Inevitable:

Cannot be fought against successfully.
Indispensable:

Purpose:
To grow up in the Lord and mature spiritually.
Training for Change:
Requires practice, effort, and pushing past comfort zones.
Consistency in Faith
Discipline:
Radical self-discipline is required in spiritual practice.
Continuous Effort:
Being consistent and repetitive in practicing faith.

"Put on the whole armor of God..."
Progression in Faith:
From understanding redemption and salvation (Ephesians chapters 1-5) to putting on the armor of God.
