Example: Blue Whale Report

  • General Classification

    • The blue whale is the largest living creature today, and the biggest ever to live on earth.
    • They are much larger than any dinosaur, living their lives in seawater.
  • Description

    • Commonly reach a colossal length of 29 meters (equivalent to three London red double-decker buses parked end to end).
    • The heaviest recorded blue whale was a female, weighing 190 tons (equivalent to about 30 elephants or 2500 people).
    • Blue whales are now rare due to uncontrolled commercial whaling; some populations are endangered to the point of extinction.
