Lecture on Daniel Chapter 8

I want you to open your Bibles with me to the Book of Daniel chapter 8 I'm going to be going through a host of information with you I'm going to go as slowly but as quickly as possible and so I'm going to ask that you just stay with me but I'm going to make sure that I keep you with me in Daniel chapter 8 Daniel received a vision from God like unto the first he said in this Vision in Daniel chapter 8 he's by the river Uli and Daniel sees a ram this Ram is pushing in various different directions of the compass and it has two horns but the highest of the horns come up last are you following so far in Daniel 8 and verse 20 we're given we are given an understanding of what this Ram was a symbol of the Bible tells us in Daniel 8 and the 20th verse the ram which thou sawest having two horns are the kings of media and Persia the ram was great in its power but then the Bible tells us that there was a rough heag goat that came moving rapidly upon the face of planet Earth so rapidly that its feet didn't even touch the ground it had one able horn between its eyes and it moved upon that Ram with warlike passion and it began to stamp upon the ram it overtook the ram no one could deliver the ram out of its out of its dominance so to say and in the process of conquering this Ram the notable horn between the eyes of the goat broke and for smaller but none nonetheless more four four other horns came up in its place if you look at Daniel 8 and verse 21 are you there this is what the Bible tells us about that goat we're told there the rough goat is the king of and we're also told that that notable horn is the first king that being Alexander the Great so what we're looking at here is the rise and fall of Kingdoms meita Persia first presented to us then Greece conquering and coming to the seat of global prominence are you following so far then shortly thereafter we're shown the rise of a little horn and this little horn this little horn is a powerful little horn because we're told that this little horn becomes exceeding great you know the ram was great the goat was very great but the little horn it became exceeding great letting us know that this was a power that would exceed the power of the previous powers that were made mention of are we all together so far excellent and I want you to look in Daniel chapter 8 with me Daniel the 8th chapter and I just want you to see a few things that the Bible said that this little horn would accomplish during its time in Daniel chapter 8 ah just look with me at verse 10 it says and it waxed great even to the host of heaven and cast down some of the host of The Stars to the ground and stamped upon them yeah he magnified himself even to the prince of the host and by him the daily sacrifice was taken away and the place of the sanctuary was cast down he had a problem with God his sanctuary and his people and this is this is not the first time that this little horn is made mention of because if you go to the Book of Daniel chapter 7 just turn your Bibles there in Daniel chapter 7 we have another prophecy that was given to Daniel where he sees various different beasts and once again he sees the rise of a little horn in Daniel 7 and verse 25 the Bible talks about the activities of this little horn we're told there and he shall speak great words against the most high and he shall wear out the Saints of the most high and he shall think to change times and laws excellent we have some Bible students here and they shall be given into his hand until a time times and what and half a times and because you're a Bible students I know that you know that a time is a year times means two years half a time is half a year so we have three and a half years years but we're dealing with prophetic time am I correct and according to numbers 14:34 and Ezekiel 4 and: 6 a day can be equal to a year in Bible prophecy so if we have three and a half years 360 days to a year what we have here is 1,2 60 days or 1,260 years and this power from 538 ad all the way through 1798 ad 1,260 years reaped havoc on the people of God we're told by some historians a conservative number of 50 million Christians were sent to bloody Graves at that time I was just in Rome not too long ago doing some filming and I went to I don't even know if I had to tell you where I went to I I went to is someplace I want to get back in again I went to this place and they were putting on display the history of the order of the Dominican monks are you familiar with the Dominicans okay you're familiar with the Jesuits right okay well the Jesuits were like Paul you know Paul set them up for the kill the Dominicans did the Dirty Work are with me right now and when you go into this place they don't want you to take any pictures and you go in there and you see all these pictures of these Dominican priests and friars and they they have Halos over their heads and their faces are glowing and they have Bibles next to their hands and then in the other hand there's a chain with a hook with blood on the end of it or there's a spiked ball on the table the implements that they use to persecute the Protestants they thought that they were doing God's service I thought that was the Pinnacle of Insidious until I walked into the Chapels that they constructed wholly off of human bones chandeliers made out of hipbones brothers and sisters you can't make this stuff up and they said this is Holy this is what was done to God's people this little horn in the Book of Daniel chapter 8 it Reed havoc on the Church of the Living God that little horn is a symbol of Rome in both of its phases both Imperial Rome and holy Rome or what we would know as the Pagan Roman Empire and the papal Roman Empire if you're following say amen amen and so now Daniel is watching this power wreaking havoc on God's people on his Sanctuary on the high Priestly Ministry of Jesus Christ himself and I truly believe that in Daniel chapter 8 I want you to look there with me now in Daniel chapter 8 and verse 13 the words that he here spoken by these saints that he sees in Vision I truly believe that they're resonating the very thoughts of his heart he says I heard one Saint speaking and then another Saint said unto that certain Saint which spake how long shall be the vision concerning the daily sacrifice sacrifice is the supplied word and the transgression of desolation to give both the sanctuary and the host to be trotten underfoot interpretation how long God are you going to allow your people to be trampled underfoot how long are you going to allow your sanctuary to be laid desolate by this power how long are you going to allow this system to obstruct the high Priestly Ministry of Jesus Christ so that men and women do not see the path of Salvation because this system was responsible for throwing the church Into the Dark Ages how long are you going to allow this power to Prevail over your people people and your sanctuary and then the voice of the saint comes back in verse 14 unto 2,300 days then shall the sanctuary be cleansed unto 2,300 days then shall the sanctuary be cleansed Daniel heard these things and God sent his Angel Gabriel to give Daniel an understanding of those things that he saw in Vision he gave Daniel a clear clear understanding of what the ram was a symbol of met Persia we learned that already he gave Daniel a clear understanding of what that goat was a symbol of the Grecian Empire we've learned that already but when it came to this issue of the evening and the mornings or the 2300 days Daniel didn't comprehend it Daniel didn't comprehend it so much so look with me in Daniel chapter 8 are you there in your Bibles in Daniel the eth chapter look what the Bible tells us looking at verse 27 it says and I Daniel fainted and was six certain days and afterward I arose I arose up and did the king's business and I was astonished at the vision but none understood it just imagine receiving some information that troubled you so much it caused you to faint and then after you came to you were were sick not just for a few hours but days brothers and sisters are you following this right now this is some it's evident to me that Daniel knew that that information was critical and the fact that he could not grasp it the fact that he could not understand it it troubled him to the very core of his being that it caused him to lose Consciousness and he tried to go about his daily Affairs but this thing continued to gnaw at him him I know why ignored at him I know why it troubled him because if you go to Daniel chapter 9 and verse two look the Bible says in the first year of his Reign speaking of the reign of Darius in the first year of his Reign I Daniel understood by books the years the years where of the Lord spake unto Jeremiah the prophet are you following friends that he would accomplish 70 years in the desolation of Jerusalem that's the reason why he fell out that's the reason why he became sick that's the reason why he fainted because D Daniel was thinking wait a minute we've been in 70 years of captivity according to the Prophet Jeremiah the 70 years was getting ready to come to its conclusion matter of fact in the book of Jeremiah 25 and: 11 clearly Daniel was looking at this the Bible says that the whole land would be laid in Desolation and these nations would serve the king of Babylon 70 years but then in Jeremiah chap 29 and verse 10 the Bible tells us there and thus sayith the Lord that after 70 years are accomplished in Babylon I will do what he says I will visit them I will visit them and I will accomplish my good word toward them and that I will cause them to return to this place he knew the prophecy was that at the conclusion of the 70 years God was supposed to take them out of the Babylonian captivity and here the 70 years is getting ready to conclude and he's getting a prophecy until 2,300 days and he's thinking longer we have to stay in Babylon longer Lord forgive us and that's why Daniel begins to pray in the beginning of Daniel chapter 9 he pleads with the Lord that he would honor the Covenant that he made with his people and then once again Gabriel comes to Daniel to give him understanding I want you to look with me at Daniel 9 beginning at verse 24 if you're with me just say Amen in Daniel 9 and verse 24 the Bible says 70 weeks are determined upon thy people and the holy city the word determined means cut off 70 weeks are specifically cut off for Daniel's people the Jewish nation and the holy city that being Jerusalem this was a probationary period of time that God specific Ally allotted to deal with the Jewish nation and Jerusalem if you're following say amen and because the word of God tells us that these 70 weeks were cut off you can only cut something off from a larger hole of something so this time frame had to be cut off from a larger time frame and that larger time frame was the 2300 days no 2300 years because a day can be equal to a year so the 70 weeks are not a literal 70 70 weeks this is also 490 years why 490 years because you have 7 days in a week 7times 70 equals 490 so 490 years of this 2300 day prophecy specifically God has allocated to be a probationary time period for the Jewish Nation to make things right or he would cut them off as being that specific I want to say specific as being that chosen people that he would use to bring the message of Salvation to the Nations and then the angel now proceeds to tell Daniel the starting point of the 70 weeks if you're looking with me in your Bibles I hope you are we're in Daniel chapter n and we're looking at verse 25 if you hear there say amen amen he says know therefore and understand that unto the unto the going forth of the Commandment to restore and rebuild Jerusalem unto Messiah the prince shall be seven weeks and three score and two weeks the street shall be built again and the wall even in troubless times so now we have a starting point for the prophecy the going forth of the Commandment to restore and to rebuild Jerusalem this going forth of the Commandment to restore and rebuild Jerusalem we can see in the book of Ezra 7 there are various different decrees that were made pertaining to the Reconstruction or the Reconstruction rather of the physical structures that made up Jerusalem but they do not fit the prophetic message because the message says the Commandment must deal with the restoring and the rebuilding are you with me friends so this is not just dealing with with the building of physical structures this is restoring the Civil power of the nation so that they can function as a sovereign autonomous people and the decree that was made by AR Xerxes in the year 457 BC fits right there so the starting point of the 2300 days is 457 BC if you're following just say Amen so hard for me to go slow are you with me right now 457 BC it said from the time of that commandment to restore and rebuild Jerusalem 69 weeks would elapse after those 69 weeks the revelation of the Messiah or the anointed one would take place so if we have 69 weeks 7 time 69 what's the number that we get my mathematicians 483 years so if you minus 483 from 457 that takes you to 27 because there's no such thing as a zero year so you go to 27 but we're doing with dealing with 27 a d and what happened in 27 ad go with me in the Book of Luke The Book of Luke The Book of Luke chapter 3 in Luke chap 3 which is 27 ad and we know this because in Luke chapter 1 Ty Caesar was reigning at that time and this was the 15th year of his Reign he began his reign in 13 ad so years later 27 ad and the Bible tells us something of importance happened in that year we're looking in the Book of Luke chapter 3 if you're there in your Bible just say Amen in Luke chapter 3 specifically look now with me at verses 21 and 22 are you there with me it says now when all the people were baptized it came to pass that Jesus also being baptized praying that the heavens were opened and the Holy Ghost descended in a bodily shape like as of a dove upon him and the heavens were open and there was a voice saying this is my beloved Son in whom I am well pleased this was the hour of the revelation of whom the anointed one was Jesus was revealed by John the Baptist to be the Lamb of God that takes away the sin of the world he was the promised seed he was the Messiah if you're following just say amen amen so we have 457 BC taking us to 27 a and now I want you to run back with me to the Book of Daniel chapter 99 because in Daniel chapter n now there's another significant event that's supposed to transpire are you with me in Daniel the 9th chapter good in Daniel chapter 9 looking at verse 26 it says and after three score and two weeks Messiah Messiah should be what cut off but not for himself so after the 69 weeks the cutting off of the Messiah would take place Isaiah has something to say on this in the book of Isaiah chapter 53 go there with me Isaiah chapter 53 look with me at the e8th verse we're talking about the messenger of the Covenant in Isaiah chapter 53 if you're with me in verse 8 the Bible tells us he was taken from prison and from judgment and who shall declare his generation he was cut out out of he was cut off out of the land of the living for the transgression of my people was he stricken did Jesus suffer for himself he was cut off because of us he died for our sins it was our shame that he bore on calvary's cross and the word of God actually lets us know about what time in this final week because we're in the final week now of the 70 weeks let us know about what time exactly what time in that final week when Jesus would actually experience being cut off out of the land of the living go back with me again Daniel chapter 9 in Daniel chapter 9 looking at verse 27 it says here and he shall confirm the Covenant with many for one week and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease now how did Messiah how did Jesus cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease when he died at the cross amen the Bible specifically tells us something I want you to see this this is significant go with me to the Book of Mark Mark the 13th chapter in Mark chapter 13 Mark chapter 13 look with me Mark chapter 13 Mark chapter 15 Mark chapter 15 look with me now at verses 37 and 38 the Bible tells us here and Jesus cried with a loud voice and gave up The Ghost and then we are told that the veil of the temple was rent in Twain From the top to the bottom that very thick Veil that separated the holy place from the most holy place an apartment that only the high priest entered once a year that thick veil was rent not from the bottom to the top but from the top to the bottom letting men know that it was not by human Ingenuity that this was done heaven was behind it God said the sacrificial system is over no more sacrifices the Lamb of God has been slain and so he called C the sacrifice and the oblation to cease in 31 ad if you're with me say amen and this is why the Bible says this now go with me to the book of Colossians I love this Colossians chapter 2 in Colossians chapter 2 beginning with me at verse 14 the Bible says blotting out the handwriting of ordinances which was against us which was contrary to us and took it out of the way nailing them to his cross Jesus nailed something to the Cross didn't he he blotted out the handwriting of ordinances this is him making an end of the sacrifices and the oblations you know our Christian friends would say that Jesus made an end of the law here in Colossians chapter 2 and verse1 14 and he did make an end of a law just not the law they're thinking of if you're with me say Amen because the Bible says he blotted out the hand writing of ordinances those handwriting of ordinances which were against us which were contrary to us those things he took out of the way nailing them to the cross and as a result of this verse 16 tells us let no man therefore judge you in meat or in drink or in expect of holy days or of new new moons are Sabbath days for all these are shadow of things to come but the body is of Christ the reason why no one can judge us concerning meat or drink or holy days or new moons or Sabbath days is because they were part of that handwriting of ordinances that were blotted out at the cross if you're with me just say Amen am so what was it that was blotted out of the Cross but we told earlier that Jesus made an end of the sacrifices and oblations is that not true go with me to Deuteronomy where we going now Deuteronomy I love this Deuteronomy Deuteronomy in Deuteronomy chapter 31 in Deuteronomy chapter 31 the Bible tells us looking at verse 24 it came to pass when Moses had made an end of writing the words of this law in a book until they were finish that Moses commanded the Levites which bear the Ark of the Covenant of the Lord saying take this book of the law and put it in the side not inside but in the side of the Ark listen closely to the verbiage that it may be there for a what testimony against thee notice that the book of the law was to stand as a testimony against the people the same way that we're told in the book of Colossians 2 and: 14 that the handwriting of ordinances was against us friends it was the book of the law that was blotted out at the cross the ceremonial law was done away with the sacrifices done away with that's why no one can judge us in meat and drink all you have to do is look in the Book of Leviticus you'll see meat offerings and drink offerings directly in connection with ceremonial holy days new moon moons you'll see new moons directly in connection with ceremonial holy days matter of fact the Bible tells us in Psalm 81:3 blow up the trumpet in the new moon at the time appointed on the solemn Feast Day done away with are you with me so far and then they'll say but what about the Sabbath day Sabbath is still there friend well yeah let's go back to Leviticus chapter 23 in Leviticus chap 23 speaking of that same blowing of the trumpets in verse 24 the Bible says thus sayith the Lord say unto Israel that in the seventh month in the first day ye shall have a Sabbath a memorial of blowing of trumpets a holy convocation this was a ceremonial Sabbath seventh month first day that could be any day are you with me so far this is not the weekly Sabbath that is spoken of in the book of Exodus chapter 20 beginning at verse 8 all these things the Bible says are a shadow of things to come and if it's not clear as of yet what law we're talking about please just go with me to the book of Hebrews chapter 10 Hebrews chapter 10 and verse 1 the Bible tells us in Hebrews chapter 10 and verse one now the law having a shadow of good things to come but not the very image of those things could never with those sacrific es which were offered year by year make the comers there unto perfect now tell me which one of the Ten Commandments have anything to do with the offering of sacrifices the first one the fifth one the seventh one none of them but the law that is a shadow of things to come is a law that also pertains to sacrifices and that's the book of the law and that's why the Bible says all those things are a shadow of things to come but the body the True Image is Christ Jesus did away with these things at the cross he was the Lamb of God but now go back to Colossians chapter 2 this is where I get to have some good time with God's word because in Colossians chapter 2 when Jesus blotted out the handwriting of ordinances at the cross we're told that something something else happened look at verse 15 Colossians chapter 2 what verse did I just give you it says and spoiling principalities and Powers he made an open show of them having triumphant Tri triumphing over them at the cross Jesus spoiled principalities and Powers amen what principalities and powers are we talking about Ephesians 6:12 for we wrestle not against flesh and blood but against principalities against Powers against the rulers of Darkness of this world against spiritual wickedness in high places at the cross Jesus robbed Satan of man he took the keys of hell and of death yes Hallelujah he satisfied the requirements of the Covenant and the Bible says at the cross he made an open show of Satan because Satan's argument was God is not love he doesn't care about creation he's a tyrant his judgments are arbitrary but it was proven at the cross who Satan really was that he was willing to kill the Creator to maintain his kingdom but God says I'm willing to die for creation so that I can redeem them the love of God was proven and that's why the Bible tells us in Revelation 12 and verse 10 and I heard a loud voice from Heaven saying now has come salvation and strength and the kingdom of our God and the power of His Christ for the accuser of our Brethren is cast down that accuses them before our God day and night now it was made clear before all the Angelic hosts who Satan really was and every last affection in their heart that might have been entangled with him was removed from them and then the Bible tells us in verse 12 of Revelation 12 woe unto the inhabitants of the earth and the Sea for the devil has come down unto you having great wrath because he knoweth that he hath but a short time why did the how did the devil know that he had a short time was he just guessing brothers and sisters the Bible didn't say he thinks that he had a short time or he thought that he had a short time it says that he knew which means he was intimately aware of some information that made it clear that his time was almost over what information was that well Ezekiel chter 28 tells us something about this Insidious being Ezekiel chapter 28 go there with me verse 12 in Ezekiel 28 and ver2 the Bible tells a son of man take up a lamentation upon the king of Tyrus and say unto him thou sealstone and perfect in Beauty thou was in Eden the Garden of God every precious stone was thy covering jump down with me to verse 14 just for the purpose of time we're told there Thou Art the anointed CHP that coverthe so this is Lucifer if you're with me say Amen well look what God had to to say about this exalted angel look at verse three in Ezekiel 28 and ver3 the Bible says Thou Art wiser than Daniel there is no secet secret that we can hide from thee Thou Art wiser than Daniel there is no secret that can be hidden from thee he was wiser than Daniel the Bible says something about the wise in Ecclesiastes chapter 8 I want you to see this with your own eyes open your Bibles there Ecclesiastes chapter 8 look with me at the fifth verse it tells us something about the wise eclesiastes chapter 8 what verse did I give you excellent the Bible tells us here who so keepeth the Commandment shall see or feel no evil but the wise in heart discern of time and judgment friends was there a time that Daniel couldn't understand but I assure you he who was wiser than Daniel understood the time that Daniel couldn't understand the devil understood the 2300 day prophecy you see Daniel was thinking oh this has to do with Jerusalem the devil knew it had nothing to do with Jerusalem the devil knew in his heart that a time was coming very shortly from the time that Jesus died on the cross approximately 1,823 and2 years and a half after 27 ad 31 rather ad you're with me right now say amen he knew that this whole issue of the cleansing of the sanctuary this was a time of judgment friends are you with me he knew that God was moving forward to finish finish a work that's why that was the answer to the question in verse 13 they said how long Lord are you going to allow your Sanctuary to be trotten underfoot the high Priestly Ministry of Jesus Christ to be marred your people to be persecuted he said don't worry in 2,300 days then shall My Sanctuary be cleansed and I will deal with the rebels and their leader are you following from friends and can you imagine from the cross the devil is moving with all the Wrath in him because he knows he's got a short time in 182 years and a half the cleansing of the sanctuary would begin the Bible tells us Us in the Book of Revelation CH 10 are you with me when 1813 and a half years elapse something happened in Revelation chap 10 looking at verse one if you're there say Amen the Bible says and I saw another Mighty Angel come down from heaven clothed with a cloud and a rainbow was upon his head and his face was as as was was as it were the Sun and his feet where as they were pillars of fire and he had in his right hand a little book opened and he set his right foot upon the sea and his left foot upon the Earth who is this Mighty Angel who is this Mighty messenger because the word Angel comes from the Greek word anglos which means messenger the Bible says this messenger he's clothed with the cloud but my Bible tells me in the book of Psalm chapter 104 beginning at verse three who layeth the beams of his Chambers in the waters who maketh the clouds his chariots in Psalm 68:1 17 the Bible tells us that the Chariots of God are 20,000 even thousands of Angels the Lord is amongst them as in si in the Holy place my friends those clouds are a symbol of angels and the word of God tells us that the Lord is amongst them even like as he was in in in in Zion in siai rather when he gave the Commandments our friends it's the Lord that we're looking at in Revelation chapter 10 the Lord who is The Giver of the law the Bible tells us there was a rainbow upon his head we know that the rainbow is a symbol of the Covenant word of God tells us in the book of Exodus chapter 9 and verse 13 I do set my bow in the cloud and it shall be a token of the Covenant between me and the Earth but then go with me Revelation 4 Revelation 4 we know the rainbow is a symbol of the Covenant but in Revelation 4 if you're there say Amen the Bible tells us in Revelation 4 looking at verse two that John was in the spirit and immediately heaven was opened and he saw a throne set in heaven and one sat upon the throne and he that sat upon the throne was to look upon as a Jasper and a sarden th sarden Stone and there was a rain round about the throne in sight like unto an emerald there's a rainbow that encircles the Throne of God friends this Angel is no ordinary Angel we know it's Divinity and then it goes on to say that his face was as it were the Sun Well Revelation 1 verse 16 when John was on the aisle of patmas he saw Jesus and the Bible tells us out of his mouth when a Shar sharp two-edged sword and his countenance was as the sun shineth in its strength it's Jesus are you with me so far the word of God goes on to say that his feet were as pillars of fire brothers and sisters if we go over to the Book of Exodus chapter 13 Exodus 13 looking at verse 21 the Bible says and the Lord went before them by day in a pillar of clouds to lead them the way and by night in a pillar of fire to give them light to go by day and night it was the Lord that was in the pillar of fire leading the children of Israel out of the land of Darkness into the Canaan land every one of these symbols make it distinctly clear that who we're looking at is Jesus Jesus whom functions as a messenger only for God the Father Bible makes that clear in Revelation 1 and verse1 the revelation of Jesus Christ which God gave unto him to show unto his servants things which must shortly come to pass and he sent and signified it by his Angel to give unto his servant John the Revelation originates with the father he communicated it to the son the son to the angel the angel to John John to us so in this in this train of communication the father gives the communication to the son and the son acts as a messenger for the father Jesus is the messenger of the Covenant the word of God says in his hand is a little book open this little book friends is the book that Daniel could not comprehend in Daniel CH 12 the Bible tells us in verse 4 that after God revealed these things to his servant he said and thou oh Daniel shut up the words and seal the book even to the time of the end many shall run to and fro and knowledge shall increase the time had come for people to become abundantly aware of the truths that had been hidden under the darkness if you're following say Amen the messenger of the Covenant was now going to once again bring to the Forefront the Perpetual nature of God's Commandments he was going to bring to the Forefront an understanding that righteousness can be obtained only in Jesus he was going to lead a people out of the darkness of the errors of the Dark Ages Into The Marvelous Light that would take them into the Heavenly Canaan landall he was going to point their focus to where they could see Jesus and this message would go over land and sea to Every Nation Kindred tongue and people it's the messenger of the Covenant the word of God tells us this go with me as we look in the Book of Malachi now Malachi Malachi chapter 3 in Malachi chapter 3 beginning at verse one the Bible says behold I will send my messenger and he shall prepare the way before me and the Lord whom ye seek shall suddenly come into His Temple even the messenger of the Covenant whom you Delight in sayeth the Lord it said he would suddenly come into His Temple friends a message was now going to come to the Forefront concerning the Temple of the Living God a message that would fix the attention of God's people on the high Priestly Ministry of Jesus Christ and what he is now doing not only to forgive but to blot out the sins of humanity the word of God goes on to say in Malachi 3 and verse 2 but who may abide the David's coming and who shall stand when he appear for he is like a Refiner's Fire and like Fuller's Soap and he shall sit as a refiner and purifier of silver and he shall purify the sons of Levi and purge them as gold and silver that they may offer unto the Lord an offering in righteousness who may abide the day of his coming who shall stand when he appear this is not talking about the second coming it's so clear because it says he will sit as a refiner and purifier of silver and he's going to purify the sons of Levi the sons of Levi that's the priesthood which means in this purification process that Jesus is currently engaged in in the most holy place of the SE Heavenly Sanctuary because the scriptures are clear in Hebrews chapter 8 and verse1 now of all the things which we have spoken this is the sum we have such an high priest which is set at the right hand of the Throne of the Majesty in the heavens a minister of the sanctuary and of the true Tabernacle which the Lord pitched and not man the sanctuary that we're looking for it's not located in Jerusalem the sanctuary that we are looking for it's not planet Earth it is that structure which God himself is responsible for erecting and it is located in the courts of heaven and it is real amen and Jesus is now there officiating on our behalfs so that we can be Vindicated when our names come up in judgment but he's sitting as a refiner and purifier of silver friends that means God is going to prove us or we're going to get proven word of God tells us that in Psalm 66 for thou oh God has proved us us thou has tried us as silver is tried you know what you do to try silver the Bible says in the book of Psalm 12 verse 5 the word of the Lord are pure words as silver tried in a furnace of Earth purified seven times you've got to go into that fire that's why we have to countle All Joy when we fall into diverse Temptations we should not think it strange when we have to deal with the fiery trials that are to try us they are to purify us so that we can stand in the presence of a holy God without an intercessor friends the thing that I love about this so much is that the word of God says that it is Jesus that sits as the refiner and purifier of silver it's not Satan it's Jesus that means who's controlling the temperature Jesus has his hand on the temperature so if it's getting caught Jesus knows there's something that needs to come out of you but I praise the Lord he'll never let the fire get so hot that it will consume you it's only going to get hot enough just as hot as it needs to get to purge you of all your lying Purge you of all your pride Purge you of your adultery Purge you of your fornication Purge you of your pornography Purge you of Your Love of Money Purge you of your love of fashion it will Purge you it will cleanse you it will prepare you so that when he comes you can [Applause] stand friends Jesus is controlling the fire and the enemy knows he has a short time before he prepares you cuz as soon as he can see his reflection in you oh he's coming we are that chosen generation we are that we are that royal priesthood we are that holy nation we are that peculiar people that God has called out of the errors of the Dark Ages into this Marvelous Light of this Advent message the Bible tells us in Revelation 1 and verse1 15 that Jesus's filler feet Jesus's feet are like fine brass as if they burned in a furnace whenever the heat gets hot just remember Jesus is in the fire with you talk to him talk to him spend more time in prayer with him get in the word commune with him Jesus is not going to leave you without help he loves us so much that he stepped into the fire with us and he's coming soon to save a people that without spot or wrinkle or any such thing the messenger of the Covenant is coming I pray that when he comes each and every one of us will be able to stand Father in Heaven Help Us Lord to realize what Satan realizes that the time is short may we submit to the Refiner's Fire that your will might be perfected in us for we pray this in Jesus's name amen [Music] yeah

I want you to open your Bibles with me to the Book of Daniel chapter 8 I&#39;m going to be going through a host of information with you I&#39;m going to go as slowly but as quickly as possible and so I&#39;m going to ask that you just stay with me but I&#39;m going to make sure that I keep you with me in Daniel chapter 8 Daniel received a vision from God like unto the first he said in this Vision in Daniel chapter 8 he&#39;s by the river Uli and Daniel sees a ram this Ram is pushing in various different directions of the compass and it has two horns but the highest of the horns come up last are you following so far in Daniel 8 and verse 20 we&#39;re given we are given an understanding of what this Ram was a symbol of the Bible tells us in Daniel 8 and the 20th verse the ram which thou sawest having two horns are the kings of media and Persia the ram was great in its power but then the Bible tells us that there was a rough heag goat that came moving rapidly upon the face of planet Earth so rapidly that its feet didn&#39;t even touch the ground it had one able horn between its eyes and it moved upon that Ram with warlike passion and it began to stamp upon the ram it overtook the ram no one could deliver the ram out of its out of its dominance so to say and in the process of conquering this Ram the notable horn between the eyes of the goat broke and for smaller but none nonetheless more four four other horns came up in its place if you look at Daniel 8 and verse 21 are you there this is what the Bible tells us about that goat we&#39;re told there the rough goat is the king of and we&#39;re also told that that notable horn is the first king that being Alexander the Great so what we&#39;re looking at here is the rise and fall of Kingdoms meita Persia first presented to us then Greece conquering and coming to the seat of global prominence are you following so far then shortly thereafter we&#39;re shown the rise of a little horn and this little horn this little horn is a powerful little horn because we&#39;re told that this little horn becomes exceeding great you know the ram was great the goat was very great but the little horn it became exceeding great letting us know that this was a power that would exceed the power of the previous powers that were made mention of are we all together so far excellent and I want you to look in Daniel chapter 8 with me Daniel the 8th chapter and I just want you to see a few things that the Bible said that this little horn would accomplish during its time in Daniel chapter 8 ah just look with me at verse 10 it says and it waxed great even to the host of heaven and cast down some of the host of The Stars to the ground and stamped upon them yeah he magnified himself even to the prince of the host and by him the daily sacrifice was taken away and the place of the sanctuary was cast down he had a problem with God his sanctuary and his people and this is this is not the first time that this little horn is made mention of because if you go to the Book of Daniel chapter 7 just turn your Bibles there in Daniel chapter 7 we have another prophecy that was given to Daniel where he sees various different beasts and once again he sees the rise of a little horn in Daniel 7 and verse 25 the Bible talks about the activities of this little horn we&#39;re told there and he shall speak great words against the most high and he shall wear out the Saints of the most high and he shall think to change times and laws excellent we have some Bible students here and they shall be given into his hand until a time times and what and half a times and because you&#39;re a Bible students I know that you know that a time is a year times means two years half a time is half a year so we have three and a half years years but we&#39;re dealing with prophetic time am I correct and according to numbers 14:34 and Ezekiel 4 and: 6 a day can be equal to a year in Bible prophecy so if we have three and a half years 360 days to a year what we have here is 1,2 60 days or 1,260 years and this power from 538 ad all the way through 1798 ad 1,260 years reaped havoc on the people of God we&#39;re told by some historians a conservative number of 50 million Christians were sent to bloody Graves at that time I was just in Rome not too long ago doing some filming and I went to I don&#39;t even know if I had to tell you where I went to I I went to is someplace I want to get back in again I went to this place and they were putting on display the history of the order of the Dominican monks are you familiar with the Dominicans okay you&#39;re familiar with the Jesuits right okay well the Jesuits were like Paul you know Paul set them up for the kill the Dominicans did the Dirty Work are with me right now and when you go into this place they don&#39;t want you to take any pictures and you go in there and you see all these pictures of these Dominican priests and friars and they they have Halos over their heads and their faces are glowing and they have Bibles next to their hands and then in the other hand there&#39;s a chain with a hook with blood on the end of it or there&#39;s a spiked ball on the table the implements that they use to persecute the Protestants they thought that they were doing God&#39;s service I thought that was the Pinnacle of Insidious until I walked into the Chapels that they constructed wholly off of human bones chandeliers made out of hipbones brothers and sisters you can&#39;t make this stuff up and they said this is Holy this is what was done to God&#39;s people this little horn in the Book of Daniel chapter 8 it Reed havoc on the Church of the Living God that little horn is a symbol of Rome in both of its phases both Imperial Rome and holy Rome or what we would know as the Pagan Roman Empire and the papal Roman Empire if you&#39;re following say amen amen and so now Daniel is watching this power wreaking havoc on God&#39;s people on his Sanctuary on the high Priestly Ministry of Jesus Christ himself and I truly believe that in Daniel chapter 8 I want you to look there with me now in Daniel chapter 8 and verse 13 the words that he here spoken by these saints that he sees in Vision I truly believe that they&#39;re resonating the very thoughts of his heart he says I heard one Saint speaking and then another Saint said unto that certain Saint which spake how long shall be the vision concerning the daily sacrifice sacrifice is the supplied word and the transgression of desolation to give both the sanctuary and the host to be trotten underfoot interpretation how long God are you going to allow your people to be trampled underfoot how long are you going to allow your sanctuary to be laid desolate by this power how long are you going to allow this system to obstruct the high Priestly Ministry of Jesus Christ so that men and women do not see the path of Salvation because this system was responsible for throwing the church Into the Dark Ages how long are you going to allow this power to Prevail over your people people and your sanctuary and then the voice of the saint comes back in verse 14 unto 2,300 days then shall the sanctuary be cleansed unto 2,300 days then shall the sanctuary be cleansed Daniel heard these things and God sent his Angel Gabriel to give Daniel an understanding of those things that he saw in Vision he gave Daniel a clear clear understanding of what the ram was a symbol of met Persia we learned that already he gave Daniel a clear understanding of what that goat was a symbol of the Grecian Empire we&#39;ve learned that already but when it came to this issue of the evening and the mornings or the 2300 days Daniel didn&#39;t comprehend it Daniel didn&#39;t comprehend it so much so look with me in Daniel chapter 8 are you there in your Bibles in Daniel the eth chapter look what the Bible tells us looking at verse 27 it says and I Daniel fainted and was six certain days and afterward I arose I arose up and did the king&#39;s business and I was astonished at the vision but none understood it just imagine receiving some information that troubled you so much it caused you to faint and then after you came to you were were sick not just for a few hours but days brothers and sisters are you following this right now this is some it&#39;s evident to me that Daniel knew that that information was critical and the fact that he could not grasp it the fact that he could not understand it it troubled him to the very core of his being that it caused him to lose Consciousness and he tried to go about his daily Affairs but this thing continued to gnaw at him him I know why ignored at him I know why it troubled him because if you go to Daniel chapter 9 and verse two look the Bible says in the first year of his Reign speaking of the reign of Darius in the first year of his Reign I Daniel understood by books the years the years where of the Lord spake unto Jeremiah the prophet are you following friends that he would accomplish 70 years in the desolation of Jerusalem that&#39;s the reason why he fell out that&#39;s the reason why he became sick that&#39;s the reason why he fainted because D Daniel was thinking wait a minute we&#39;ve been in 70 years of captivity according to the Prophet Jeremiah the 70 years was getting ready to come to its conclusion matter of fact in the book of Jeremiah 25 and: 11 clearly Daniel was looking at this the Bible says that the whole land would be laid in Desolation and these nations would serve the king of Babylon 70 years but then in Jeremiah chap 29 and verse 10 the Bible tells us there and thus sayith the Lord that after 70 years are accomplished in Babylon I will do what he says I will visit them I will visit them and I will accomplish my good word toward them and that I will cause them to return to this place he knew the prophecy was that at the conclusion of the 70 years God was supposed to take them out of the Babylonian captivity and here the 70 years is getting ready to conclude and he&#39;s getting a prophecy until 2,300 days and he&#39;s thinking longer we have to stay in Babylon longer Lord forgive us and that&#39;s why Daniel begins to pray in the beginning of Daniel chapter 9 he pleads with the Lord that he would honor the Covenant that he made with his people and then once again Gabriel comes to Daniel to give him understanding I want you to look with me at Daniel 9 beginning at verse 24 if you&#39;re with me just say Amen in Daniel 9 and verse 24 the Bible says 70 weeks are determined upon thy people and the holy city the word determined means cut off 70 weeks are specifically cut off for Daniel&#39;s people the Jewish nation and the holy city that being Jerusalem this was a probationary period of time that God specific Ally allotted to deal with the Jewish nation and Jerusalem if you&#39;re following say amen and because the word of God tells us that these 70 weeks were cut off you can only cut something off from a larger hole of something so this time frame had to be cut off from a larger time frame and that larger time frame was the 2300 days no 2300 years because a day can be equal to a year so the 70 weeks are not a literal 70 70 weeks this is also 490 years why 490 years because you have 7 days in a week 7times 70 equals 490 so 490 years of this 2300 day prophecy specifically God has allocated to be a probationary time period for the Jewish Nation to make things right or he would cut them off as being that specific I want to say specific as being that chosen people that he would use to bring the message of Salvation to the Nations and then the angel now proceeds to tell Daniel the starting point of the 70 weeks if you&#39;re looking with me in your Bibles I hope you are we&#39;re in Daniel chapter n and we&#39;re looking at verse 25 if you hear there say amen amen he says know therefore and understand that unto the unto the going forth of the Commandment to restore and rebuild Jerusalem unto Messiah the prince shall be seven weeks and three score and two weeks the street shall be built again and the wall even in troubless times so now we have a starting point for the prophecy the going forth of the Commandment to restore and to rebuild Jerusalem this going forth of the Commandment to restore and rebuild Jerusalem we can see in the book of Ezra 7 there are various different decrees that were made pertaining to the Reconstruction or the Reconstruction rather of the physical structures that made up Jerusalem but they do not fit the prophetic message because the message says the Commandment must deal with the restoring and the rebuilding are you with me friends so this is not just dealing with with the building of physical structures this is restoring the Civil power of the nation so that they can function as a sovereign autonomous people and the decree that was made by AR Xerxes in the year 457 BC fits right there so the starting point of the 2300 days is 457 BC if you&#39;re following just say Amen so hard for me to go slow are you with me right now 457 BC it said from the time of that commandment to restore and rebuild Jerusalem 69 weeks would elapse after those 69 weeks the revelation of the Messiah or the anointed one would take place so if we have 69 weeks 7 time 69 what&#39;s the number that we get my mathematicians 483 years so if you minus 483 from 457 that takes you to 27 because there&#39;s no such thing as a zero year so you go to 27 but we&#39;re doing with dealing with 27 a d and what happened in 27 ad go with me in the Book of Luke The Book of Luke The Book of Luke chapter 3 in Luke chap 3 which is 27 ad and we know this because in Luke chapter 1 Ty Caesar was reigning at that time and this was the 15th year of his Reign he began his reign in 13 ad so years later 27 ad and the Bible tells us something of importance happened in that year we&#39;re looking in the Book of Luke chapter 3 if you&#39;re there in your Bible just say Amen in Luke chapter 3 specifically look now with me at verses 21 and 22 are you there with me it says now when all the people were baptized it came to pass that Jesus also being baptized praying that the heavens were opened and the Holy Ghost descended in a bodily shape like as of a dove upon him and the heavens were open and there was a voice saying this is my beloved Son in whom I am well pleased this was the hour of the revelation of whom the anointed one was Jesus was revealed by John the Baptist to be the Lamb of God that takes away the sin of the world he was the promised seed he was the Messiah if you&#39;re following just say amen amen so we have 457 BC taking us to 27 a and now I want you to run back with me to the Book of Daniel chapter 99 because in Daniel chapter n now there&#39;s another significant event that&#39;s supposed to transpire are you with me in Daniel the 9th chapter good in Daniel chapter 9 looking at verse 26 it says and after three score and two weeks Messiah Messiah should be what cut off but not for himself so after the 69 weeks the cutting off of the Messiah would take place Isaiah has something to say on this in the book of Isaiah chapter 53 go there with me Isaiah chapter 53 look with me at the e8th verse we&#39;re talking about the messenger of the Covenant in Isaiah chapter 53 if you&#39;re with me in verse 8 the Bible tells us he was taken from prison and from judgment and who shall declare his generation he was cut out out of he was cut off out of the land of the living for the transgression of my people was he stricken did Jesus suffer for himself he was cut off because of us he died for our sins it was our shame that he bore on calvary&#39;s cross and the word of God actually lets us know about what time in this final week because we&#39;re in the final week now of the 70 weeks let us know about what time exactly what time in that final week when Jesus would actually experience being cut off out of the land of the living go back with me again Daniel chapter 9 in Daniel chapter 9 looking at verse 27 it says here and he shall confirm the Covenant with many for one week and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease now how did Messiah how did Jesus cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease when he died at the cross amen the Bible specifically tells us something I want you to see this this is significant go with me to the Book of Mark Mark the 13th chapter in Mark chapter 13 Mark chapter 13 look with me Mark chapter 13 Mark chapter 15 Mark chapter 15 look with me now at verses 37 and 38 the Bible tells us here and Jesus cried with a loud voice and gave up The Ghost and then we are told that the veil of the temple was rent in Twain From the top to the bottom that very thick Veil that separated the holy place from the most holy place an apartment that only the high priest entered once a year that thick veil was rent not from the bottom to the top but from the top to the bottom letting men know that it was not by human Ingenuity that this was done heaven was behind it God said the sacrificial system is over no more sacrifices the Lamb of God has been slain and so he called C the sacrifice and the oblation to cease in 31 ad if you&#39;re with me say amen and this is why the Bible says this now go with me to the book of Colossians I love this Colossians chapter 2 in Colossians chapter 2 beginning with me at verse 14 the Bible says blotting out the handwriting of ordinances which was against us which was contrary to us and took it out of the way nailing them to his cross Jesus nailed something to the Cross didn&#39;t he he blotted out the handwriting of ordinances this is him making an end of the sacrifices and the oblations you know our Christian friends would say that Jesus made an end of the law here in Colossians chapter 2 and verse1 14 and he did make an end of a law just not the law they&#39;re thinking of if you&#39;re with me say Amen because the Bible says he blotted out the hand writing of ordinances those handwriting of ordinances which were against us which were contrary to us those things he took out of the way nailing them to the cross and as a result of this verse 16 tells us let no man therefore judge you in meat or in drink or in expect of holy days or of new new moons are Sabbath days for all these are shadow of things to come but the body is of Christ the reason why no one can judge us concerning meat or drink or holy days or new moons or Sabbath days is because they were part of that handwriting of ordinances that were blotted out at the cross if you&#39;re with me just say Amen am so what was it that was blotted out of the Cross but we told earlier that Jesus made an end of the sacrifices and oblations is that not true go with me to Deuteronomy where we going now Deuteronomy I love this Deuteronomy Deuteronomy in Deuteronomy chapter 31 in Deuteronomy chapter 31 the Bible tells us looking at verse 24 it came to pass when Moses had made an end of writing the words of this law in a book until they were finish that Moses commanded the Levites which bear the Ark of the Covenant of the Lord saying take this book of the law and put it in the side not inside but in the side of the Ark listen closely to the verbiage that it may be there for a what testimony against thee notice that the book of the law was to stand as a testimony against the people the same way that we&#39;re told in the book of Colossians 2 and: 14 that the handwriting of ordinances was against us friends it was the book of the law that was blotted out at the cross the ceremonial law was done away with the sacrifices done away with that&#39;s why no one can judge us in meat and drink all you have to do is look in the Book of Leviticus you&#39;ll see meat offerings and drink offerings directly in connection with ceremonial holy days new moon moons you&#39;ll see new moons directly in connection with ceremonial holy days matter of fact the Bible tells us in Psalm 81:3 blow up the trumpet in the new moon at the time appointed on the solemn Feast Day done away with are you with me so far and then they&#39;ll say but what about the Sabbath day Sabbath is still there friend well yeah let&#39;s go back to Leviticus chapter 23 in Leviticus chap 23 speaking of that same blowing of the trumpets in verse 24 the Bible says thus sayith the Lord say unto Israel that in the seventh month in the first day ye shall have a Sabbath a memorial of blowing of trumpets a holy convocation this was a ceremonial Sabbath seventh month first day that could be any day are you with me so far this is not the weekly Sabbath that is spoken of in the book of Exodus chapter 20 beginning at verse 8 all these things the Bible says are a shadow of things to come and if it&#39;s not clear as of yet what law we&#39;re talking about please just go with me to the book of Hebrews chapter 10 Hebrews chapter 10 and verse 1 the Bible tells us in Hebrews chapter 10 and verse one now the law having a shadow of good things to come but not the very image of those things could never with those sacrific es which were offered year by year make the comers there unto perfect now tell me which one of the Ten Commandments have anything to do with the offering of sacrifices the first one the fifth one the seventh one none of them but the law that is a shadow of things to come is a law that also pertains to sacrifices and that&#39;s the book of the law and that&#39;s why the Bible says all those things are a shadow of things to come but the body the True Image is Christ Jesus did away with these things at the cross he was the Lamb of God but now go back to Colossians chapter 2 this is where I get to have some good time with God&#39;s word because in Colossians chapter 2 when Jesus blotted out the handwriting of ordinances at the cross we&#39;re told that something something else happened look at verse 15 Colossians chapter 2 what verse did I just give you it says and spoiling principalities and Powers he made an open show of them having triumphant Tri triumphing over them at the cross Jesus spoiled principalities and Powers amen what principalities and powers are we talking about Ephesians 6:12 for we wrestle not against flesh and blood but against principalities against Powers against the rulers of Darkness of this world against spiritual wickedness in high places at the cross Jesus robbed Satan of man he took the keys of hell and of death yes Hallelujah he satisfied the requirements of the Covenant and the Bible says at the cross he made an open show of Satan because Satan&#39;s argument was God is not love he doesn&#39;t care about creation he&#39;s a tyrant his judgments are arbitrary but it was proven at the cross who Satan really was that he was willing to kill the Creator to maintain his kingdom but God says I&#39;m willing to die for creation so that I can redeem them the love of God was proven and that&#39;s why the Bible tells us in Revelation 12 and verse 10 and I heard a loud voice from Heaven saying now has come salvation and strength and the kingdom of our God and the power of His Christ for the accuser of our Brethren is cast down that accuses them before our God day and night now it was made clear before all the Angelic hosts who Satan really was and every last affection in their heart that might have been entangled with him was removed from them and then the Bible tells us in verse 12 of Revelation 12 woe unto the inhabitants of the earth and the Sea for the devil has come down unto you having great wrath because he knoweth that he hath but a short time why did the how did the devil know that he had a short time was he just guessing brothers and sisters the Bible didn&#39;t say he thinks that he had a short time or he thought that he had a short time it says that he knew which means he was intimately aware of some information that made it clear that his time was almost over what information was that well Ezekiel chter 28 tells us something about this Insidious being Ezekiel chapter 28 go there with me verse 12 in Ezekiel 28 and ver2 the Bible tells a son of man take up a lamentation upon the king of Tyrus and say unto him thou sealstone and perfect in Beauty thou was in Eden the Garden of God every precious stone was thy covering jump down with me to verse 14 just for the purpose of time we&#39;re told there Thou Art the anointed CHP that coverthe so this is Lucifer if you&#39;re with me say Amen well look what God had to to say about this exalted angel look at verse three in Ezekiel 28 and ver3 the Bible says Thou Art wiser than Daniel there is no secet secret that we can hide from thee Thou Art wiser than Daniel there is no secret that can be hidden from thee he was wiser than Daniel the Bible says something about the wise in Ecclesiastes chapter 8 I want you to see this with your own eyes open your Bibles there Ecclesiastes chapter 8 look with me at the fifth verse it tells us something about the wise eclesiastes chapter 8 what verse did I give you excellent the Bible tells us here who so keepeth the Commandment shall see or feel no evil but the wise in heart discern of time and judgment friends was there a time that Daniel couldn&#39;t understand but I assure you he who was wiser than Daniel understood the time that Daniel couldn&#39;t understand the devil understood the 2300 day prophecy you see Daniel was thinking oh this has to do with Jerusalem the devil knew it had nothing to do with Jerusalem the devil knew in his heart that a time was coming very shortly from the time that Jesus died on the cross approximately 1,823 and2 years and a half after 27 ad 31 rather ad you&#39;re with me right now say amen he knew that this whole issue of the cleansing of the sanctuary this was a time of judgment friends are you with me he knew that God was moving forward to finish finish a work that&#39;s why that was the answer to the question in verse 13 they said how long Lord are you going to allow your Sanctuary to be trotten underfoot the high Priestly Ministry of Jesus Christ to be marred your people to be persecuted he said don&#39;t worry in 2,300 days then shall My Sanctuary be cleansed and I will deal with the rebels and their leader are you following from friends and can you imagine from the cross the devil is moving with all the Wrath in him because he knows he&#39;s got a short time in 182 years and a half the cleansing of the sanctuary would begin the Bible tells us Us in the Book of Revelation CH 10 are you with me when 1813 and a half years elapse something happened in Revelation chap 10 looking at verse one if you&#39;re there say Amen the Bible says and I saw another Mighty Angel come down from heaven clothed with a cloud and a rainbow was upon his head and his face was as as was was as it were the Sun and his feet where as they were pillars of fire and he had in his right hand a little book opened and he set his right foot upon the sea and his left foot upon the Earth who is this Mighty Angel who is this Mighty messenger because the word Angel comes from the Greek word anglos which means messenger the Bible says this messenger he&#39;s clothed with the cloud but my Bible tells me in the book of Psalm chapter 104 beginning at verse three who layeth the beams of his Chambers in the waters who maketh the clouds his chariots in Psalm 68:1 17 the Bible tells us that the Chariots of God are 20,000 even thousands of Angels the Lord is amongst them as in si in the Holy place my friends those clouds are a symbol of angels and the word of God tells us that the Lord is amongst them even like as he was in in in in Zion in siai rather when he gave the Commandments our friends it&#39;s the Lord that we&#39;re looking at in Revelation chapter 10 the Lord who is The Giver of the law the Bible tells us there was a rainbow upon his head we know that the rainbow is a symbol of the Covenant word of God tells us in the book of Exodus chapter 9 and verse 13 I do set my bow in the cloud and it shall be a token of the Covenant between me and the Earth but then go with me Revelation 4 Revelation 4 we know the rainbow is a symbol of the Covenant but in Revelation 4 if you&#39;re there say Amen the Bible tells us in Revelation 4 looking at verse two that John was in the spirit and immediately heaven was opened and he saw a throne set in heaven and one sat upon the throne and he that sat upon the throne was to look upon as a Jasper and a sarden th sarden Stone and there was a rain round about the throne in sight like unto an emerald there&#39;s a rainbow that encircles the Throne of God friends this Angel is no ordinary Angel we know it&#39;s Divinity and then it goes on to say that his face was as it were the Sun Well Revelation 1 verse 16 when John was on the aisle of patmas he saw Jesus and the Bible tells us out of his mouth when a Shar sharp two-edged sword and his countenance was as the sun shineth in its strength it&#39;s Jesus are you with me so far the word of God goes on to say that his feet were as pillars of fire brothers and sisters if we go over to the Book of Exodus chapter 13 Exodus 13 looking at verse 21 the Bible says and the Lord went before them by day in a pillar of clouds to lead them the way and by night in a pillar of fire to give them light to go by day and night it was the Lord that was in the pillar of fire leading the children of Israel out of the land of Darkness into the Canaan land every one of these symbols make it distinctly clear that who we&#39;re looking at is Jesus Jesus whom functions as a messenger only for God the Father Bible makes that clear in Revelation 1 and verse1 the revelation of Jesus Christ which God gave unto him to show unto his servants things which must shortly come to pass and he sent and signified it by his Angel to give unto his servant John the Revelation originates with the father he communicated it to the son the son to the angel the angel to John John to us so in this in this train of communication the father gives the communication to the son and the son acts as a messenger for the father Jesus is the messenger of the Covenant the word of God says in his hand is a little book open this little book friends is the book that Daniel could not comprehend in Daniel CH 12 the Bible tells us in verse 4 that after God revealed these things to his servant he said and thou oh Daniel shut up the words and seal the book even to the time of the end many shall run to and fro and knowledge shall increase the time had come for people to become abundantly aware of the truths that had been hidden under the darkness if you&#39;re following say Amen the messenger of the Covenant was now going to once again bring to the Forefront the Perpetual nature of God&#39;s Commandments he was going to bring to the Forefront an understanding that righteousness can be obtained only in Jesus he was going to lead a people out of the darkness of the errors of the Dark Ages Into The Marvelous Light that would take them into the Heavenly Canaan landall he was going to point their focus to where they could see Jesus and this message would go over land and sea to Every Nation Kindred tongue and people it&#39;s the messenger of the Covenant the word of God tells us this go with me as we look in the Book of Malachi now Malachi Malachi chapter 3 in Malachi chapter 3 beginning at verse one the Bible says behold I will send my messenger and he shall prepare the way before me and the Lord whom ye seek shall suddenly come into His Temple even the messenger of the Covenant whom you Delight in sayeth the Lord it said he would suddenly come into His Temple friends a message was now going to come to the Forefront concerning the Temple of the Living God a message that would fix the attention of God&#39;s people on the high Priestly Ministry of Jesus Christ and what he is now doing not only to forgive but to blot out the sins of humanity the word of God goes on to say in Malachi 3 and verse 2 but who may abide the David&#39;s coming and who shall stand when he appear for he is like a Refiner&#39;s Fire and like Fuller&#39;s Soap and he shall sit as a refiner and purifier of silver and he shall purify the sons of Levi and purge them as gold and silver that they may offer unto the Lord an offering in righteousness who may abide the day of his coming who shall stand when he appear this is not talking about the second coming it&#39;s so clear because it says he will sit as a refiner and purifier of silver and he&#39;s going to purify the sons of Levi the sons of Levi that&#39;s the priesthood which means in this purification process that Jesus is currently engaged in in the most holy place of the SE Heavenly Sanctuary because the scriptures are clear in Hebrews chapter 8 and verse1 now of all the things which we have spoken this is the sum we have such an high priest which is set at the right hand of the Throne of the Majesty in the heavens a minister of the sanctuary and of the true Tabernacle which the Lord pitched and not man the sanctuary that we&#39;re looking for it&#39;s not located in Jerusalem the sanctuary that we are looking for it&#39;s not planet Earth it is that structure which God himself is responsible for erecting and it is located in the courts of heaven and it is real amen and Jesus is now there officiating on our behalfs so that we can be Vindicated when our names come up in judgment but he&#39;s sitting as a refiner and purifier of silver friends that means God is going to prove us or we&#39;re going to get proven word of God tells us that in Psalm 66 for thou oh God has proved us us thou has tried us as silver is tried you know what you do to try silver the Bible says in the book of Psalm 12 verse 5 the word of the Lord are pure words as silver tried in a furnace of Earth purified seven times you&#39;ve got to go into that fire that&#39;s why we have to countle All Joy when we fall into diverse Temptations we should not think it strange when we have to deal with the fiery trials that are to try us they are to purify us so that we can stand in the presence of a holy God without an intercessor friends the thing that I love about this so much is that the word of God says that it is Jesus that sits as the refiner and purifier of silver it&#39;s not Satan it&#39;s Jesus that means who&#39;s controlling the temperature Jesus has his hand on the temperature so if it&#39;s getting caught Jesus knows there&#39;s something that needs to come out of you but I praise the Lord he&#39;ll never let the fire get so hot that it will consume you it&#39;s only going to get hot enough just as hot as it needs to get to purge you of all your lying Purge you of all your pride Purge you of your adultery Purge you of your fornication Purge you of your pornography Purge you of Your Love of Money Purge you of your love of fashion it will Purge you it will cleanse you it will prepare you so that when he comes you can [Applause] stand friends Jesus is controlling the fire and the enemy knows he has a short time before he prepares you cuz as soon as he can see his reflection in you oh he&#39;s coming we are that chosen generation we are that we are that royal priesthood we are that holy nation we are that peculiar people that God has called out of the errors of the Dark Ages into this Marvelous Light of this Advent message the Bible tells us in Revelation 1 and verse1 15 that Jesus&#39;s filler feet Jesus&#39;s feet are like fine brass as if they burned in a furnace whenever the heat gets hot just remember Jesus is in the fire with you talk to him talk to him spend more time in prayer with him get in the word commune with him Jesus is not going to leave you without help he loves us so much that he stepped into the fire with us and he&#39;s coming soon to save a people that without spot or wrinkle or any such thing the messenger of the Covenant is coming I pray that when he comes each and every one of us will be able to stand Father in Heaven Help Us Lord to realize what Satan realizes that the time is short may we submit to the Refiner&#39;s Fire that your will might be perfected in us for we pray this in Jesus&#39;s name amen [Music] yeah
