Cultiver l'intuition dans la croissance personnelle

hello hello hello beautiful people so fun I'm going to let you show your beautiful faces you don't have to that's the beautiful thing hi the beautiful thing about the deep do Club is you can show your face if you want to and you don't have to if you don't want to how funny is that you can put your real name you can put your real name if you want to and you can not put any name you can make one up however you show up is beautiful the one thing we will do is we will mute everybody when you start um just that it's not completely rockus and um when it's time to speak I'll invite you to unmute yourself sometimes depending on how big the classes I have a feeling some classes will be you know lots of people and some will be smaller if they're smaller we'll just have everybody unmute and they'll be more chatty and interactive and if they're bigger then um they'll be more orderly but the one thing I want to let you know is every which way I will maintain full control of the class because the one thing that I don't love is when I go to a class with somebody I want to learn from and then most of the class is taken up with other people sharing their ideas which some people love but I don't it's my club so that's how it goes all right intuition we're learning about intuition I talk about it all the time I coach using it all the time and I also using my own intuition and I also with the processing work I do invite my clients's intuition into the session and into my teaching and um so we're g to I'm going to talk about it really from my experience of it and my um understanding of it because given you anybody else's you could go find it yourself and then we're going to do a little bit of practicing we're going to end with four things to know about it fourth thing that I want to tell you is the most important now that you can all just relax is throughout our work in the Deep dive club we will be working on deepening your own intuition anytime you ask for coaching and we do processing and we do tapping in which I will guide you to do will be you personally developing your intuition and everybody else on the call developing the intuition so for some of us it's very natural some of us it's just how we've lived all our lives some of us it's very new and very challenging and so for you I want you to know at the end of the year it will not be challenging and I just want to say does anybody here absolutely love that we can see each other like literally my favorite thing I'll tell you how it came out came about this it's like my favorite thing I used to just see all your names right which I loved but I didn't know all of you and your faces and also you didn't see anybody so this is how it came about which is it's I want to tell you because it kind of relates to intuition which is how I run my entire business it's every decision I make it's every idea I have so I have had for the past year in monthly learning I'm going talk to you a little bit about how that came about today a thing called out for tracker I decided that and you know what I want for my monthly the Deep insides class which we used to call monthly topics I wear the same thing for coaching right so I employed my daughter my daughter uh she's she wanted some contract works I gave her some stuff and one of them was take a screenshot of every class and post it on Google Drive so go check what I wore so she now has gotten herself a very meaningful and beautiful job and she told me she doesn't have time to work for me anymore so I was thinking oh who would I get to do it and then I got this like knowing the value of my coaching the quality of my coaching has absolutely nothing to do with what I'm wearing and it was like sometimes intuition is just Whimsical and a little light hearted with a bit of humor and it just changed everything for me I was like oh my gosh I don't always want to dress up for classes never mind that I want to wear the same thing sometimes I just want to come in what I was wearing for the for the day sometimes I just want to come as I am which is I want you to come and that just changed everything for me it just made me realize what I want is casual what I want is more interactive what I want is us to just all kind of feel each other so rationally based on the kind of coaching environment that I was sort of raised in and brought up in it does matter what you wear and it does matter how you present and so I wouldn't really have come to that unless I was allowing my intuition to just pop into my head and that's one of the kinds of intuitions we're going to talk about right about different kinds of intuitions different way in this research for me there's two kinds I'm going to teach you about both of them so some of you might know the story of how I met my husband and I'm going to tell it you for those of you who haven't I was living in Canada I came to live in Canada I was single I was living in an apartment building and this was a little over 30 years ago so there was no social media and there was I even think there was internet there was computers that we could go to at work like these huge you know main frames in these special rooms very hot I don't if you any of you remember okay so it was a blind date my brother was working with somebody who knew him and they decided we'd go together because we both like to travel that was it so the arrangement was that he would come and pick me up on a Saturday night at my apartment and blind dates then were very very unsettling because you had no idea what the person looked like you knew nothing about them other than what you were told right so they would come pick you up because you didn't meet in bars then either they like picked you up I don't know in my world and then you had to go out for dinner whatever you thought of them or you saw him so I came down to my Lobby my my apartment Lobby there lots of people right very busy Saturday night and there was this man who was holding the door open letting people in there's no way I knew it was him because no photos and what happened was I just walked down I'm not thinking anything L by this point lots of blind dates horrible and I get this like settling over me and the knowing not in words was I will spend my life with this man and it wasn't like you know like oh he's so whatever this is it stars it wasn't that at all I know what that feels like and that's a feeling and it's lovely but it was just this int it was it was very soft and quiet and very settled so you know we go out and we do our thing and I discover that he does check many boxes he's sort of around the same age as me he's the same religion very similar family background even though I grew up in South Africa and he grew up in Canada um similar values similar dreams for our lives a profession that you know probably looked like it would be a good profession to provide stability to my family so logically he did actually make sense 30 years later none of those um facts that I knew about him have really contributed to the fact that we still together because when we try to make a logical decision based on calculations based on what we know which is always limited I had no idea was coming up for me or for him over the next 30 Years and hopefully we will have another 30 years I had no idea the qualities that would be needed in him or me to be able to navigate them so my limited information said yes and therefore I was able to explain it to people but what's kept us together is that knowing and that settling so anytime my limited information looks at him and finds him wanting or lacking in any moment I'll wake up in the morning and maybe he's still sleeping and I'll just have that knowing again this is the man I will spend my life with and it doesn't have to make sense it made sense then things have come up that would have made a lot of sense to not be together anymore but that knowing has kept us together and the thing about it is it's still very quiet it's very settling but it's still very still it's not available to me when I'm miling making calculations and formula of like pros and cons and you know what he's done for me and what he hasn't done for me and all that kind of stuff so it's just this feeling of he's the one for all the reasons what I want to know from you as we welcome intuition into our conversation just think for a minute was there ever a time when you made a decision you couldn't really make sense of it if someone said give me all the reasons you couldn't really do it you could make it up right you could like bring in things like I could bring it about him but that wasn't the reason you were doing it and it turned out to be a really good thing that you did it just think for a moment and if anybody has an example raise your hand we have the raise hand icon in our um at the bottom of our bar just raise your hand and tell us about it some of us will not have that no I shouldn't let me correct myself we all have it many of us have never actually become aware of it if we had like an hour we could probably find it but for some of us it's not something that we that we recognize okay awesome Heather I'm GNA I think can you unmute Heather I hope you can yeah it looks like I can unmute myself too um put you're outside I am I'm staring at my pond in the sunshine and this this is my back patio it's my happy place it's beautiful out here love it okay tell us so I was it was first year of college and I was at a private liberal arts school and they had this service learning semester in Nicaragua and I read this article and I just felt so pulled to it I I was so pulled to it I cut out the pictures and pasted them up in my dorm room and I was like I'm gonna go which um I always wanted to be fluent in Spanish and I was already well on my way to that amazing that would that you could logic that a little bit I was also a Premed student and going to Nicaragua would mean a whole year of college with no science classes and it would mean taking organic chemistry and lab over the summer and so it was there was a lot of reasons not to go um I'd never been out of the country before um so I left the country for three months the first time I left um and it was spectacular and changing and challenging and when I landed from Nicaragua I said how can I go back for longer and um I decided that I would get into medical school and then take a gap year and I would raise my own funds and go live in um a Spanish-speaking country for 9 to 12 months um and I did and I ended up in Honduras in2 wow and it's it's been one of the defining experiences of my life my best friend is Hond and we've been best friends for over half our lives um my now husband went on Mission with us to Honduras when we were still dating and both she and all my friends in Honduras were like yep you're marrying that one and um I've been involved in with the same Mission I take down short-term Mission teams now as a physician we've had this 20 beautiful 22e relationship because I had that in IAL poll and and and went for it do you remember the minute when you saw it because we just see lots of things right and something made you do you remember the feeling that was on you as you cut it out and you knew it it was I think it was right here in the middle of my chest and it was like almost this magnetic pole yes it was like this yes amazing amazing that's such a beautiful quality because that is one of the ways that we can feel it is that pool but it's not a strong pool we can very easily cut it by going no medical school blah blah blah money da D so yeah so thank you so much for describing that hether that's amazing Claudine Hi how are you Hi good thanks and you I'm good good so I wanted to share um there's two cities I've always wanted to live in New York and Paris and um so I live in New York City now but just getting here was it was an interesting interesting process so in high school I told my mom I'm going to New York for college and I was weight listed um at at a university here and then I ended up going to to college in in DC my hometown and then went on to medical school and then I was like residency residency I'm definitely going to New York and at the very last minute I Swit my match list and I ended up matching in Philadelphia and um then finished residency and then I was like okay definitely going to New York I'm I'm only looking at jobs in New York and I got an offer in New York but something was like No it's it's not time and even though it was really painful to to to to turn that offer down I ended up staying in um Philadelphia and taking a a different job and then two years go by and it was like nope it's time and and I actually ended up getting the same job they paid me more um and I I actually just left that job this year but I was there for nine years and it I absolutely could not have lived in New York sooner because New York is crazy I don't know if you if you've been here you know but um I I don't think I would have been ready for it and it was just a beautiful experience moving here and then eventually you know got a place here and U made wonderful wonderful friends here so just even even though it didn't make sense to like turn down that offer you know the first time I it just wasn't right and it would not have been right I can see that very clearly now so I love that because logically and outwardly you had said that's what I'm doing I'm going and then it came to you and then there was this do you remember can you describe to us what was your experience of that no not now I feel like when it is I know this we're talking about intuition but when it's intuition it just it it feels like it just drops in and it's just a knowing like in my on like I feel like it's in my brain you know like the right side of my brain but it's just like a knowing and um and I I I feel like it's happened enough times now to just I just go with it like okay wow all right God all right we're ratted this thing out together so yeah isn't that awesome so you're already kind of you've like moved over onto the side of like yes I know this is knowledge yeah feel yes it's different to the knowledge that you know when we say like my knowledge when I like do a calculation I take all the all the information I put together like oh that's my knowledge but our intuition is our deepest knowledge and it's that knowing and it could be the pulling forward like it was with he though and it also could be the no not now and no need to analyze why what's beautiful with you Cline is that you got to know why you you actually got to see oh it made so much sense to wait and then it made more and I was ready and and and and I got a better offer and all that stuff and sometimes we don't we still always know because of that feeling that our answer is the right one so good love it Christian manua if you don't mind I'm going to move on but you'll have a chance want to come back another time I promise thank you awesome okay so maybe Christy and minua have the story also or anybody I want us to also if you can mute anybody who unmuted please we're getting a noise from somebody it's gone fantastic so the opposite side of intuition is when we ignore it which we do many times because what we're describing and and I'm sure most of you have the sense if you have the experience of it it's it's very subtle it's very soft and it definitely gets drowned out by um loud noises like logic and ration and you know rationality and truth so sometimes we ignore our intuition because of all the facts available to us and I want us to just start thinking about did I ever do that and it didn't work out for me I have the story about um about 10 years ago we started to renovate our house and we we decided to start with our um our on Suite bathroom and so somehow or another I found this contractor and um he was a dad at the school was part of my community he took me to see the work his work it was very very lovely it was a very basic job compared to what we were doing but you know it's all very lovely and so um I told my husband we moving here my really like to support local people people in our community blah blah blah okay especially like School dad right he's a dad at the school it's born to be but there was this like in me every time I talked to him every time he told me something but my brain was like but this is what we do and right all the reasons and it was such a good idea and it it it just answered to so many of my values it was a disaster he was totally like experien of doing basement bathrooms and you know as was on the top floor and he removed the tiling and my kitchen ceiling all fell in and we had like hole in our kitchen for two years until we eventually gathered up the courage to start the rest of the renovation um and I just look back and I see my bossiness made me ignore it my um my external identity my like but this is who you are this is what you do this is how you make decisions which yes I need all that information about myself obviously because we need to be able to sort of anchor ourselves in the real world but when we're getting a message that it's not going to work out it's something to pay attention to kind like did right she was like no this is not the time so um take a moment and just think to yourself we're not even going to really share but just acknowledge without any blame or or you know we're all still here so we're all totally fine but just wonder was there a time when I there was like a knowing people call it a six sense a bit of a like sometimes it's like a a hardening for me it was always like a hardening in my gut but subtle very subtle it was very Charming we were very like we became good friends but it was just like subtle like like that but much quieter wordless again there was no explanation there's no like heat list and he doesn't do um the kind of work that that you need to do it's not that it was just like every time very subtle very easy to to ignore which I totally did so we just want start to wonder and you know it might not come to you now if I come to you later or in a week oh right I coach people on this all the time we can do some of this together because whenever something doesn't work out with a client or a student that they bring to me they always want me to help them feel better about the thing that happened and and where they are now which I'm very happy to do it's very easy to do that but I'm much more interested in let's rewind back and find all those intuitive messages that this was a no that you ignored we always find them sometimes they're factual right some we get Fs and we ignore them because we so want to do it but very often there's just that like yeah every time I spoke to them I I got a sore throat I lost my voice or we couldn't make the connection we kept losing the connection we had to fight hard to like actually connect these are the kinds of things all right so we have two kinds of knowledge we have external knowledge spased on facts based on truth it's based on calculations it's analytical it's rational it's a little slower because we have to consider all the facts and make the calculations even if you know we're very quick pretty much it can be done by a computer certainly it can be done by cat gbt and then there's internal knowledge which is intuition so I've T about before the different parts of our brains and today I want to make it a bit different just because it's a new class so I want I I feel like it makes it really clear we've got our external knowledge we all know what that is very uh Western culture right based on that stuff we can explain it this is how I got to this conclusion and this is why I'm doing it this is all the lists and then we have internal knowledge which is we can call it intuition you can call it an awareness it's actually Consciousness it's the way we are conscious that we exist and that we're human so anyone on this call if you think you don't have intuition you think you've never heard it if you know that you exist you do if you know that you're human you are accessing your intuition your inner knowledge your inner wisdom people call an inner voice people call a suc sense which I kind of love because it really is it's really information in the same way that right our our sense of touch and um and sight and hearing is um sometimes people will say it's a gut feeling the thing about it is it's often immediate just comes it's it has a Resonance of truth to it whether it's a yes or a no that you cannot explain it just feels like truth and that brings us to the biggest challenge with it it's usually wordless now of course we put it into words we put it into words this is not the right time to take this to move to New York I'm going to go to to the Honduras this I will spend my life with this man so we put into words we have to make sense of it and we are verbal beings what's wordless is trying to explain it or rationalize it we lose it I make most of my decisions intuitively know if it's most but many many it's very powerful for me and my the thing that as that made it so much easier for me is when I realize I don't have to explain to myself to people you all come to me and they'll go hey you know you were looking for I don't know this kind of professional or or a book on this well I've got this person and I'll be like no be like why they fit all the criteria and there's no way to try to explain it right or why AR you going to that Retreat like you love those kind of things and the only way to explain is it's not calling to me so no so I'm offering you all permission to do that not in a disrespectful way just in a I can't really explain it it's just a no it just feels like a no in my body you can't say my intuition says no my intuition says yes depending on who you're talking to it feels comfortable but know that if you want to start listening to this and making decisions more and you try to explain it you might lose it cuz they might go no but youen you know this this this and everything they're saying is true based on our calculating brain our external knowledge just a know for you so that's a challenge of it one of the challenges of it big challenge okay so let's talk about the two types of intuition the first one I think of as kind of on demand that we can really develop to be a decision-making tour with us together with our calculative um analytical brain and that's where then we want to make a decision so it's either like should I do this or not a yes or no or which one should I do so I want us to just practice it now together I'm going to help you um question your mind a little bit we do one of the other challenges of intuition is we need to be able to um I want to say hear it but it's not here here because it's wordless we w't be able to access it in some way or another because it's soft and subtle the more um we're in our external uh mind brain um the harder it will be so for some of you who feel like well I don't even know what that is I never get it it's not that it just means that you're very very in your um Western brain so one of the ways that sounds kind of TR TR is you know just quiet your mind not so easy to quiet our minds right our minds are very noisy messy so that's okay I'm going to lead you and whatever level of settling you get to that is just the level of settling you get you need to get to right now this is like an introduction to the to the experience in a group setting and like I say we can develop it as much as you want to in our sessions where you can come on and ask be coach personally and that can lead you through it personally so for now what your left hand on your solar plexus so that's kind of the area above your belly button like below your ribs kind of there and then your right hand anywhere it wants to go for most people that I've worked with the intuition is kind of somewhere along like a digestive tract I want to say so yeah so and if you want to if you're comfortable closing your eyes closing your eyes and if you don't want to you don't have to if you feel better just with your eyes open just soften your gaze and just notice all the thoughts that are coming in your mind let them come and go none of them are a problem if you like you can imagine them floating through your brain black clouds they're coming in they're going out you're just settling your hands one's on your solar plexus one is somewhere else on your body if it wants to move gets to move if it wants to go on top of your left hand on your solar plexus start to be aware of how that feels your hand on your body it might feel grounding it might feel settling and now think of a decision that you're going to be making something you you know is coming up could be a small decision what you have for dinner could be a bigger decision do you hire an employee do you leave a job do you s something new it could be a decision that has a yes or a no it also could be a decision that's should I do this or should I do that some decision where it's binary just let that be in your mind knowing that that decision is coming up and knowing that you know so much about it and letting everything you know flow through your mind CL clouds across the sky and keeping aware of your hand on your body ones on your solar plexus the other one is wherever it is I'm going to offer you a number of ways you might hear from your intuition about the decision as you're doing this just see if any of them happen for you sometimes a yes is a moving forward could be minuscule could be noticeable in your body a no is a moving backward I I decide whether to eat some foods or Not by holding it and just noticing do I move forwards or backwards no one would notice tiny so that might be the yes or the no for you another way a yes could be a settling you look the same but somehow you're just a little more grounded it could be a tingling a no could be a hardening it could be a constricting a very subtle rigidity a little ache a yes could be a sigh yes could feel like your whole body opening and no could feel like your whole body closing maybe you're deciding between one of two things same experience you think of the one thing and it's the same experience your body could settle it could open it could tingle or it could close it could tighten it could shut in it could close and then you think of the other it could be you don't even have to think of both it could be you just expect the one that's right for you to show in a settle kind away we're just going to take another moment or two to let that reveal itself for you and if it isn't to just let yourself know I'm ready I'm ready to know and then when you're ready if you want to open your eyes take your time if anybody had an answer discovered an answer and want to share what it was this would be a beautiful time again just raise your hands in the in the Box Manisha hi tell us first of all I just saw the list of the people that are on this call so hello to everybody that I already know so that's super exciting and it's more of it's more of a share I don't have a decision to make but like you I'm very in touch with my intuition and I've always used my intuition to guide me and I don't think I've ever steer been steered incorrectly I've always loved the decisions that I've made Bev I have to tell you I love it I love it I love it September 28th I'm doing a a talk for a group it's actually a matchmaking um event oh they're going to have 30 minutes with the speaker and the coach which is me and then they're going to go into a speed dating event and there's going to be four groups okay and the first group is Shadi in Hindi means um wedding so the first group of the four is second time shavei okay these are people that have either been divorced or have children and want to get married again yeah the crazy thing beev is I recorded a voice memo trying to figure out like what I want to say to these people okay and what you just described is almost verbatim What was coming out of my mind and into my voice recording to be able to guide the group moving into their speed dating event so they're going to be with me for 30 minutes and then they're going to go into the speed dating so I'm there to provide that Serenity that peace that calm or whatever the energy and I'm telling you like almost what you said is exactly what was coming out of my mouth and I'm just thinking like this is so interesting September starting you're guiding us I have a September event I'm on the call I just did a recording like two days ago I just listened to it again today it's all in sync and once again I feel very guided that you know it's just this just makes sense it just is lining up exactly the way it's supposed to be and I just wanted to share that with you because it's very crystal clear that is exactly how I'm going to lead the session that is all they need thank I love it and sometimes that's how intuition shows up right yeah we have a idea we just sort of let it out and then something happens we're like yes yeah so beautiful I love it really you're gonna have to tell us how it goes that is a pretty beautiful offering yeah people who are probably expecting you to tell them to like make a list and then of what they want and then check it off and and and yes love that that's what you're going to do absolutely this it be a totally different approach I think and I think it's going to be and I'm just thinking as you're talking I'm thinking Some people they're gonna be these professional Indians and they're gonna have all these you know stem careers and they're going to be analytical and I'm gonna be going in there with this with this woo woess and I'm just gonna let it be the right answer for everybody you know listen here's what I want to tell you yeah I'm so conf like literally don't understand the meaning of the word woo woo people go it's this is truth this is truth to me have it and know it yes they just haven't been trained or taught to recognize and that's why we start with as basic as are you aware that you exist and you're human yeah that's the level but I love it what bravery of you to introduce it and what a gift I think so I it's going to be lovely I'll I'll report back for sure I just had to share that thank you you must report okay Michelle hello hi um um this is such an amazing um exercise I this is this is really funny as we started going through it I was thinking of a very of you know some particular decisions yes NOS that are going to be coming up and in the middle of it all yes I started thinking about a decision that I didn't even think was a decision oh interesting so I had been um for for many years now I've been involved in um a a volunteer organization that I really loved um I did a lot of work in I you know overachiever that I am became president and like was doing all this work and it was very fulfilling and was getting a lot of really wonderful things done and at the end of or earlier this year I realized that I just it I didn't have the the time to put into it that I I wanted to um and so I spoke with other people in the organization and we um set it up that that I would step down and but I would turn some things over and I'd still be around if they needed me and and those sorts of things and last night was the first um meeting that we had of this organization where I I had kind of passed the torch and I I was like this is this is great you know everything's great I'm still around if you need me and all these things and while I'm sitting here thinking about it what didn't occur to me was I was my intuition was this is this this chapter of my life has closed this is wonderful thing we can look on it fondly but it's time to put it in the past and I wasn't letting myself do that I was like no no no I'm still here I have all this year on my calendar still all on my calendar I had every intention to show up and just just in case you need me and while and again I wasn't even thinking of this as a decision but while we were going through this exercise it popped into my mind and it felt like like I you know I was sitting here and it felt like a hole like something opened up and a rock dropped into it into my stomach like it was almost like o like this very but but but soft it was like it was powerful but very um very like I almost would have missed it because I was trying to think of this other decision and I was like oh this is the time for me to yes end I I gotta go delete those email like those things on my account because I I didn't even realize that I wasn't letting myself make the decision it almost like my intuition was like knock knock knock wa hang on right you didn't even realize there was a decision to be made yeah so this leads us so beautifully he if you don't r i want us to lead into the second half of intuition which is I like to call it popup intuition and it just pops up for us and if we're a wear or quiet or happen to catch it it's like truth we don't ask for it but when it comes if we listen to it it will it will be exactly what we need because I don't know if you can see but when Michelle was like her voice when she was saying her voice was quite sort of frenetic almost right and shrill and then it was like oh this is the time your voice just got totally settled deep solid so that's the kinds that we're and and and I think it's relevant that it came when we did sort of quiet our mind um because like we said it's wordless it's soft it's subtle both kinds of of intuition but just that knowing and now you're going to go and delete them and what I love to think about is is what amazingness is going to fill your calendar on those days like I just I just love to think about it I know it's going to be bigger and better and more for you even if it's nothing right even if it's right space yeah so I thank you so much for bring that up Michelle so those are our two kinds I um I find that I get them often when I wake up in the morning mostly on a Saturday Saturday is my Sabbath we don't do anything for those of you who know is observant Jews there's no technology there's no TV there's no what there's like really very little other than just sort of human connection but lots and lots of white space especially because we where we live we there's not a lot of people around us who live the same way so really it is very very um quiet for me and my husband and I would say almost every good idea that I've had in my business came to me then and I I can't write it down so like tell my husband and you're know I'm supposed to talk about work and so I just sort of let it be there but but what I think is relevant is it's really the only day where there's very little distractions and I'm very slow because there's just not so much to do Mo most of the time unless there there's something social going on so for me it's that of it's when I wake up in the middle of the night sometimes I write it down sometimes I don't sometimes I wake up and it's gone but I know it'll come back and it'll be a different Evolution and it'll be fine I'm giving a talk um next week at the life coach School Mastermind and I woke up the other day Night written and Brilliant and it's gone I didn't write it out but I know between next day it's coming back and I will write it down when it comes but that's kind of like that's sort of popup and really this whole deep dive Club came from this awareness two years ago I woke up one day and I was like business is going to look totally different next year I think it was last year and then I started the monthly monthly learning and it was new but it wasn't completely different but now I know what it was it was this it was just a much more casual kind of business where you know not only I'm not dressed up I'm not sort of on this mountain being this sort of expert kind of delivering information it's much more casual like hugs all day and night and sharing information and it just came from this my business will be different in a year and then I was sitting in I belonged to this organized network of entrepreneurs and I was sitting in a meeting and one of the one of my Forum mates came in and he put down this book called um automatic customer and I was like H I'm going to read that book and the thing is this guy Ray loves to read loves to learn he brings books every meeting he like pops them down for us but this one I was like yeah this is the one I'm going to read and I loved it and it got me this whole idea really of this kind of thing because in my mind before the only way that you could have um that I could have you know a bigger um higher volume lower cost um setup was memberships like I saw in the life coach SCH that's all I knew like Scholars and you know all the other ones and and those ones just look like you're mostly selling and marketing you're mostly dealing with a team and I just have to coach and teach and this book showed me I think there's eight chapters there's eight ways to do this kind of thing each one I just got Amazing Ideas and then of course I just came up with my own and the first iteration was great but just that idea this is going to be different just kind of I just watched myself moving towards how it's going to be now so there is the combination right of external knowledge Ray brought the book I read it and then another um another popup inspiration that totally made this possible for me financially was um I posted on my same network EO um does anyone have experience with subscription pricing and one guy's got a huge business um cybertech security he's like that my whole business is that hops on a course amazing organization people are extremely generous and he goes okay you need to have teered pricing okay I'll do that so last year I came up with essential as an intimate for those of you in last year cuz I was like I have to have two different tiers right so what that means is intimate was $50 $150 a month essential was 100 so that means essentially to like not get some stuff so that made sense right that's like external knowledge you have this and then you have this that's just a little bit more but there's a lot more that they get so it makes sense they by that very nice one Saturday I wake up and I say to my husband you know I'm going to have this ultimate plan it's going to be $14,000 and it's going to include private sessions that made no sense if you calculate it it makes no sense to have a jump from that to that according to you know whatever the truth the business truth of the world and he's like give it a try and I did and that sold out quicker last year last year after 10 spots it sold that within days it was the easiest part to sell and the revenue from that makes this possible for me to do charging sood for the regular the regular and I just I just love that idea it made no sense it felt completely crazy so this year offered 20 spots they they didn't sell out which is totally fine I think they will I'm probably going to make a few personal um invitations but it doesn't matter but just the idea and then what happened was I haed doing the essentials hated that every month I had to say to some people you can't come to this class you can't come to this Workshop needed it so I just decided not to do it this year I like okay intuitively I just want everyone to come to everything and get everything and that's what we did and we didn't raise the price the people who paid Essentials last year we were like listen just come on in as long as you're a member you just get everything for that price and it's just all it's just all sort of it just feels very I can list the steps for you how I did it and I called you know er's gone on the phone and told M pricing and Ray brought me the book but really it was just this like flow like oh it's going to be different oh so then that opened me up to I wonder oh that's an idea oh I'll do that that feels very open let's try that and it is it does help when you have someone else in your life who goes H let's try that my husband also is quite sort of like go with the flow so it helps so it's fun to think about when I'm when am I most likely to have those popup intuitions is there any time in my life where it's possible a lot of people get them in the shower these ones are not so on demand so it could be the On Demand is should I um have three tiar or two tiers and then I can feel into it if I had felt into Essentials honestly I never would have done it I was just going with right with the external knowledge which is fine it's not a problem at all we do that a lot but if we just kind of just open to the flow of what's going on we might get these messages popping in that then open us to information opportunities and those ways we could get somewhere and someone could go how did you get there this is how you know and you could be like I'm not really sure but I'm so glad I did so as you go about your week or if anything's coming up for you that you're like I think that's how I did it I thought it was because so and so said this and offered me that but actually there was this kind of flow that was always going to happen note it down because one thing I do find about intuition which is why I want us to spend so much time on it when we coaching together is the more we listen to it the more we note it the more focus on it the more likely it's not the more we offered it we offered it all the time the more likely we are to catch it next time so challenges barriers okay number one we said it's wordless and we live in a hyperverbal world world it can't be explained we live in a world that is very rational the the reason that it's really we really need it now more than ever is this our overreliance on external knowledge has a in it right now because I don't know if you've noticed but we live in I heard this phrase and I was like yes we live in a post truth worlds for most of our Lives people had to prove things before they could say it out loud on a public platform right you had to like do a study or you had to go and get a degree you had to have have have proof but we know that's not true anymore there are now it's Whoever has the loudest voice right or the loudest platform or the greatest audience and I don't want to bring up ideas because I just don't like to bring that negativity into our classes but if we think about the last year or the last two years we can come up with examples very close to us on the political sphere on the educational sphere on the on the health sphere where things are being presented as facts and we know they aren't or they were presented as facts and now the experts are saying made it up right anybody have kind of some ideas so mostly if we're not relying on intuition our internal knowledge we're relying on our EX external knowledge but the external knowledge is often fake and we don't know because we're not doing the studies and we're just listening to you know the experts or the or the um the voices that are coming up in our feed who we decided to trust so more than ever if we just want to check in using the on DeMont intuition somebody says to you this is a fact this is truth as I'm saying it to you like I don't know about you but like my stomach is kind of like sort of like um it's crunching because truth isn't truth anymore it's possible that people always made things up experts I suppose they did right I guess even Churchill he's like there's what did he say there's lies damn lies and then there's step so I guess people were always making it up but now it's really so outrageous that no people don't even feel the need to pretend that they have a study and so if we think our Western world is like you know really really emphasizes our external knowledge and um where are some of us emphasize our internal knowledge but it's sort of down there it's a good time for us to start balancing it definitely not discounting the knowledge are the calculations and the rationality are what get help us get things done obviously but I feel like it's just a really good topic for right now so you all know you have it because you all know you exist just start to notice what stories did I I tell that didn't include it that actually did that experience I had when I had my hand on my solar plexus in my body and I got something that feeling keep remembering it keep bringing it up that memory I have of that feeling that guided me many years ago keep remembering it if you have people who will talk to you without challenging it talk to them about it problem with people who challenge it is as we said if we have to start explaining it using you know rationality and external knowledge it kind of weakens it for us and if we're just starting it's sort of new so so best to do it with people go oh my gosh I know that feeling or I don't know that feeling but I'm so curious tell me more about it I just want to know I think this was it for me right and then you can and then you can sport yourself we don't all have each other but we have everybody here to do it and then what should evolve what should grow and in every coaching session we have here we will be bringing it in and relying on it because even in coaching if we're getting coached or we're coaching our external knowledge our calculating brain can offer thoughts and knows all the knows all the tools but our inner knowledge knows which thought and which tool for this person in front of us that's not just coaching that's being a friend that's being a mentor a teacher a guide chat gbt will offer the exact same coaching if you bring the exact same problem bring in our inner knowledge and we'll know what to offer of all the array of possibilities this person in this moment deepening all our relationships okay okay so the four things we want to know then off you a beautiful saying we have external is internal knowledge right externals limited to what we know which is always limited internals wordless and infinite we have two kinds of intuition the way I've described them we've got on demand and then we've got the pop they require different kind of listenings the third thing is you have it just like you know you're human okay everybody even if it's not so easy to access and the fourth thing is we're going to develop it here in our coaching in this club so I want to end with a beautiful saying that comes from um a teacher some of you have heard me talk about Dr Andre Cooks who unfortunately um died before writing any of his beautiful teachings and in response to a question that somebody I know asked him he said why walk on the wings of a sparrow when you've been given the wings of an eagle to fly on the eagle is your intuition okay beautiful people I love you all such a beautiful class thank you for being here thank you for being here with your beautiful faces and um we will see you in all the places I love you bye
