[Music] for this project I will be using a number one super fine yarn we also need a 3.5 mm crochet hook you can find the rest of the materials and the PDF pattern in the description here are the stitches that you need to know to make this top chain slip stitch single [Music] crochet double [Music] crochet and cross double crochet [Music] [Music] [Music] if you find this video useful please consider to hit like And subscribe and if you know someone who needs this feel free to share this video to your friends to begin we're going to make a chain starting from the armpit and then down to your waist for the size that I'm making we're going to chain 42 when you have your chain you're going to work a double crochet into the fourth chain from the hook and then double crochet into each chain [Music] end of row number one coming down to row number two chain three and turn your work chain three counts as one stitch next we're going to skip the next Stitch and then double crochet into the next Stitch next we're going to double crochet into the Stitch that you just [Music] skipped and these two stitches will create a cross double crochet stitch next we'll do that one more time skip the next Stitch double crochet in the next Stitch and then double crochet back into the Stitch that you skipped to create a cross double crochet so you're just going to keep on repeating that again cross double crochet into each Stitch until you get to the end of the [Music] row end of row number two we're going to work our last stitch on the third chain of the Turning chain three so the last Stitch will be a double crochet just like so next row number three chain one and turn chain one does not count as a stitch and from here we're going to single crochet into each Stitch [Music] [Music] from here we're going to repeat row number two and row number three until you have a total of 98 rows now for larger sizes you can adjust and extend the number of rows but make sure to end with a cross double crochet row again repeat row number two and row number three until the panel wraps around your chest for larger sizes you can adjust the number of rows but make sure to end with a cross double crochet row from here we're going to connect the panel so I'm just going to pull my working Loop into the first Stitch of the opposite Edge and then chain one chain one here does not count as a stitch and then we're just going to slip stitch into both Stitch and then slip stitch all the way until you reach the the last Stitch of both edges [Music] [Music] and then chain one to close cut the yarn and then fasten off and then from here we're just going to turn our panel inside out and then we're going to start working the Raffles to do that we're just going to attach the yarn to any of the cross double crochet row at the bottom of the [Music] panel and then chain three chain three here will count as one stitch and then make two double crochet in the same cross double crochet row that means we're going to have three stitches in every cross double crochet row next make one double crochet in the single crochet [Music] row and then again three double crochet into the cross double crochet row so it's very simple you're just going to add three stitches in every cross double crochet row and one double crochet in every single crochet row do that all the way [Music] around at the end of the round we're going to slip stitch into the third chain of the beginning chain three and then coming down to row number two chain three and then on the same Stitch we're going to work two double crochet [Music] next make three double crochet in every Stitch all the way around [Music] [Music] [Music] coming down here to the end of row number two or round number two slip stitch into the third chain of the beginning chain [Music] three just like so and then chain three chain three counts as one double crochet again do not turn your work every time we work the rounds at the bottom you're not going to turn your work now from here we're going to double crochet into each Stitch so there will be no increases just work one double crochet into each Stitch all the way around for round number [Music] three end of round number three slip stitch into the third chain of the beginning chain three [Music] and then from here we're going to repeat round number three twice so you will have a total of five rows for the Ruffles so do that and meet me back later once you're finished with that [Music] part end of round number five slip stitch into the third chain of the beginning chain three fasten off cut the yarn and weave in the ends for the straps we're going to pull our yarn for about a total of 120 in and then we're going to fold them in half so that means you're going to pull a total of 240 in and then create a slip knot once you finish folding the yarn so we're basically creating an ie cord here and once you have that you're going to have the upper yarn and the lower yarn now you're going to wrap the lower yarn into the hook and hold the yarn in place and pull through again wrap the lower yarn into the crochet hook hold that in place yarn over and pull through now you're going to repeat that until you run out of yarn and then at the end you're going to um pull and fasten we're also going to create a knot on both [Music] ends and once you're done with that you're going to create four eye cords in total for the straps when you have your four eye cords we're going to attach them into the panel so there's no exact placement for this just add them to the panel according to the width of your [Music] [Music] shoulders that ends the tutorial for today you can find the pdf version of this design in my shop Link in the description thank you so much for watching and I'll see you in the next one [Music] [Music] n [Music]
