C2 Fix Problem Statement

  • Challenges:
    • Soldiers not training on new equipment

MART (Mobile Advanced Range Training)

  • Purpose: Address training gaps due to new technology
  • Components:
    • ISM (Mesh Networking Waveform)
    • HMS Manpack, Trick (Tactical Radio Integration Kit)
    • Integration with WAN through new technologies
  • Execution Strategy:
    • Regional Signal Training Sites
    • Focus on foundational training (primarily non-tactical)
    • MART's Pilot Programs and Expansion Plans

Draft Strategy

  • MART will include tracks such as IT and Radio, Radio IP, NetOps, Services
  • Training signal leaders to integrate C2 fix
    • Emphasis on readiness and integration with combined arms strategy

Course Offerings

  • 300 Series: Legacy Kit Training

Methodology

Regional Signal Training
