Model Mode
- Description: The core component of AGi32 where most project development occurs.
- Functions:
- Building and modifying models

- Toolkits: Located on the right side, these contain commands for:
- Creating rooms and objects
- Defining and placing luminaires
- Adding calculation points

Render Mode
- Transition: Accessible with a single click from Model Mode using Mode Tabs.
- Purpose: Offers an interactive visualization of the model post-calculation using the Full Radiosity Method.
- Requirements: At least one surface (Object or Room) must be defined to render.
