Professor McCurdy here looking at the fibula, part of the appendicular skeleton. Not a whole lot of markings that need to be identified on the fibula. Really just the lateral. The fibula is the lateral bone, it has a little lateral malleolus on it.
The malleolus is sort of that bony structure on both the medial and lateral side. of your ankle. This side is called the head.
I don't believe that's on your list. This is the one bone where you don't have to know the right and left of presumably because it's it's rather difficult. You just have to recognize this as a fibula and know that the pointy end over here is the lateral malleolus.
