Instructions are provided for logging in to the Moodle platform at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz, including account options, guest access, languages, and support resources.
Login Process
- Users can log in by entering their username and password.
- Password recovery is available via the "Lost password?" link.
- Login can also be performed using a JGU-Account.
- Guest access is available for some courses without registration.
Additional Access and Options
- Language selection includes English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Latvian, Norwegian, Polish, Romanian, and Finnish.
- Users may choose to access Moodle using the mobile app, with download links provided.

- A notice confirms if the user is not logged in.
- Help and support resources are linked for user assistance.
- Legal and institutional information, including the university’s imprint and data policies, are accessible from the login page.
