Tutorial: Importing and Converting Screenshots to Data in Excel

Steps to Import and Convert Data

1. Initial Setup

• Screenshots: Have the screenshots of data ready (saved on the computer).
• Excel: Open Microsoft Excel.

• Navigating to Data Tab:

  • Look for the option Picture from File (icon or text).

  • Verify each highlighted cell and click Accept if correct.

• Addressing Errors:

  • Manually drag data to the correct cells.
  • Delete any extraneous or incorrect rows/cells.
  • Adjust row numbers and clean up the data as needed.
