Overview

Participants competed to create hyper-realistic cakes disguised as household objects, hiding them around the house for each other to find while overcoming handicaps. Points were awarded for successful identification, and the ultimate loser had to eat a "fish cake" as a penalty.

Challenge Format and Rules

  • Create cakes that look like everyday household items.
  • Hide cakes in plain sight among real objects.
  • Search for cakes while wearing disadvantageous goggles (dizzy, upside down, color blind, etc.).
  • Points awarded for correctly identifying and tasting cakes.
  • Participant with the lowest score must eat a rotten fish cake.

  • Both cakes were hidden in typical places (bathroom, among flowers).
  • Disadvantage: Dizzy goggles.

Round 2: Starbucks Cup & Sponge

  • Ben created a Starbucks cup cake; Cam made a sponge cake.
  • Cakes camouflaged among genuine cups and sponges.
  • Disadvantage: Upside down goggles.
  • Both participants found each other’s cakes.
  • Cam: 2 points, Ben: 1 point.

Round 3: Hat & Amazon Box

  • Ben crafted a hat cake; Cam made an Amazon box cake.
  • Items placed among similar real objects.
  • Disadvantage: Magnifying glasses.
  • Ben found Cam's Amazon box; Cam did not find Ben's hat cake.
  • Cam: 2 points, Ben: 2 points.

Round 4: Egg & Toilet Paper Roll

  • Ben made an egg cake; Cam created a toilet paper roll cake.
  • Cakes hidden with real eggs and toilet paper.
  • Disadvantage: Kaleidoscope glasses.
  • Neither successfully found each other's cake.

Round 5: Banana & Book

  • Ben created a banana cake; Cam made a book cake.
  • Cakes blended with real fruits and books.
  • Disadvantage: Color blind glasses.
  • Cam found Ben’s banana cake; Ben did not find Cam's book cake.
  • Final score: Cam: 3 points, Ben: 2 points.

Decisions

  • Loser must eat the fish cake: Ben, having the least points, is required to eat the "fish cake" as punishment.
