do seen one slate one take one oh no pressure just over 10 years ago now having one small idea and a big dream it's it's crazy to think where we've been what we've been through it's been a hell of a journey it's been incredible from start to finish like rehe person in the hallway with Leo like the day before like we were like little school kids didn't sleep that night at all to see where we we're at now and like what we've been through what we've achieved and what we've become is just it's crazy to me it's never been comprehendable I don't think it ever will be to go from bgt straight into straight into the Limelight at such a young age it was it was crazy for us but it was just so natural we were so young and just so innocent and vulner and excited like to do that alongside my best friend as well my brother someone who's become possibly more important in my life than myself like is just is so incredible I don't think anyone has been able to experience that just being able to do what we've done experience and see the things we've seen watching each other like grow up and now it's come to a point where we're like fully grown men we started this when Leo was I mean 12 and I was 14 and now being 25 and Leo 23 I'm so proud of him I'm so proud to be his his brother and his friend and business partner and everything else in between you could possibly imagine some Point's enemy you know like we've we've been through absolute thick and thin together why you can ask us why we've decided to to finish I don't know why I couldn't tell you why I don't think there is a reason why I think it's more a case of just it felt right 10 years in the music industry is just an incredible achievement in itself it's a doggy dog world it's a hard game we wanted to end our Legacy at a high and at a good point and it just felt so right since then we've both kind of stepped away from our duties and responsibilities a lot more from Bars and Melody and I think since then from what I see in the both of us we're so much happier and I don't think that's because Bars and Melody didn't make us happy I just feel like we both want some normal a dad now you know it's time to move on it's time to move on I just want to say thank you to you guys most importantly for everything you've done the most loyal fan base I've ever uh experienced and seen so from the bottom of my heart thank you so much for being there this will be our final tour and our final album and I can't wait to go out with a bang one slate one take two okay I'm ready action 10 years it has been the most incredible journey thinking back to when me and Charlie first met one of my first thoughts was you know being the kid that was bullied all throughout school I never thought I'd be hanging out with someone like Charlie you know he was so like different to me but over the years as we got to know each other he taught me a lot about myself which I had undiscovered and also as well seeing him grow into the person he's become we've been complete Polar Opposites the entire time and showing each other the other side of the potential life we could be living but we were just too different to live like that the main thing that has made me proud throughout the course of my career is our Brotherhood I think that people say a person's their brother a person's their friend a person's their family but with Charli has really been proven to me we've been through so much together it makes me laugh to think it makes me want to cry there's so many emotions and there's so much diversity in all the situations we've had to think our way out of so to sit back and look back something no one can deny is our Brotherhood our final toour is going to be a recap of our entire career from old songs to new songs we want to make this a real special occasion for everyone because bars and& Melody deserves it all of our amazing amazing fans deserve it it's on us to make the show as amazing as possible so guys don't miss this it's going to be absolutely incredible I think this might be the best toour ever getting the chance to go around the world as a kid getting to see all the things in life that you never could even dream of as a kid I used to like go to England on holiday from Wales and now I get to go around the world and I've been to every corner of the globe it's just mind blowing to me the things by Melody has shown me in my life is that I can do anything I can I can Master anything if me and a good friend sit down together like me and Charlie did back when we were kids we can do anything and that's the main message that I think a lot of kids don't see nowadays but they really need to open their eyes and see their potential there's so much over the years I never thought I would be able to do that I eventually ended up doing and doing it a 100 times better than I ever thought growing up I didn't think I could say I never had the voice bars of Melody and all the things that taught me led me to the point now or I sing more than I actually rap and you know being called Bars and Melody me being the bars Charlie being the melody it's pretty important for me to to rap but I don't find myself doing it anymore so you guys are going to have to deal with a couple more melodies for me on stage the energy is going to be different this time 10 years has taught us a lot the first time I stepped out on stage I was a quick quivering wreck Charlie didn't know where to put himself and now we can actually put on a performance you guys have been there through thick and thin it's been such a roller coaster and I want to thank you all for being a part of it every s of the way B and Melody might be finished it's so hot in it man Bars and Melody might be finished for now but no way will ever die we'll always have that special time period in our hearts it changed me and Charlie's life forever I need some water here man every single day I wake up in the morning I think of you guys and I think of all the things in life that I need to be doing to make you proud and even though B Melody is coming to an end I will still continue and grow and become a person who helps try to change the world for the better you guys have taught me that and you guys have taught me to love that everything I now go on to do in life same as Charlie I believe we will go and do it for good reasons thank oh what do we tell them what do you mean what do we tell them don't say stuff like that me and Charlie used to separately make music back in the day I mean on my side I was rapping on YouTube um yeah you're sitting there like it was embarrassing I was rapping on Facebook not raing I was singing on Facebook on Facebook raing on YouTube decided to one day stumble up across one of Charlie's videos magically and um you know doing music myself wanted to collab with him you wanted to collab with me but I couldn't really say no really CU cheeky chat like you slides in me in box with a mixed teeth I'm like oh all right let's give it a spin so I sent in my mixtape and um fresh you know fresh mixtape telling you yeah we we met up and just started writing songs together normally I would not be the type of person you would have spoke to and vice versa we just did and we just got along so well that first time I came and stayed at your house for the week was just like one of the funniest times of my life launching each other down the stairs and washing baskets sat up on Twitter all night till like 4:00 a.m. I think the most amazing thing about how we met was coming into this new generation where everything's electronic and you know people meet up off the internet every day back then it wasn't so let's say like popular I guess to do that was weird our parents were not keen on it at all yeah like my my mom was like totally not against it she was just really concerned at like while I was meeting up with someone off the internet some older boy from a city um to make music you know always dream of being a rapper but I never thought one day I would actually pick up you know that pen and pack and start writing down my feelings which is where I started time's changed so much since we met I think the most beautiful thing is is how you know doing something that wasn't necessarily so done back in the day to then see it all change within a couple of years you know the internet becoming so popular people having more friends on the internet than they do in real life I've been there myself so that that story of Me and Charlie was kind of special to me in that way because we met one of my closest friends my brother in a way that typically wasn't normal back then when bars and& melody was created we found people in the world we never would have found without it and that's you guys so thank you for following us supporting us I know it's been hard at times but I honestly couldn't ask for a better audience or better supporters better family which is how I see you guys because no one has support me in my entire life as much as you every step every mistake every failure every success you guys are there and I think me and Charlie being the type of people we are totally opposite we've attracted such a diverse audience but to know we're all so similar on the inside it just shows the skin colors it means nothing we're all human beings fat thin gay straight we can all be unified together we don't want B and Melody to finish and these values just go away Me and Charlie are going to remain Brothers B and melody was just an umbrella that kind of Incorporated that over the past decade which is crazy to even say now the decade you know like it's crazy like I don't I I it's so hard to Fathom like if you would have told us like when we were sat on your sofa looking at that advert for that audition and told us that we was going to have a 10e deep music career at such a high level and capacity I'd never have believed you and I still don't believe it now like I I still don't believe it it's it's crazy it's such a long period of time and to do it at the level we have we've had platinums we've had number ones we've played stadiums we've done we've done it all like we've done everything you would want to do being a professional musician I don't know I feel like we've just satisfied everything that we wanted to get from this I think it happens naturally with us and it always has and that's why this decision was so natural and so easy it get to a point where you know you want to do things for the right reasons and continuing to do music I will always do I don't want to let you guys down by giving up music completely or letting my family down or let and giving up on everything that I've learned to create I'll always make music but doing it with Bars and Melody I feel like right now is something that needs to come to an end it's such a beautiful place to look back at our little capsuling time that we always have we're extremely grateful for and I don't want to take it for granted anymore I wanted to have lived this life had an amazing ending with a with a final tour to see all of our amazing supporters around the world for one more time and then come home and look back on it in a few years and be like wow we actually did that rather the barbecue literally thinking of the comeback to but no honestly like yeah exactly like Leo said without you guys it wouldn't have been possible uh without you bro it wouldn't have been possible thank you for everything thank you mate it's been a pleasure don't cry on me son I know
