      • Oil pulling: Swish solution between teeth and gums, starting for 1 minute and gradually increasing to 3-5 minutes.

  3. Step 3: Applying Turmeric Gel
    • Ingredients:
      • ½ tsp turmeric
      • Equal amount of water to make a thick paste

    • Rinse: Rinse mouth with fresh water
