[Music] good evening mr you know you have been long time associated with qatar cricket association you have played and now are also managing a team how has been your experience assalamu alaikum actually i was starting my career in qatar from 1992 and i was playing with other teams at the beginning and afterwards in 1998 i established my own team and we started our own team start 2003 we lifted the bdb championship and we reached into the division a which is called division that time now it's called premier division and from there the journey start but early stages of my career we used to lose the semi-final maximum and that time it was difficult also to get the sponsors then we started the first tournament under the name of sponsor al-suleiman mr azeem abbas who sponsored our team and we brought some professional players and that year that was a start of my team you can say and dream comes true because of azima bus and we lifted the first tournament and in second tournament we lose the final and that is where the journey started and alhamdulillah from that till 2015 we have lifted many cups under the different different sponsor name like uridu [Music] cctc al musta and many more but our branding name of the team it's from the beginning is asian cricket club where we are uniting the all players from all different nationalities i have brought players from nepal from nepal national side from sri lanka from pakistan as well as from india alhamdulillah so far this is the start so this was just a continuation of your journey from mumbai mumbai galleries or mumbai to the qatar streets that's right actually it's a starter from my childhood where i used to play like you said gully cricket then colleges then proper professional cricket in india and then actually when i came to qatar in 1992 my uncle is khalid his friend was well known cricket means organizer of the cricket in qatar mr m.i fari so when i entered in qatar straight away they said and he took me to the ideal indian school team and i was like i got a really big chance to play directly to the ideal indian school and we lifted that championship in that time but afterwards we like playing for different different names and sometimes it comes to that point where we say i thought let's make our own team and that passionate which is goes into the team converted into the video so over the years how you have seen the cricket change in qatar well to be honest cricket has been changed a lot compared to the previous we used to play at the beginning of 1992 and earlier we used to play near 35th stadium it was a desert where a lot of students was there compared to now which we have in west bay yes definitely qatar has to improve still lot we have only one stadium but that is also we are not getting every friday to play there but in future i believe our new president will do something and there will be few tournaments in qatar now as you know that recently there is icc t20 asia cup qualifying is coming next month so we hope that the cricket will improve the atmosphere will improve and people will enjoy a word about a professional players he brought players and gave them a new a new life like jobs and all that life change completely yes actually what happened when we are playing cricket so you need a professional cricketers because if you want to win you need a good quality players for that purpose from the first one which i said mr azeem abbas during that time we brought it two players os malik and muhammad buddha before that also there was some players i have brought it which is playing for national team as well and that professional team players make a lot of difference basically when the professional players comes their game strategy their fitness their everything is different so when once the two player three per playing you will also motivated and the team is doing a very good in the field so that's make a lot of difference we have brought in alhamdulillah many players and uh like uh many many al hamdulillah they played for qatar national side and that is what continues i now tomorrow this premier division is starting and your team is playing the first match uh how have been the preparation how prepared are you after a big break you'll be playing well to be honest this is after huge gap last year the du when the code started the game has been stopped and after that there is no cricket so we like all of them majority of the teams are not in even touch the bats for many many months let's see cricket is a very funny game you never know we will try our best to play as per our potential whoever play the best that team will win is it golfer golfer is also belong to me i can say because they are very good friend of mine and the captain of the golfer mohammed rizzla he is the one who is leading the side and he is a good national voice captain also for the last tournament so he's a very good friend of mine and even we are playing game whatever the best result will come whoever the play best [Music]
