in Notion to manage all notes.
Create
different views
of the master database for specific projects or tasks.
This method allows you to see only the
relevant notes
for your current project.
System is based on organizing by
projects, areas, and resources
.
Allows for instant access to necessary notes without needing to open the master database.

Create a table
view.
Select master notes database.
Use filters to show notes related to specific projects.
New notes created from this view inherit project relations automatically.
Important Instruction
Every note must relate to at least one other Notion database.
Create a "missing relations" view to catch notes with no relations.
