What is a Pronoun?
Definition
: A word that replaces a noun.
Subject Personal Pronouns
: Represent the subject of the verb.
Examples:
"You watch my video."
"They arrive tomorrow."
Types of Pronouns
1. Tonic Pronouns
Generally follow a preposition.
Examples:
"Come with me."
"She's going to sleep at his place."
Used to designate belonging with "ĂŠTRE" + "Ă€".
Example: "This cell phone is mine."
Can reinforce a noun or pronoun.
Example: "You leave and she stays here."
2. Direct Complement Pronouns
