every ecosystem and they put out of this Lego own engagement platforms this own onchain Integrations with own narratives with own design with own naming and this what we are doing we providing this uh Lego uh set to projects okay here when you said the part of AI what do you mean by AI or you're just playing The Narrative just saying AI um it would be good one if I would not be a physicist you would you you you could cut me right but not this time uh because uh I I mean I big low of AI I believe this is Future and this is even more than every blockchain I'm I'm a guy from blockchain space but this is more than blockchain this is something really incredible uh but we need a combination of people and AI so if you go AI only Aji whatever why we don't why we do need people then right people are obsolet we don't need people therefore we need somehow to connect them and we don't disc uh discover new AIS so we don't train a new chart demand gpts whatever no no we are using existing Frameworks but we engineer out of them uh AI helpers in the menu so we have two application for AIS uh one of these is for Quest generation so we we uh got a version of char PT and we we have a huge database with different Quests for all the applications and we train this to deliver unique quests so at the end you can very simply uh put your um narrative your business goal your marketing road map and with one click you can uh you can generate lot of quest that support in your narrative this is great help after this is generated you can uh provide this to the to your team and your marketing manager can still change something it's one application another application for AI is for validation and this is really interesting because for cheating you mean again what type of again cheating oh okay again cheating because um if you see what we are doing at the many on the first glance it seems very simple right it's a platform that creates tasks but just imagine uh let's say if you have a task of creating a nice meme or a nice piece of content even video how to validate this you need human people behind to validate but if you go on scale if you have thousands and millions of quests and this is what we are going to have very soon so we have now 100,000 of submissions just recently uh with all our platforms so you have really a lot of quest how how you going to do this not possible you have to hire a lot of people right but if you hire a lot of people you have a lot of expenses and here AI can step in so we have a process where Ai and humans analyze um submissions and create a um combined score and based on this score we can rate the quality of content and based on the quality project pay money if the quality is zero project pay zero if the quality is 100% ah so you have so you have the like guarantee back uh we have a way where we say only quality is rewarded if you like if you have quest with let's imagine uh this likes or follows so I like I follow on Twitter there is no quality inside right it can be automated 100% this is one story but if you have a quest um uh write something about elab boom show write nice piece of content and distribute this on your uh LinkedIn for example then it is quality right and this this one can be not simply automated a human have to read this but we are using Ai and human as combined score so we have let's say one human can manage much more projects with AI than uh validation than if you would have no AI so we are using AI basically then a summary for two cases for validations and for Quest generation and this allows us to scale like unlimited okay now that's a good question about scaling what type of projects they can come to you and use your service and does it require that's the first question number two does it require for the team to come to you and speak and have a call and blah blah blah or it can be 100% automated um for real scaling it should be of course automated 100% but we are not yet there okay we are not yet there what we try to do right now we try really to speak with every project coming to us uh to analyze if the project is leged if Founders are real if uh and um then we help them even to build marketing road maps it will not be it will not last forever so we at some point we go to this automated onboarding of course you cannot scale it's not scalable but we are not yet there so we need several months to have more projects uh to have more um people to make this real so it's still still required you know uh for example if project come from El we know okay El knows what to provide no always do your own diligence that's I always say maybe I make a mistake good one but uh so basically you look at the projects and you support do you have something that like you can disclosed by other projects you've supported back in the past while D many was there or D manyi just got live now no uh we have been soft launching uh in January so basically de man is now 6 months old with three platforms so we have three platforms running it's the main main platform it's to and track uh our Flagship platform exclusively for radic blockchain with uh I I believe it's 30 projects for now it will be up to 60 so we are go launching every week two projects and so and we have jerse it's a Dey uh ecosystem overall we have uh as for now 70,000 real users I mean real real real 100% like I don't really care about 150 million when when even the real ones they don't have purchasing power for an example yeah I mean as computer engineer you know that you can also create pH is very simple right course there are so there are so many videos already showing that around 100 phone are playing at the same time yeah yeah so um so if you ask me to disclose uh we will launch several white labels very soon more this week another one and you will see many different platforms with same technology on background and all of this will be Dem many and we are like you know step back so we are in the background we allow ecosystems projects to unleash their own power and helping them so we going we are like this silent WordPress or silent Shopify uh company and when people have I mean basically projects they don't really need the white label I think chains like blockchains maybe wallets exchanges they would want the white labeling correct yeah big ecosystem I would say yeah big ecosystems I do agree so I I call them B2B Toc so if you have ecosystem with many businesses connecting to their customers yes it's like B2 b2c if you have b2c only projects then welcome to De many main platform this is and and and and and your users they support every chain or are you focused in certain chains now we support absolutely Every Chain it it it do doesn't mean the technology is ready but it's only mean if tomorrow uh arbitrum will come to the manyu and say okay we want our own uh ecosystem we will adapt very soon to arbit room to their on chain task so we from the uh strategy strategy perspective you want to support everyone everyone with real people you know so every valid ecosystem every valid project okay now I'm to come to this point I I have a question when you're building your community which is the real users now are they coming how how they are growing are they coming through referrals are you focusing every time in a New Market New Directions um yeah you know if you speak about our own Community the many Community we just now focusing on this this this is why of the let's say a problem I don't know how it call in English in German it calls uh a guy who make shoes without shoes Okay so if you speak about our own Community we just just uh spending time to build this one to build this one so we are rather amplifying and making real good connections between other between projects and their communities instead ours and our community is growing consisting of real people mostly most of them are um executors so content creators Builders you know people from web3 and not only from web3 we have new people also just joined this and what is our real vision from the team is to get more creative people from web 2 uh to the many and connect them to web 3 if you ask me uh what is the perfect case if if you provide within the manyu per perfect set of tools that creators from web 2 millions of people join the manyu and make them familiar with wallets with uh getting rewards with all of this stuff and they increase our landscape you know with real quality with values with yes with lives yeah and we are not just sitting among small circle and selling Char or something you're naturally growing it and uh AB I want to say the to the users um if you are a genuine web3 user or web2 I'm not sure how many web2 are watching and you want to be rewarded by understanding other projects by contributing to other projects you can be sure to follow D many on social media uh which will be shared and um understand more and uh I believe quality much better than quantity and people start to seeing it now especially VCS when they start investing in projects that they have 1 million followers on Twitter account but their market cap is garbage and everything is garbage and then where is this 1 million it doesn't make sense right there are project win two billion plus and they have only 20K on chain users I mean um Stan thank you very much for coming to the
