Logging In to Lrnr
- Enter your registered email and password to sign in.
- If your password is incorrect or expired, use the “Forgot Password” link.
- Email verification is required; check your inbox or spam folder for the activation link.
- If login fails repeatedly, contact support at [email protected].
New User Registration
- Required fields: Email, first name, last name, password, confirm password, and mobile number.
- Password must be at least 8 characters, include one capital letter, and one special character (#*!.@%$).
- Phone number must have at least 10 digits.
- Resend activation email if you did not receive it within 30 seconds.
Course Enrollment
- Choose between a free trial, entering a 16-character access code, or paying with a card.
- Enter all mandatory information and ensure access codes are valid and unused.
- Promo codes can be added for discounts.
Troubleshooting and Error Handling
- If you see an error message or payment failure, retry or contact support.
- Invalid or expired access codes require a new code to enroll.
- If you can't find your account or email, check for typos or use a different email.
Password Reset
- Enter your email to receive a password reset link.
- New password requirements: at least 8 characters, one number, one capital letter, one special character.
- Confirm password must match.
- After resetting, use the new password to sign in.
Enrollment and Purchase Confirmation
- Successful actions (trial, payment, enrollment, password reset) are confirmed via email.
- To proceed after confirmation, go to the course dashboard.
