what's up people of the world welcome to another video today we are currently in Soul Korea [Music] Productions us meaning the end also RJ say RJ it's his birthday this is day two of us in Korea as you can see I am part of the Asia Pacific press of the Deadpool and Wolverine movie I haven't been vlogging Hannah so I took some footage we arrived at the airport I met up with Kong from te payaman we're actually here together because we are both going to interview Ryan Reynolds and H Jack and that's why I'm wearing yellow that a w you know what we did yesterday when we arrived here monage first time in Korea I smell the [Music] kbq okay we're about to watch 37 minutes of that hello what you think we say oh that's a good question so this guy's favorite is Korean barbecue I have no words oh my God wow happy birthday wow thank you and now we're here we're at the junket the Press junket 9:35 a.m. and apparently in 2 minutes we're going to go downstairs because the first press conference in Korea with Hugh Jackman and Ryan Reynold is happening we won't ask questions we're just going to observe and see what their mood is so that later when we get the solo interview relax all right it's time to see Deadpool and Wolverine himself themselves themselves themselves by the way I forgot to say we had the [Music] best welome [Music] action figures enter the stage but they're really funny they're really cool I feel like they're in a good mood too so I'm very excited to interview them I think it's going to be fun prank how I recently just got married any advice is for word cuz I've heard your miserable father the terrible father andice so I don't end up like [Music] you reference the real reason why is not because of me it's because she is the biggest fan of few Jackman ever since what ever since what I don't know I just love she watched him in Broadway also sh the music man that's how we're going to Vlog though oh my God it's him no we're about to interview Sean Ley the director of The One and Only Deadpool Wolverine this comes first before the two actors definitely nice to see the perspective of a director as an actor myself hello how are you pleasure hey man Donnie from the Philippines right on Donnie I'm going to steal your jacket when we're done yes sir it's too fabulous so as an actor myself I am very much in awe of your closeit relationship with your actors Hugh and Ryan yeah how have you built a longlasting relationship with people in such a turbulent industry well that that is a really good question Donnie the truth is that a lot of people in our industry can be inauthentic or fake or motivated by self-interest Ryan and Hugh happen to be grounded good men when we were making Real Steel Hugh said to me if you ever meet Ryan Reynolds and if you work together you're never going to stop and he predicted that in 2011 wow and now Ryan and I are finishing our third movie in a row with many more in our future so it's just it's it's I'm grateful for the collaboration but I'm more grateful for these friendships yeah that's so inspiring to see um I have question regarding the presscon a while ago you guys mentioned that in every place you visit you have a can't say no where one of you guys pick an activity which you will perform and the others can't say no so I was wondering if you had that card for Wolverine and Deadpool you went to their universe and you were to say one thing that you guys have to do together which would it be wow uh talk about your feelings I feel like if Deadpool and Wolverine were forced to not fight yeah and just talk about their feelings that would be like torture for them but also potentially therapeutic yeah just both of them in one room talking by the way some of my favorite scenes in this movie in a diner in a minivan in a room I love the scenes in this movie where we force these characters who generally speak with action to just sit with words yeah and Forge relationship and it's a relationship that starts off as conflict but becomes Brotherhood yeah even if they're from completely different worlds they yeah well that's the whole thing right sometimes the the person that seems the most mismatched for us is the one who can change us most yeah so it's no question that making a Marvel film after endgame is a very daunting task how do you stay true to the MCU while still embracing the Wild and absurd and crazy world of Deadpool I love the MCU and I have tremendous respect for that but nobody wants a Deadpool and Wolverine movie that is trying to play by MCU rules we like the idea of these cultures colliding and there's always been room in the MCU for different genres and so here we come along as the first ever R-rated movie and I found the MCU and Kevin feige and the whole team at Marvel very very empowering they let us make a Deadpool movie and we get to play in this sandbox that is the most fun thing ever for a filmmaker but we were able to do it in a way that's authentic to the tone of the Deadpool franchise and I felt creatively empowered from day one and the movie the world is going to see in cinemas is exactly the movie Ryan and I set out to make perfect last question so with the prominence of streaming platforms and the habit of watching at home because of the pandemic not only do we have to convince people to watch our movies but convince them to watch it in cinemas especially your generation Donnie exactly exactly yeah I got four kids man and the truth is getting getting people to watch movies keeping their attention for 2 hours getting them to leave their house I think that people want a reason but I do think people want it and so deadpol the Wolverine is built for Big Screen Cinema and it's built to be experienced by a crowd in a collective experience where you're cheering or you're laughing or you're crying but you're doing it together with strangers and I do still think that's a really special experience and my whole goal is to make a movie that deserves that experience awesome looking forward to it Donnie you got a whole good vibe I think you're going to go far next wow thank you so much hope to work with you one day right on nice to meet you pleasure so we just finished the interview with Shan leevy actually Chris also finished how was he cool huh yeah he's a really nice guy actually yeah and I think the energy was so good Wolverine sorry Deadpool in Wolverine thank you it is a very unlikely pairing just like me and Kong over here we have no idea why we are preped to be interviewing such amazing fine good-looking men Kong is a Filipino youor ah yeah let's get the ball rolling we have a lot of questions amazing questions for you guys well thought of yeah in the trailer you fight a lot MH why it's uh it's their love language I knew this question it's their love language it is our love language kind of right yeah that's how we express ourselves maybe something about the press a while ago you guys mentioned that uh you have a can't say no card on this tour uh we have a kind of agreement between the three of us um and it's the it's it's called can't say no that sounds dirty okay maybe a bit dirty hold on a second yeah listen back off can't say no card let's say Wolverine and Deadpool we're to join you guys what would you tell them to do with you guys that they cannot say no to oh h oh that's a weird one um two guys who can't be killed right I don't know let's go jump into a an active jet engine what's one question you wish you were asked but not yet during the tour what question is that um what would your super superpow be I've never had that [Music] one what what would your super what would your superpower sh you turned it around on us classic move if not Wolverine or Deadpool I would eat incredibly hot food with that burning your mouth that comes in handy I would like to not experience the full spectrum of human emotion uh that's been burdensome uh I would like to not sleep at a perfect right angle uh in a Silent Scream locked in my own torture oh my God uh I don't yeah I recently just got married and yeah and me myself I have a speak yes I have a 2-year-old son yes and I heard from you that you're a terrible father at my daughter's best friend in the whole world in New York City is from Soul and uh they're devastated that I didn't bring them with me uh because I'm cruel heartless and a terrible parents fa so any advice you Michelle it Michelle contain your client so any advice you do so though I don't end up like you um my God yes uh you know I think you just want to value and prize uh external accomplishments instead of uh bringing them home for yourself uh just try to stay away as much as possible you know people made the mistake of being a good parent at the beginning but if you're going to improve if the expectations of the kids are so love nothing but Runway um yep yep he's doing his honeymoon in Korea by the way this time oh that's nice Kong you're doomed you know can we please do a game is that it's called the most likely game we've got paddles and Wolverine Deadpool most likely too do we have the paddles oh where did you pull those from okay oh yeah all ] yourself most likely to be the favorite action figure of your younger self I wolverine my youngest yes I liked Wolverine when I was when I was young deadpol wasn't on my radar then who's most likely to lead the Avengers if Ironman if Iron Man did not exist but Captain America is the leader Iron Man Iron Man perished died and he same leader yeah but he's the leader right no it's Captain America so who's most likely to lead the Avengers between I mean are you crazy let's go together what let's go together most likely to beat Thanos if you traveled to the The Avengers end game nobody can beat Thanos yeah I know someone I know someone oh who man Pacquiao man yeah he's a slugger boy can he punch and last question so you can go back to your family who when you smile does it make a cracking attend a fan meet of Deadpool and Wolverine we have no idea what's going to happen inside even these guys don't know with a lot of supporters they're probably going to talk about movie the usual thing maybe couple games a panel I don't know we shall see but hopefully Hannah can get a nice interaction with h [Music] [Applause] thank you so we just finished The Fan event super fun Hannah was able to get a selfie with Ryan and H her biggest wish this whole trip and she got it to happen so she's so happy so obviously this was a dream come true for me I've always wanted to meet these two amazing superheroes in real life um such a surreal experience especially that I got to do it with a very amazing and talented guy Kong he's right [Music] there uh spontaneous and I think okay for today's
