Like before, meron lang may mga codes, alam niyo yun, mga HTML codes, mga ganyan, ang dami-daming codes. Pero ngayon, marami ng... website builders kung saan drag and drop na lang yung gagawin natin. Isa na nga doon yung paggamit ng Canva which I will teach you later on. Ito na ngayon, yung discussion natin, portfolio elements to include without experience.
Kasi natanong ko kayo kahapon, majority sa inyo ay walang experience sa pagiging VA and until now nag-explore pa rin sila ng different na niche. which is naiintindihan ko yun. Okay? You will create personal projects. If you have work on personal projects that are relevant to the virtual assistant role, include them in your portfolio. So for example, if you created and managed a blog or social media account, designed websites or organized events, provide details and samples of your work. So yung mga, let's say, mga personal projects lang, yung mga ginawa mo lang naman na hindi naman talaga ganun kaseryoso.
Yung gawa-gawa mo lang ng mga projects. Or let's say, yung kapatid mo ay may business. And then tinulungan mo siyang mag-create ng social media account niya.
Ayan. So you can include them in your portfolio. the personal projects.
Another is you volunteer for work. Include any volunteer experiences where you have performed tasks similar to those of a virtual assistant. So example, if you assisted a non-profit organization with administrative tasks, managed their social media presence, or coordinated their events, showcase their experiences, and highlight the skills you utilized.

E pinaghihirapan mo yan. Guys, if you are still starting thing on your business, lahat gagawin mo. Even yung mga businesses na meron tayo dito, physical businesses, online businesses, what they do first is they give discounts, nagbibigay sila ng mga freebies, ganyan, para magkaroon sila ng, para lumawak yung reach nila, diba? Para lumawak yung awareness ng tao, para magkaroon sila ng brand awareness na, hey, existing kaming brand, existing itong product na to, existing itong brand na to.
So that's how we create a portfolio. Aside from that, you can also include coursework or certifications. So if you have completed relevant coursework or if you have attended trainings and you have certifications, you include them in your portfolio. But guys, others are doing it wrong because they already have a certificate. They just.
copy and paste the certificate in their work portfolio and that's it. Mali yung ginagawa nila na ganon. Let's say you have learned how to run campaigns, add campaigns, or something like that. I-lagay nyo doon, i-lista nyo, i-highlight nyo doon. Huwag lang kayong lagay ng lagay ng certificates.

So I include it there. If they want to visit my videos, I teach them the tools that virtual assistants use. So that they know that I'm aware of how to use the tools that I teach them. So, you give them an idea that they know this, they know this tools. So, put it there.

Or you search, ito, ano to, ganito yung gawin niyo. You search for a business sa social media, kahit sa IG, na sa palagay ninyo is medyo konti pa lang yung followers nila. And then you offer your service for free. Gawan mo siya ng let's say 7 days na content calendar or something like that.
Tapos i-offer mo yun for free. In return, you ask for testimonials or recommendations. Okay, I will explain everything naman mamaya.
Now, the next question is what to include in your portfolio. So these are the things na you have to include in your portfolio. First one is an introduction about yourself. So you start by introducing yourself. provide the client an overview of who you are, your background, or your professional goals.
So, itong section na to will give your potential clients a clear understanding of your expertise as a virtual assistant, okay? About your expertise or about what you can bring to the table as a virtual assistant. So, very short lang. No need for you to... write down, you know, a very long introduction about yourself.

So this could be yung mga projects, yung mga reports, presentations, yung mga graphics, copy, spreadsheets, email templates, ano po ba, mga social media campaigns, yung maganon. Include them in your work portfolio. Another is you also include yung part ng testimonial. Diba nasabi ko kanina na you can ask for a testimonial or recommendation from someone. kung saan ay in-offer mo yung work mo sa kanya o di kaya nag-purchase ng work mo or hinire ka to do specific tasks, you ask for a testimonial.
And then humingi ka sa kanila ng positive feedback. As much as possible, positive feedback. Hindi parang tumingi ka ng testimonial, even negative, ilalagay mo na. Hindi, you ask for a positive feedback.

Pero sa amin kasi, let's say, wala pa tayong funds to buy for a new domain, so wag mo natin tayong bumili. Kung meron ka namang funds, okay lang, sige you purchase a new domain. No problem about that. So pag pinili mo yung free domain, just click. continue and then dito na sa subdomain niya ilagay niyo dito yung pangalan niyo and then let's say portfolio or something na let's say yung sa akin na lang.
Ang pangalan kasi ng portfolio ko is Creative Jeka ganyan. So pwede mong gamitin yan pero ayokong gamitin dito baka ano. Ganyan.
So example ano ba? Maria Creatives PH. Example, ganyan. So, pag ito yung pinili mo, just click continue.
Ayan. Click continue. Then, siguro palitan mo na lang yung ano nya dito.
Edit mo na lang. My work portfolio or ano ba? Pangalan na lang business mo. So, ano na ulit yung pangalan ng business?
Maria Creatives. Yun yan. Oops. And then, maglagay ka ng konting description about your website which pwede naman ninyong gawin.
And then, you can enable yung password protection or pwede rin namang hindi kung ayaw mong ipakita yung portfolio mo dun sa search engines. eh okay lang din naman. But for me, let's say ganyan, okay na siya.
You just have to click publish. And then hintayin mo lang na ma-publish yung website mo dito sa Canva. Okay, hintayin lang natin siya. And then you copy this one.
And then, ayan. So, pag yung kinopy natin, ayan, sinand ko sa chat natin. Pag kinayp yan, Ganyan yung makikita ng client.
Ayan. So, ganyan yung makikita niya. So, gusto niyang malaman niyo about sa'yo, ano yung services niya offer mo, ano yung mga work samples mo, ganyan.
