YouTube Subscriber Growth Challenge: Strategies for Rapid Growth

welcome to this deep dive training all about how to get your first or next 1,000 subscribers on YouTube I'm going to be sharing five specific tips and imagine getting 1,000 subscribers in 14 days or less that is actually going to be an example of one of our uh students and community members and sharing some tips and insights from their channel that you can apply as well and here's what I love about the strategy we're going to cover today is this strategy doesn't require any Fancy video editing experience um you don't need any special talent or background experience on camera you don't need any fancy gear you can use just a smartphone and really you don't need any YouTube experience to like crack the algorithm it seems almost basic even a little boring but it's powerful and I'm going to explain the whole strategy in this session and so today's first session of our Day Challenge is five simple but powerful YouTube tips for getting views and growing to 1,000 subscribers and Beyond and if we're just meeting my name is Sean canell and uh my passion is helping people grow YouTube channels I've grown multiple different channels got a couple silverplay buttons a gold play button uh wrote a book called YouTube Secrets the second edition is out now and uh that I think it's over 130,000 copies sold of that book but in this session we're going to talk about some new YouTube stats that you need to know for 2024 there's been some changes and there's a lot of opportunities on YouTube right now I'm going to talk about a cool tool that is free to use for discovering the exact video ideas that will get views how I earned $ 39,380 from one YouTube video using the simple strategy we're going to be talking about and then also how to reach your goals on YouTube faster this year now we're actually a part of a challenge we're streaming this first session on our podcast channel so shout out if you're there you can smash like button um and if you're inside of the Circle Group thank you so much for being here for this session but um we're doing some giveaways of my book YouTube Secrets all you got to do is tag official think media on Instagram and you could do like a selfie of your battle station this is where I'm recording right now is right here at my home office but uh you know you could be a picture of your dog or your journal or whatever use the hashtag grow with video and that helps us find it now you can't really do a story because it expires in 24 hours but if you do a profile post um we're doing a giveaway if you want to be a part of that and would love to shout you out and connect with you on there but here's the question is it too late to start YouTube like what's the opportunity of starting or getting back into YouTube or maybe you've been doing YouTube for a while but you feel stuck what is the current state of YouTube and what are the current statistics well right now there's 2.7 billion monthly active users on YouTube YouTube is the second most visited website in the world and that's basically a third of the world's population is on YouTube Here's why this is good news is competition Fierce on YouTube yes can it feel challenging to break through absolutely but I think what's important to know is consumption is so huge and so massive and consumption is bigger than the competition meaning the demand for good content when I think about one of the most subscribed YouTube channels I think Mr Beast now as like an individual YouTuber although he's got a huge team and spends like $3 million a video so I don't it's really more like a movie studio but all that to say is you think about Coco melon one of my favorite channels with a two-year-old and four-year-old boy I think about T-Series or these biggest channels even the biggest channels on YouTube only have a couple hundred million subscribers which is insane but like it's still such a tiny drop in the bucket compared to 2.7 billion monthly active users and here's the good news on YouTube everyone's different meaning the people who watch YouTube everyone's weird you're weird I'm weird we're all like really weird and into weird stuff right you watch different shows you have different Hobbies you have different passions see not everybody is has kids and is watching Coco melon not everybody is into Indian music videos and is watching t- series not everybody likes Mr Beast the good news is the audience is so huge in this session we're talking about how to get a thousand subscribers that's just a tiny little slice of the internet that is absolutely possible to do if you've got the right strategies you've got the right tips and if you apply the strategy we're going to be talking about in this session it's a big number 2.7 billion monthly active users and it shows no sign of slowing down and demand for good content is skyrocketing now this means we're going to have to talk in this challenge about how to make good content competition is highest for low effort content you got to put some work into this put some strategy into this but people want good entertaining educating interesting content and when you put that out in the right way you absolutely could get a thousand subscribers even quickly and Beyond now YouTube's also localized in more than a 100 countries and is available in over 80 languages what this means is there's a big International opportunity for YouTube doesn't matter where you are in the world and for non-english-speaking Chanel there's a huge opportunity like this just continues to expand now there's also this is an older statistic but 200 million people are earning money from digital content creation 200 million they actually said YouTube is one of the biggest employers here in the US not just meaning people that work at YouTube but hundreds of thousands of jobs full-time equivalent jobs because of the YouTube ecosystem this number that has gone up massively because this is back back in 2022 in April but but at that time 200 million people have gotten paid I grew up cutting grass I just turned 40 years old I grew up weed eater mower deck on our tractor this true story push lawn mower and a writing loan mower every modality of of trimming you know I was doing it for the Neighbors like just thinking about the different ways that I would earn money so I could save up to buy 12-inch subwoofers for my Mazda MX6 right when I turned 16 and I could roll in front of Regal Cinemas boom listening to cash moneyy records but listen I uh you know cutting grass hustling to earn money when I started to make money on the internet internet money you know it's like what what are we talking about like digital money is being sent yeah and it's not just for a select few there is massive amounts of people 200 million people are earning money from digital content creation and again that number is uh continuing to rise in fact the financial opportunity on YouTube continues to expand Yahoo finance said the Creator economy is the fastest growing segment of small business what not starting a lawn care business is not the fastest growing small business although great business I I have a lot of experience uh but the creater economy is the fastest growing segment of small business so we start looking at this what once used to be like what you're a YouTuber like whenever I get into Uber someone says like what do you do I I never know how to answer the question I'm like I'm in marketing um I do media they're like what just because you know depends on how much energy I have to try to explain but like what used to be like not a real job we're seeing Yahoo finance say this is the fastest growing segment of small business it's beyond a real job there has been there's now structure to the Creator economy there's there's patterns to the Creator economy success leaves Clues that's what we're going to be talking about during our free 5-day challenge is is what does it look like not just to chase views but to build a real business in the Creator economy but this is the statistic that really shocked me Goldman Sachs said the Creator economy could approach a half a trillion dollars by 2027 now this is kind of a geeky marketing term some of us are taking notes and if you want to write this down you could write down Tam it stands for the total addressable Market The Tam so when you think about any industry that you want to get into you're like okay I want to get into health I want to get into Finance I want to get into lawn care you know it's like what industry and the question is is it growing or not so what they're saying here these are economists at Goldman Sachs they're saying okay this thing called The Creator economy at this moment of doing this challenge in live stream is about a $250 billion industry now let's think about it if that's all it was then this would be worth doing like that would already be like that's great like $250 billion there's a big Market to be a part of again this isn't just for a few select 1% YouTube millionaires we're talking about the longtail of how much money is in the system for regular everyday people to not maybe make a million dollars but to earn an extra $2,000 a year to earn an extra $58,000 to replace your current salary and to practically build an at home business well $250 billion in the system is a huge op opportunity but what they said is that in the next three years it's going to double that the next three years are going to be the best three years in the crater economy and that it's going to be a half a trillion doll industry by 2027 this level of acceleration I've been doing YouTube since 2007 when I started a channel for my local church and to now look at everything that I've witnessed the life-changing power that I've seen transform all kinds of different stay-at moms and Business Leaders and personal development channels and and DIY and pastors and nonprofits and all this different stuff I've watched this thing transform lives for them to say that the next three years it's gonna double I'm like we're about to write a wave of acceleration so here's the fact YouTube is healthy growing and it's the most profitable platform to establish your brand and we're actually going to be looking at some stories of different people that have been using what we call the SR system we're going to be covering that over our five-day Challenge and this is I mean I think about CH DJ uh GJ cha right he's doing music and Hi-Fi reviews speakers and Dr I health and uh political channels and faith-based channels and cooking channels and all kinds of different in fact in our group this is Bobby Everly he has a political Channel got that gold uh play button we've got Larry who's got a finance Channel and it's so cool to see all these different people that have started YouTube channels experienced massive success and they've also one of the main strategy strategies they used is the strategy we're going to be sharing in today's uh session but I want to I mentioned earlier about uh a channel that grew to a thousand subscribers in nine days this is Marco just dream Italy so Marco is an international property Hunter and a promoter and what he does is he explores Italy to find dream home homes and he shares those okay so from publishing his first video it took him nine days to reach a th000 subscribers and only 15 days to get monetized and by the way this all happened in like the last nine months or so okay so some people wonder like oh you know is all the YouTube success stories people that started back in 2010 people who started back in 2020 even right A lot of people started YouTube channels during the lockdowns but maybe you're just getting into it and you feel like man I'm kind of late to the party you're not late to the party the party is just getting started and there's people like Marco who are starting brand new channels here's the thing I don't want to overhype this stuff it he didn't just accidentally start a channel and just randomly start throwing up videos he got educated he created a plan he learned new skills he really thought through his strategy and so when he reached a th000 subscribers quickly it wasn't just because of some algorithmic trick it was because he really sat down and put together a strategy which is why we're taking five whole days in this challenge to think through these things and so you could put together your plan you could put together your approach to how you're going to get your first or next a th000 subscribers I asked Marco a couple tips in fact I believe he's one of our guests during this challenge we have five sessions today we're talking about one of the strategies tomorrow we have two special guests they're talking about what they wish they knew when they started day three we're going to go through all seven of our RS and really break down also some of the best ways to profit financially and then we'll really get heavy into um money on the final day of the challenge day four we're talking about how do you do this with a full-time job or with kids how do you do the five hour YouTube Work week and get it all done with limited time so we have multiple days where we going to be putting together a strategy that you can apply but I asked a couple of Marco's tips was he said you know your first few videos are going to make you feel uncomfortable he said you got to push through it you got to just be confident in Your Vision he said uh you got to invest in yourself he sat down and you know we're talking about today how with just a smartphone you can start a successful YouTube channel but he thought through what should the audio be like what what do I want the video to look like and there might be a few tools you want to invest in we'll be sharing about how for under $100 you can get a softbox light and a simple microphone and a simple tripod and some of those smart Investments could be really just really helpful for upping the level of your content and it doesn't have to break the bank and Marco also took time studying r7r system and he really put together a plan and we're going to help you do that during this challenge so here's the question what is the fastest and most predictable way to get a th subscribers on YouTube this is the strategy that might seem a little boring but it is powerful and here it is this is the first strategy of our Challenge and it's one of our foundational strategies and it is it's called asq answer specific questions the fastest way to create predictable growth on YouTube is to make clear and concise videos that answer specific questions it seems simple but we're going to unpack it with five different tips so when starting because again you might go well but what if if I want to you know make a absolute film Masterpiece and I vlogged my whole trip and I'm going to edit okay you could do there's a lot of different approaches to YouTube Here's in all of my studies and all of my silver play buttons and all of our students that have succeeded the most practical path when getting started even if you're more advanced one of the most forgotten strategies is to make clear and concise videos that answer specific questions so here's tip number one smart creators research before they press record smart creators research before they press record so meet Mary Mary is a former New Yorker now living the simple life with her sweet husband in the Texas Hill Country and she wanted to be a content creator she loves traditional cooking bone broths ferment sourdough and she wanted to share her passion on YouTube showing people how to be a modern pioneer in the kitchen no matter where they live but she didn't know where to start she didn't know how to make videos right she didn't know what videos to make but what she did was she followed our system and she started to answer specific questions why because one of the facts about YouTube is that YouTube is the largest search engine in the world the second largest search engine the largest search engine is Google and guess who owns YouTube Google did you know that we actually get about three four to four million views on our YouTube channel a year from Google that when you make the right YouTube videos even if you don't have a website or a blog or anything like that your videos can show up on the first page of Google and be seen and be viewed so when you start to think about people are approaching YouTube and they're typing in something in that search bar right they're typing in something they're looking for answers to specific questions they're searching for information they're searching for entertainment they're searching for the ending explained of a recent movie they're searching for the season uh recap before they start the next season see YouTube is the only platform where your content lives forever where videos can work for you when you're not working because if you make a video we'd call this Evergreen content like I live in Seattle or I was born in Seattle I've been in Vegas for about a decade and now kind of more around family up in the Pacific Northwest and and Evergreen content is kind of like evergreen trees which are these trees that we have up and down the interstate that are green summer spring winter fall Evergreen you start making content let me actually illustrate so so Mary made a video called how to make apple cider vinegar with the mother DIY from scratch recipe and if you go to the YouTube search bar right and you type in how to make apple cider vinegar with the mother her video shows up there on the first page of Google look closely to the views or of YouTube this this video has 92 26,000 views now you might go well Sean you know I I'm just starting am I going to get 926 th000 what if you only got 10% of those views 10% would be 90,000 views what if you got 10% of that that' be 9,000 views so imagine out of the amount of people that see the video a few people click subscribe you're one video away from a th subscribers if you make the right video in the right way and you tap into the strategy of answer specific questions because because really this is a question right people are wondering how do I make apple cider vinegar with the mother they know specifically that they want that slimy yeast in there that kind of like ends up with like a mushroom like texture that would probably make most people want to vomit but um ultimately it's supposed to be healthy healthy for you so here's what Mary did she created a video answering a specific question that people are actively searching for by the way if you go this seems a little simple yeah but it's profound and too many creators overlook this they're like give me the secret strategy and hack well by the way over the next couple days we've got stacks of hacks but I found that the fundamentals and the simplest things executed well by doing research so you can find look at this key phrase here you want to find video topics that people are actively searching for all the time you want to verify that this video is worth making before you make the video that's what Mary did and it really worked out for her because I mean if you look fast forward to today she started her YouTube channel right around her 60th birthday she just turned 65 she has a book deal with random house she's got a second book deal now she got her gold play button and one of the foundational strategies she used was asq answer specific questions now again at this point you might have an objection though you might like okay but I'm kind of more like an entertainment Channel like I don't know what what question I would you know answer I don't know what else is there listen this is one of 16 like core strategies that we teach it's kind of like if you're going to build a house you want to have more than one tool you wouldn't build a house with just a hammer you would also have a saw and you'd have a level and you'd have a screwdriver you'd have multiple things so we're covering just one tool but I want to encourage you if you could be open-minded about this strategy even if you feel like it doesn't apply to your channel you'd be shocked by just sticking with me and going deeper because we're going to unpack like layers of an onion around this strategy how many views this can get you and in turn how many subscribers this can get you and how this could be a practical path to your first or next a thousand subscribers again tapping into this Mary was able to fulfill her vision when she's like how do I create content now she's got this confidence to be on camera but one of her tips was you got you got to just put that apron on she's like I was nervous to get on camera I didn't really know how to do this stuff but you got to just put the apron on because she'd always film her videos in her kitchen I say you got to just press record she says you got to just put the apron on and listen 70% of viewers use YouTube to help them solve a problem seven out of 10 people are going to YouTube trying to solve a specific problem friend that's an opportunity this also might inspire you to reorient the approach you're even taking to YouTube because if you want views and you want to build a practical business there might be it might be intelligent to orient your strategy around this idea that people go to YouTube to solve problems you know what's funny about business is what like if you think about what entrepreneurs do what entrepreneurs do is they solve problems for a profit this is why YouTube is one of the best businesses to start if your YouTube channel solves a specific problem and if you make specific videos asq answerers specific questions people got a problem like I I don't know how to make apple cider vinegar I don't know how to lose weight or I don't know how to fix my marriage I don't know how to heal after divorce I don't know understand the Bible like all these different things are trying to figure out these become an opportunity so my question for you is what questions is your ideal audience searching for on YouTube well you could try to just come up with those in your own mind but that brings us to tip number two a much better way to do it would be to actually use tools to find awesome and proven video ideas and we're going to talk about one specific tool that's entirely free it's one of the most overlooked and underutilized tool that 99% of creators like could be benefiting from but they unfortunately really uh miss the miss out on this but I just kind of want to explain how I Came Upon personally this Insight of how powerful the strategy is so my story of answering specific questions started years ago you know I grew up uh in Arlington Washington on six acres about an hour north of Seattle like in my high school everyone wore carart clothes because they actually worked on farms and outside you know now like car heart's like super hipster like oh it's Fall pumpkin spice latte like influencer girl has like car heart beanie like you're like all right relax like we we grew up on where it was we were Future Farmers of America is like my roots right and so um ultimately there's young Sean climbing trees when AOL was sending me CDs and I only got two hours of Internet a day for free and you kept starting new accounts so you could keep getting more free internet on your 56.6 modem right you know using your phone line um and growing up I always felt like I didn't fit in because I was a farm boy who like liked rap and punk rock import cars and snowboarding like if that's that's my fake ID I actually it never worked that that is a fake ID I I called myself John bla Blaze and uh I had bleached hair as you can see because I wanted to be Eminem can you believe that slim shady is back and uh guess who's back you know Houdini anyways um and eventually I got into videos so I started to film videos for my local church in 2003 I did an intern at my small town Church started making videos for the youth group and we were Balling on a budget man I will always encourage you that it's not about your resources it's about your resourcefulness you could see in the photo that there's uh Home Depot shop lights yellow shop lights were were our lighting kit there's actually a nice lady from the church we got some green fabric from Joanne Fabrics and she stitched it together so we could create this green screen construct and I used to be playing with after effects in those days so anyways I started get into video I started making videos for my local church and they're so embarrassing they're they're absolutely terrible but eventually I kind of mustered up the courage to start my own personal YouTube channel in fact let me just play this uh a little clip of my first video for you all right so uh this is I guess the first Sean thanks Vlog and uh I'm going to try to Vlog every single day um mainly so I can remember what I'm even doing um and what's going on cuz I just feel like I have a lot that I'm thinking about and I figured hey why not share it and if you find something interesting that's awesome now this is definitely uh as real as it gets so I'm not going to try to be energetic or entertaining um though maybe sometimes I will but anyways uh wow what what a masterpiece right I mean I I hope that you were encourage by that video just because if you're like man I was kind of nervous to start but Sean your first video was horrible like what are you but what was my plan too like imagine my elevator pitch right someone if this is actually worth this is practical tip for you if you were going to pitch your channel in an elevator to somebody and they're like oh you do YouTube what's your Channel about and you thought about like a compelling and influential way to get them excited and want to subscribe my starting pitch was listen uh I'm going to be posting videos and um here's what you can expect from the channel number one I'm not going to be energetic I'm gonna put no effort into these videos number two I'm not going to be entertaining so you can count on that um I'm also not going to plan at all um or like really even put energy or effort into these videos so if that sounds interesting to you go ahead and hit the Subscribe button right like what a sales pitch like you you can see where I started obviously of of uh come come quite a long way and I think there's some lessons here because what I've learned is there's this tension between number one you really do have to start before you're ready you got to punch fear in the face punch perfectionism in the face press record you got to start poop your pants scared you know armpit sweaty mom's spaghetti like you got to just start because you cannot steer a parked car there's something about getting moving there's something about posting videos but you also can't stay there at that initial level of skill like if I just kept that if if I stuck with that plan I was like yeah I'm still on the not energetic or entertaining or effort plan we wouldn't be talking today I had to improve and and obviously a huge Epiphany that seems simple is I had to commit to learning new skills I had to like grow and develop and learn how YouTube worked and learn my on camera delivery and improve and be committed to to growing and adding new skills and so really uh I discovered these essential insights about success on YouTube start before you're ready start before you're ready and commit to learning new skills and one of those new skills that I learned was this strategy of answer specific questions more specifically that YouTube is a search engine and then if I start making the right videos about topics that people care about that I can start getting views even if all I have is a smartphone so one of the things that I did Growing Up from 17 to 27 I worked at Red Robin now I did not have long hair this was Halloween and I was dressed as Wayne from Wayne's World okay and so I I worked at ever Red Robin Smoky Point Red Robin all the I've at least worked one shift at like most Red Robins in the Pacific Northwest doesn't matter bottomless fries I'm hungry right now okay let's focus now here's what's interesting is if you look at this video that I posted though I posted this in my Ford Taurus on the right side with my Droid X Android phone and I mounted this uh D dashtop camera mount and I recorded a video that was 10 minutes long I hit record I talked for 10 minutes I turned it off about how to get started in video production and video editing because by this time I've been doing video production and video editing for my church for six years seven years which is another Insight which when it comes to being on YouTube you don't need to be an expert because you might go well I don't know can I just start answering questions like I don't have a a degree you don't have to have a degree or be an expert but you do if you're one or two steps ahead and you have gotten results you have figured out your way of getting results you've studied I had studied I had practiced i' had now been using Adobe Premiere for six or seven years I had been watching tutorials I'd I'd G if here here's one of the most powerful things if you've gone through some pain and struggles and you were up all night editing and the project crashed and you learned oh I shouldn't do it that way I remember when I was first editing and I opened up my first project on Adobe Premiere and I saw 24 or 25 and 30 these are frame rates and it said pal and it said ntsc which are ntsc which is like you're already like what are you talking about exactly I opened up my first ever project in Adobe Premiere because my youth pastor handed me Adobe and a camera to film with and I saw pal and ntsc and I was like which one of these do I select I selected pal because it sounded more friendly I thought like this is totally true now if you're not a video editor you're like what's the big deal if you are you're laughing because pal it's the European frame rate we lived in the United States I'm working at this interning at the small church and and I picked the wrong framewor rate so for an entire year all of my video was like janky and like looked bad because like we were playing a 25 frames a second I was filming in 30 editing in 25 playing it Wednesday night at youth group the whole thing is all like and so sometimes I I went through pain the the day that I was like wait a minute I was supposed to be doing ntsc all the time by the way this is think media the whole Channel came out of pain it came out of me learning lessons and like making mistakes and then realizing like man this Tech and video stuff there's like specific questions and pain points that people have and so you're the thing you've been through and the thing you've studied and you doing it wrong for a year makes the lesson go really deep so you can turn it into a video and help somebody else so even by this time I just had a bunch of tips like how to get started in video production and video editing because I had done it and and then I'd shot some wedding videos and shot some music videos for like local Seattle hip-hop artists and stuff so I made a video look it got 7,000 views nothing crazy nothing nothing wild shot composition look at where the shot composition is it'd be like if my face was right here like this is not this is not not good shot composition I mean it's okay but it's it's you probably want to be more like here but this was based on my Dash Mount like the best I could do so so just a smartphone all right just but the information and the tit it's a good title it's a good title it's a good video idea that actually answers a specific question what's the question people asking like how do I get started in video editing and it was it's the substance of the video this is worth writing down it's the content value that matters more than the production value like production value would be like the lighting and the camera and that stuff like we can level that stuff up as we go but it holds too many people back you can start right away and one of the reasons we call this a five-day challenge is because you're going to be challenged every day to do some research you're going to be challenged every day to eventually design a thumbnail but you're also going to be challenged to eventually punch in the face and film a video and let it be known that with just a smartphone you can get views and you might be able to get a thousand subscribers this month I mean July 2024 but why by answering specific questions and understanding how to come up with the right video idea so I kept doing it video editing PC tips how I built a video editing PC something I had done and I just talked about it and but I shot that one in the car that this was my way to film videos this is not actual advice was to drive to work now it was just I just talked why the camera was mounted to my dashboard and I filmed and shared like I was talking to a friend how to build a video PC and I talk through it how to record Skype interviews and by the way do you know how much of a blessing the era you're living in is this I sound like an old grandpa like talking do you know what it was like I mean for real though this how to record Skype interviews was it was like insane to try to do like a digital interview now we use this is called streamyard the software I'm using right here like the era we're living in to start a video podcast to start an interview show to bring somebody on to go live to do exactly what I'm doing Tech has come so far it is easier to use it's more affordable it's not that it's going to be without a learning curve but literally the pain point then how to record Skype interviews you know fast forward I did a best greens juice powder video a little bit later and this might sound shocking but it's just totally transparent this video has earned $20,000 from one the affiliate program that it was connected to and we'll be talking about that on Friday we're going to be going deep into the different ways to earn money so I sat in front of my window and answered a specific question what is the best greens Powder made an 8 minute video and made significant money using this strategy so sometimes I can hear sometime get the critics you get the haters you know to be like well this is too basic or this is too simple or why don't you share something and and here's what I know is that a lot of times I'll see the haters in the comment section but I never see them at the bank yeah I mean I'm like okay if you don't want to drive the strategy that's fine but I mean if if you're good and $20,000 wouldn't move the needle in your life that's fine but all I know is this video answering a specific question has been a blessing to my family and has helped us help me provide has helped me create freedom and so it might be worth inspecting this idea and this strategy of answer specific questions and so by the way um if you I'll be talking about over the next four sessions this first one's being streamed on YouTube but if you haven't registered you could go to tube 1K challenge.com uh the official dates of the challenge are July 8th through the 12th if you want to be a part of it live many are already in circle and they're a part of it but I talked about the one simple tool by the way before we get into tip number three and the one simple tool is the YouTube search bar so remember I made a video on how to get started in video editing boom here we go so here's what I want you to to use or to to look at if you're going to start using answer specific questions there's about 10 tools I love there's some paid ones there's different ones like vid IQ there's different ones you could use but one of the most powerful is free it's on YouTube and it's accessible to you right now and what you do is you go to the YouTube search bar and you could start with how to fill in the blank now it becomes an art form of understanding the nuances like how to get started in video editing because then notice this though is you might go well Sean how to get started in video editing is too crowded if that was like your topic or your Niche okay fair enough that's why I'm asking you to go deeper in your research because maybe it's how to get started in sports videography see in online marketing there's a phrase that goes like this the riches are in the niches so if you're like how to lose weight good luck super complex or super comp competitive but if it's how to lose weight for women over 60 now we're in the niches now I know you might be in Europe and you're like it's niches Sean it's niches is it Niche or Niche you tell me the Rees are in the niches I don't know it's it's hard so so you start getting into how to get started in video editing streaming video games making video games as a video editor so so if you want to carve out some of those early views we're talking about how to get your first or next a th000 subscribers and the most practical way to make simple videos the key is you want to identify these Golden Goose video opportunities now watch this though if I just type in video editing I get more opportunities like video editing for beginners video editing tips but I also could type in video editing and I could go through every letter of the alphabet video editing a video editing apps video editing AI video editing accessories video editing B Basics best at background effects but look it go all the way down and and and these recommendations are in order from most searched to least searched now you might say well what if nothing comes up honestly if nothing comes up that's a problem either one I would say you're in the wrong Niche or you're in a niche where you have not verified demand or two you're you're not understanding the different ways to phrase your pain points or your questions you're not understanding the questions people are asking so three you might want to dig a little bit deeper but novice entrepreneurs Chase just their passion seasoned entrepreneurs Chase Market viability so they actually they do research ahead of time not just on videos even on their entire channel topic to make sure demand so you could go video editing and you could go through the whole alphabet course career canva it's endless by the way d d Vinci resolve okay but watch this you could also go before and you could go underscore space cap cut video editing best video editing app birthday all this different stuff you could go before the score though you could go a AI video editing AI tools for video editing and go through the whole alphabet again best video this is free it's just sitting here on YouTube and if you put in the due diligence to identify that specific pain point that specific problem the strategy is asq answer specific questions strap your phone to your dashboard of your Ford tourist and shoot a video on the way to work from something that you just can Riff on a couple good ideas and strong advice and you know we're going to be talking about how to structure a video and how to open the video and some different things that you might do but you'd be shocked the other thing is this of complexity we can get more complex than we will oh Sean your info is so basic okay all right Rick relax um this is one of many strategies but also if you start thinking about imagine if you did this every day like you answered a specific question every day for 30 days and you put together like a decent video not fancy in the video production but like valuable in the information good thumbnail good title all the different things you put that out there well Sean my first four videos only got seven views great video number five though got 70 video 10 got 286 a month later you're at 876 subscribers because we can either complain and get cynical or we could take Massive Action and apply a proven strategy that will work if you work it it's called answer specific questions but let's go to tip number three tip number three is you want to start with simple video ideas that are easy to create so I understand we can get more complex over time we can get fancier with video editing over time we can we can improve our production over time we can make more complex videos but I want to challenge you to start with simple videos to get that momentum to get that growth but you'd also be shocked because just because it's simple doesn't mean it won't get a ton of views like I think about this is one of our video ranking Academy students Weber Enthusiast okay so he's got a grilling Channel grilling smoking recipes here's one of his videos how to remove salt grinder top like what we what are we talking about what a you might go that is that is kind of that's stupid like which is actually my favorite version of the asq strategy you could write this down a 3 SS Q as sssq here's what it stands for answer simple specific stupid questions because the mindset and the block of so many and those that get cynical and they're looking for some secret algorithm hack and there are those but there's something about those that are willing to just do some research and make some simple videos that seems maybe so simple and so basic it it like wouldn't even I wouldn't even make that into a video like DIY channels are like how to do Advanced Lord of the Rings wood etching on a you know when meanwhile you could just walk into your shop and be like the difference between hex screws and Flathead screws forgive me you're like wow he just revealed his manhood is these hasn't spent much time in the wood shop relax um but just like something really basic and practical oh it can't get very many views well 97,000 views is not bad and when you start creating these videos here's why this is just like the tip of the iceberg that we're going to be covering in the five days because what I want is I want these different videos on the internet that are helping people discover me because you might you might say Sean there's other types of videos I want to create great but how are you going to get the audience in the first place well if you answer specific questions and and you get one video that has a th000 views and one video that has 10,000 and one video that has 97,000 views how are you growing new people are meeting you and once they meet you now they can follow you as you talk about other stuff you do other types of videos but but waiting for you on the other side of making a video called how to remove salt grinder top is is the chance to get discovered and start to grow your channel and this brings us to this idea of you're one video away you're just one video away you're one we call it a ranked video your one answer specific question away I think about Andrew finny real estate agent he uh his goal is to help you make sense of of real estate he's United he uh was United States Marine Corps veteran and if any of you are your family serving in the military thank you for your service um and uh he started his real estate career and he wanted to get into YouTube now by the way if you look at this setup like he's got that subscribe button in the background the roadter the LED lights the vibe the lighting the whole thing this is where he is now that's not where he started here's where he started okay like this this is like a webcam that's like $33 like the level of quality of the camera no fancy microphone you know echoey room no no mic with the boom arm you with you didn't have any of the stuff we just started with very simple videos but your one video away if you look closely this video six questions to ask when buying a new construction home look people want the information they just want the Practical tips from your experience it has 126,000 views 126,000 so if you're answering specific questions practicing can't start steer a parked car you're moving you're getting some videos posted then you start putting some of those videos out there the next thing you know you look back you're like whoa that video is like popping off that video's been getting views Evergreen months weeks months years to come it's been growing up my channel now what's fascinating as we also talk about monetizing is if you think about being a business owner you think about wanting like leads and Prospects you don't need that many views like what's it worth to you to get a couple highly qualified leads that could turn into buyers you know he sells a million dollar home in Vegas gets 30 grand not a bad day that's only takes one view to get the one lead that could lead to that opportunity from YouTube but here's the key remember what you say in your videos and the value you give to the viewer matters more than how fancy they look it's not the camera or any of that other stuff but like but thinking about and that's why I stick with us because we're going to be talking about scripting we're going to be talking about structuring your videos we're going to be talking about how to take what you know and package it to hold viewer attention and those types of things but here's what's Wild is this video is six years old yet it still gets seven vph s so write this down vph stands for views per hour now you might be like point seven views per hour is not that much okay Rebecca but like let's let's actually let's let's maap this out let's use this calculator here so only7 views an hour is 24 hours in a day that's 16.8 views a day times 365 days that's 6,132 views a year and the video is six years old and he shot it on like the equivalent of a baked potato like you know and and he has also improved and everything has happened so he started just remember start before you're ready like I started on my way to Red Robin to weight tables filming in my for taus with the Droid X and got the 7,000 views and it started the journey and when you start getting imagine doing that again couple times a week answering specific questions I will take I in fact more than getting a quote unquote like viral video that's trending and that spikes up but then crashes and never gets a view again I just want a whole Army of videos like this one that are getting views every single hour one person said views while you snooze I want to be sleeping getting views tip number four write catchy titles that make the viewer want to click write catchy titles that make the viewer want to click so here's Larry Larry's a Char financial analyst he faced a lot of challenges on his journey um his career and his history was in finance but for several years he was really struggling with comparing himself to others at his company and originally he failed the level three CFA exam uh a couple times I believe and it caused him to get passed up for a job promotion so he was in a season of life where he kind of felt like a gut punch right discouraged like of course he wanted that promotion but really sometimes setbacks can be set ups for an opportunity because it ultimately kind of caused him to rethink a little bit and thought about maybe going down a different path so he stepped out and said Okay I want to start creating content and so he started to film some videos grow his confidence wanted to work on his mindset develop new skill sets he discovered our program and he shot his first video now again check out the video production here he just shot it in his office no lighting kit no fancy microphone just flip the camera and hit record but here's what's crazy is after 6 months he grew 53,000 subscribers got 900,000 views and he only posted 13 videos Sean what was one of Larry's Secrets the asq strategy answering specific questions is it possible to live off dividends a guide to Dividend growth answering specific questions people wanted the information video's two years old keeps getting views views why SS and best inflation stocks what are the best inflation stocks here's the key though is this this fourth tip in a 2024 World you're going to use research tools like the YouTube search bar to find Smart Video ideas you want to make sure that you're verifying you're going to do some competitive analysis you're going to look around to see okay should I make this video idea or should I maybe pass on this one and choose this other video idea we're going to be going through layers of again how to do that because some some battles aren't worth fighting competition is too fierce but there's always a way to find the Golden Goose opportunities here's the key though just because you identify the idea like for me how to get started into video editing or for Larry the best what are the best inflation stocks does not mean that the title should be just exactly what YouTube predicts you want to write catchy titles so notice this title best inflation stocks my mega plan to profit from inflation and secure the bag it's a little bit of secure the bag like no one's searching for how to secure the bag you know with stocks that's that's going to be some like that's some human language and then as a CFA he puts some Authority on the end there so as a charter of financial analyst he kind of puts that in there so what we're seeing here is a combination of what we would call keywords like there's best inflation stocks is anchoring what the video is about to the algorithm to people but it's not just as literal as finding the question here's the tip you have to become a master at writing catchy titles you want titles are an art form and so just because you identify an idea doesn't mean that that's going to be your final title you want to craft the title and as a result this video has 1.2 million views I mean not too bad and so remember 86 % of us viewers say they often use YouTube to learn new things looking for specific questions so that's what Larry did is he started making these videos with his financial background and fast forward to today he got that silver play button answering specific questions helping his viewers learn new things and helping his viewers solve problems and by the way I know some of you picked up our starter kit but one of the things we have inside of our serter kit is our 15 best YouTube title formulas for getting views and these are actually we've studied thousands of videos and found the best formulas like this is deeper than like AI of course you can like go to chat gbt and be like you know tell me some titles the key though is there's particular types of titles that work well on YouTube that type into Clarity human psychology anyways it's just one of the resour resources inside of the starter kit that I know you've picked up and if if you actually want to check more about that um tub starter kit.com is where you can get access to that bundle of digital it's a it's a digital asset bundle of things like thumbnail templates title formulas video ideas to jump start your channel our YouTube Clarity blueprint some other cool stuff so um we'll post that in circle or the chat or the YouTube description depending on where you're watching that if you want to check that out but here's the fact just one asq video can help your channel get thousands of subscribers and make thousands of dollars just one video I really want you to get this point because you might be like Sean you're just kind of like looping on this same strategy yes because even though it's simple and even kind of boring it works if you work it and it's kind of like there's something about momentum see what we've studied with our students is is there's a particular order to success so sometimes we're like passionate we want to go learn some secret of the universe YouTube strategy and we get crazy deep inside of like our programs and whatnot but if you would just trust me on this journey if all you do is just you're a part of our free challenge if all you do is just watch a YouTube video you never got to buy anything from us or do anything else if all you do is just trust me and try this and give it a fair effort one video can change your life let me give you an example here is one video that I made on the best copyright free music for YouTube videos okay so how to find music that's not going to like get your videos demonetized this is understanding the pain point and the desires of your Niche and of your industry I've been doing video since 2003 and then I started YouTube in 200 like s for my church and then personally in like 2010 fast forward to today I love helping people with YouTube and one of the things that you might be looking for is music but also music you don't have to pay for so I did my research I came up with a video I posted a video answering specific questions one basic now notice too the title is different the question is what is the best copyright free music I crafted my title you know a little bit differently than that video got 4.1 million views wild now you might go against easy for you to say Sean though you've been doing this you had a head start okay great but imagine if you got 10% of those results that would be 400,000 views off of one asq video 10% of that would be 40,000 views basically we have people every single day in our V group post that in the Facebook group oh video popped off I'm getting the V views per hour like stuff is popping off like so I'm I'm not promising you that you're going to get four million views I am promising you that you are one video away of an asq video getting results for you but here's the power Just One video this singular video grew my channel 56,2 subscribers one video got me half a silver play button and this one video earned $ 39,380 so far by the way and here's what's crazy you can see it's kind of going down see the little blue line it's kind of going down but this video is five years old and give it a month it'll have earned 40 Grand give it an another year it'll probably have earned $43,000 just keeps going it just keeps going that's an evergreen video answering specific questions and when you're starting a new channel you're just getting started and some of this fills over helming I just want to encourage you to to do the asq strategy to do it well to write catchy titles to layer on top of the other strategies we're going to be teaching over the next couple of days but ultimately what would it be worth to you imagine just like getting one video out there that grew your Channel 500 subscribers One Singular video and earned you $55 and then you do that over and over and over and over and over again I hope you're kind of starting to see that this approach is also different than what some people might say where they they seem to spring up and go viral quick like oh here's how to grow really fast on YouTube people have used this to grow fast but I I like this strategy because it's kind of like slow and steady and grow for sure as opposed to get 15 minutes of YouTube Fame but then you don't know how to repeat it so and then by the way some of our students like Stacy Tel is a business owner so she did how to get in front of your customers and make more sales and she got 15,000 views now you might be like well that's only 15,000 views that's not great but what's the purpose of your channel she's a multi-millionaire generating multiple millions of dollars a year as a business owner so she's not chasing virality she's trying to get in front of the right people see the mistakes some people make is they chase views instead of chasing the right viewers what would you rather have uh you know 10 viewers that do $10,000 of business with you each or a million viewers and a couple hundred bucks in AdSense depends on your strategy and both are legitimate but that's up for you to think about okay what exactly am I trying to achieve and that's why on Friday we're going to be talking about your YouTube business model because it's not just about views it's also about the business that you're building so question for you is what is a specific question you could answer on your YouTube channel what's a specific question you could answer on your YouTube channel or a couple of video ideas that you have remember 70% of viewers use YouTube to help them solve a problem which brings us to tip number five know your goals and get clear on the why of your channel know your goals and get clear on why you want to grow your channel now this is a very important tip it might seem like it's less tactical but I found that this is the engine that fuels YouTube success not just thinking about YouTube search bar and finding some different video ideas to to to have the Unstoppable motivation and to crash through quitting points and to put in the work necessary and to you know everything worthwhile in life is uphill so to to to to stay on that forward March you want to Define your goals and know your why and this is a challenge as we land the plane today I want to encourage you to you know in your Journal start writing down some of your YouTube goals start writing down what's the purpose that you want to start your YouTube channel what is the reason that you want to succeed on YouTube why do you want to start a YouTube channel and maybe you list out home renovation that we want to do this vacation we want to do money set aside for children's ED education some different things what what what's the goals and the why because I've learned that no goals no growth Brian Tracy said you must raise your aspirations and that Higher Goals and then you make detailed plans to achieve them if you're in the chat you could say let me know why do you want to succeed on YouTube our mission is to help a million purpose-driven people create a full-time living doing what they love while making a difference in the world with YouTube and so I'm curious like what's some of your goals I could see Graham as one of those people because he wants to help people that's what we're we're here for as well of course this is a cool opportunity to make money but what about impact not just make a living but make a difference um spend time with family not stuck in the rat race I love it get out of get out of the rout create Freedom one of my favorite words of of YouTube help women understand their faith through studying the Bible Wendy says my why is to ensure my audience has enough information to make the best decision for them it's good Tom so I don't have to go back to the 9 to5 so I want to encourage you like write down everything because some of it might be like the impact and the difference you want to make but some of it might be your family your freedom it might be to prove your parents or the haters wrong it might be to live up to your god-given potential it might be to have a dream housee better vacations a particular car or something you know when I think about being here with you today in this Challenge and like the fuel that got me here it brings me back to 2009 when my wife almost died when I think about the why behind my YouTube channel where the fire really started if you haven't heard my story um in 2009 my wife was hospitalized for six days after she had dropped to such a low weight that she had to have a feeding tube first put into her nose and then J junam where they put it into your intestine but they placed it wrong so the liquid started to fill up her body cavity which will suffocate your organs and kill you quick so we rushed her to the hospital ever at Washington to the ER and they got her stabilized then put her in an ambulance and we drove do Virginia Mason in Seattle on like never forget it was a dark raining night in Seattle I was falling behind the ambulance in our Honda Civic and I was by my wife's side for six days and as if that wasn't the worst thing while I was in the hospital I was thinking about everything that was happening in our life I'm watching my wife on that hospital bed but we were also losing our house because of The Big Short we had bought a house as a young couple and we were house hacking that term didn't exist then but we had another family living with us and a couple other roommates but people were going through all this financial hardship back in 2009 people were losing their jobs so we were actually and my wife was actually the main bread winner from working at the church quarter time waiting tables at Red Robin and then video production on the side she was earning more than me from her three jobs but now because of her health like our finances are devastated we're trying to get stabilized so we're losing our house and then on top of that the church we were a part of some of the senior leaders stole some money and it was like a moral failure and the whole thing fell apart and we had invested our life there for like seven or eight years so I'm in the hospital room for six days and you can imagine I'm worried I'm you know praying I'm like God why is this happening but I'll never forget I really felt challenged like I had two paths and it was like I could give to the Despair and the discouragement and the depression which I don't think you'd blame me like that's some heavy stuff it was incredibly heavy but I feel challenged from God like you need to man up you need to step up and fight for your family and fight for you know your vision and and I kind of felt there's this biblical story where Moses was complaining and didn't you know was losing hope and God asked him what's in your hand and uh he had the staff in his hand and it was used for the Deliverance of the Israel people it was kind of like what was in your hand and I was like a camera you know and I just started to think through what if i' had been doing YouTube for my church and I'd been doing video production I'd already had some experiencing this stuff and so I had already been kind of scared on the sidelines of doing video production for others but i' had seen other people making money on YouTube this such early days I'd seen other people doing this I thought like the Epiphany was like What if could this be possible to pay medical bills and to provide for our family and it wasn't like I posted my first video and then all a sudden boom we had massive success like you've maybe seen that thing that success we think it's a straight line but it's more like a windy road of just pain and hardship and challenge because you know next thing we did is I still went and I got a job at to church in Vegas to get health insurance and to have a salary but I did not quit from that day forward on my side hustle that day a fire lit and it hasn't gone out since that day a fire lit that was like why do I want to do YouTube not just for fame or fortune or followers by the way I understand the appeal of all that like I I mean honestly I want I wanted that too I was like that sounds cool you know like that would be but like it was it was literally like because I'm fighting for my family I got to pay these medical bill I G to find a way and I looked ahead I I thought I don't know what our future holds what what's gonna happen with Sonia's Health what's going to happen with our finances are we gonna be able to have kids someday are we gonna all these questions and I saw YouTube as a vehicle for one of my favorite words freedom freedom to work from home to give us flexibility around health challenges or chrc illness or different things that might happen and I'll tell you a little bit more about our story in the future because I know we got to end and we have our VIP Q&A in the group and whatnot but I want to ask you what is your reason for wanting to start YouTube and this is worth writing down reasons come first results come second reasons come first results come second Sean some people that have followed the journey like your work ethic your hustle like the consistency over the years where does it come from reasons come first results come second the reasons and I could go deeper into because eventually we did create Financial Freedom and what keeps me going still purpose significance wanting to live up to my god-given potential believing that YouTube could be a platform for good that YouTube could even be a mission field for a higher purpose and a higher calling seeing evil and tyranny in the world and seeing that YouTube could be a way to promote truth and could be something that actually could change lives when there's a lot of Darkness it could be a place where people shine light reasons come first results come second Sean where's Unstoppable motivation come from reasons come first results come second I know that we're going to get into more tactics over the next couple days but this tip number five Define your goals and get clear on your why I want to encourage you don't let this just be a five-day challenge where you get some good information post one or two videos but then get sucked back into the the day-to-day struggles of life that's happens to everybody this point is the point reasons come first results come second when you got that mission that purpose where there is no vision people cast off restraint when you got that Clear Vision that fire inside of you and it might take a while to find I like a lot of these external motivations like for sure I want better vacations like I want to be you know if you want to buy stuff without looking at the price be willing to work without looking at the clock I like the rewards of hard work but I found that that Unstoppable motivation is from reasons come first results come second and so this is session number one of our our challenge um and I want to encourage you if if you're ready to go all in type all in on the chat type all in I'm all in if you're sharing your reasons sh reasons in the chat um but fast forward to today I realize I do have like two more slides here but uh it is been a wild journey and through Medical Treatments and lots of prayer and we discovered my wife has gastroparesis we've had a couple Miracle babies I could tell you more about that later and now I look forward I fast forward to today 14 years later camera quality is a little bit better and and on camera skills a little bit more polished on the other side of reasons come first results come second that Vision I had in the hospital room now think media is on a mission together and you're going to get to connect with our team by the way we're here live we're chatting with you in circle this is the team that is connecting with you that deeply cares about helping you win on YouTube and so we're we're here to serve you and support you and I also think about last question for you is when I was in that hospital room fighting for my own family and fighting for my own wife and thinking about our own future and after stepping outside of my comfort zone and and and facing fear I think back and I think what would have happened if I wouldn't have got uncomfortable if I wouldn't have learned new skills if I wouldn't have leveled up if I wouldn't have gone all in on YouTube if I wouldn't I don't know where where would Nicole or benadi or Justin I mean where would the different people in our community be today which led me to this question that I want you to think about who is waiting for you to show up and take your goals seriously who is waiting for you to show up and take your goals seriously in the mystery of how God created the universe he created he created it to be interdependent I know that for sure we need each other that there are things in your life and things in my life that are the answer to somebody else's prayer that there are gifts talents and abilities and solutions and answers to problems and encouragement and love and and uh who's waiting for you to show up and take your goal seriously you might be like Sean relax I'm just trying to start a gaming channel I get it but like we need encouragement people are more lonely than ever before more anxious than ever before more depressed than ever before more hopeless than ever before we need people that are stepping out out to entertain to encourage and if all you do is lift one life if all you do is change one person's future if all you do is plant one seed would it be worth it I just think I don't know it's some weird butterfly effect I don't know these different paths to the future but I look back now and I think wow the think media the team the different the students we've impacted all this different stuff like there's something powerful about Not Giving into fear but if getting uncomfortable and stepping into courage and so something to consider as you're writing your goals and your reasons so number one session number one recap YouTube is healthy and growing number two use the asq method to get 1,000 subscribers and Beyond number three start with simple videos that are easier to create and you know maybe things that I'll do you know down the line someday these are like right now what video are you going to film next and so Sean uh if you want to jump in here and maybe look at we've got Isaac G looks like he creates Minecraft content so is Isaac put some three different Minecraft video ideas here maybe we can give him a little bit of feedback those are pretty great how to build an underwater base in Minecraft very specific when we talk about asq answer specific questions not general questions and so um underwater base incredible how to build a a mega base in Minecraft um I'm not a Minecraft expert um and so I don't know if Mega is if it's more common what I would generally encourage if you're a smaller Channel or just starting is try to be as niched down as possible even if you're not going to get a ton of views because it's a much more specific topic there's just more opportuni so perhaps a fireworks base is something you know kind of uh unique so I I actually can look now how to build a firework base in Minecraft and it looks like there's maybe yeah how to build a firework house in Minecraft got 732 views from a channel a year ago that shows me it's that that's that's a that's a great opportunity because this video I'm seeing for my research is again we can get viral videos later let's start with some asq videos to start chipping away start getting discovered start getting the momentum going on our Channel with practical specific videos that people are actually looking for so those are really strong great job Isaac awesome Isaac we're gonna send you a copy of YouTube Secrets Sean's book YouTube Secrets um and so make sure you reach out to our team at thinkb support.com fill out that form and we'll get you a free copy of the book awesome job on entering the daily challenge let's just look at one more Sean um see if we can get uh somebody who is in a little bit of a different Niche all right so Mike Nova Sean says my life as a 2d 3D animator what software do you need to get started in 3D what computer should you get to make 3 so I don't love the my life and here's here's why because it's really not a question as much now it's not a bad video to make and sometimes those videos like the better way to word that Mike would be like maybe day in the life because that actually is a question day in the life of a particular job day in the life so you are essentially putting it around that but let me let me encourage what software do you need to get started in 3D is great but let me get even more specific than that if you were to think about a specific software what is like a 3D uh software list um blender so so what would be really interesting would be is like blender 2024 like the newest version maybe reviewed or verses like blender 2024 compared to last year and then you talk about the updates but then what gets interesting is when we say answer specific questions imagine if you were to say there's like a hundred there's in software there's like a million ideas it could be like one specific tool how to use the new rotoscoping tool in blender I'm just making stuff up right and so then you also think about I mean just looking it up I don't know where how deep your expertise goes or what different softwares but there's Carrera seamless 3D Autodesk 3ds Max Autodesk Maya k3d massive there's like all these different so by doing your re Arch what software do you need to get started with 3D is is decent but when we say answer specific questions consider how specific it could get like I think about for me it would be like how to uh do a a mask or how to you know um yeah to to to mask video in Adobe Premiere 2024 like the latest version and now you're getting very specific which also people say Melissa they're like isn't well isn't YouTube saturated now or isn't YouTube too saturated and what's funny is actually it is impossible for YouTube to be saturated that is a fact Sean how could you possibly say that well what is the definition of saturation the definition of saturated is holding as much moisture as possible right if you think about like a a sponge at some point it's full and there could be no more the thing with YouTube is its culture culture is always expanding there's always going to be new software there's always going to be a new show there's always going to be the season two of Lord of the Rings that's coming to Amazon pride there's always going to be a new Eminem album there's always going to do so especially when you're in certain niches it actually is literally end endless and not only is there going to be a new version of blender 3D software but there's going to be four new Tools in it AI wasn't even a thing two years ago there's going to be AI as it applies and then everything's always influencing I was at a real estate Mastermind talking to loan officers and real estate agents and they said well isn't it saturated I was like impossible the housing Market's always going to be up or down there's always going to be new the FED will be this or that there's should I buy this month should I buy next month there's always new things happening all the time that's good news friends it is impossible for YouTube to be saturated but you have to know how to position yourself you got to know what videos to make and so that's why or aren't all the questions already answered some of the top level ones might be thoroughly answered but maybe not for this year and every year everything's different the answer to how to get started in video production is way different now than it was 10 years ago when I first answered the question was the new videos are going to be better than what I said back then because the whole world has changed and that's good news for you and me the world is always changing so if you're adapting growing learning and putting out that good information in light of those nuances come on tube 1K challenge sorry Mel got me a little fired up there bonus training for everybody um so Mike we're going to also give you a copy of YouTube Secrets great job getting those daily challenges in there um you can reach out at think Medias
