• How to be a high-quality tester.
• How to accept or decline a test cycle.
• How to find and report bugs.
• How to claim a testing slot.
• How to complete a test case.
• How to capture screenshots and videos.
• How to record computer and device logs.
• Communication with the community and team test leads via chat.

Practice Test Cycles

• Offered weekly.
• Include:
  • Introduction to testing for new uTest members.
  • Computer testing (for desktops and laptops).
  • Mobile device testing (phones, tablets, etc.).
  • Charles proxy testing (decrypting web traffic).
  • Academy Challenge (competing with other new testers).
  • Academy All-Stars (invitation only for top academy testers).

Participation Rules

• Each practice test cycle can be completed once.
• Academy Challenge cycle can be attempted up to five times.
