time and uh their Rapid Release Cycles kept their browsing up to date with the latest features and security uh improvements Microsoft on the other hand uh leveraged its existing dominance in the operating system or Os uh Market specifically Windows uh by bunding Internet Explorer with uh Windows uh OS uh they ensured a widespread distribution and uh easy access for users Microsoft also aggressively marketed IE or Internet Explorer and collaborated with web developers to optimize a website uh all the websites uh for their browsers rapidly increasing their market share let's look at the key um internal stakeholders for ncape uh Mark uh Anderson and Jim Clark were The Visionaries behind the company and resar expertise in web Technologies and Clark's strategy thinking were crucial to Netscape early success at Microsoft Bill Gates was the the driving force behind the strategy to integrate IE with Windows while uh Steve Balmer played a significant role in competitive um strategy and marketing award stake uh external EXT extend uh stakeholders also played critical roles for Netscape investors and Venture capitals or Venture capitalists uh provided um essential funding while
