internet listen support your movies that you love and your movie makers and everything else but if you can't you know most artists are cool with you like experiencing something some other way but like the first ever movie that I saw that was not in the cinema wink wink nudge nudge was um Spider-Man the original Toby Maguire Spider-Man was like this was back when there wasn't Global releases of Cinema stuff of like dates so it was out in America before the UK and it was like you think we're going to wait like I don't I don't remember how long it was it used to be like months like America would have movies so far before us same with TV shows and everything months and months and months until it would be on anything in the UK is that a [Music] mosquito um and what was I saying and yeah Spider-Man we couldn't wait so like literally worked out how to watch the worst cam corded version of a movie you'll have ever seen and we thought it was the greatest thing ever cuz it was like this Spiderman is Spider-Man you know anyway don't uh arrest me okay it was a long time ago and I have spent more than enough money on movies in in the time during and since like my DVD collection is insane was insane I gave away a bunch to a charity shop when I was having a clear out and I was like uh I have streaming let me like just keep a few of these and the rest I'll give to charity and like I regret it since not the charity part but the fact that now is this whole thing of movies aren't always on a streaming services and it's and so now there's this move back to keep your physical media and I'm like God damn it I gave away like who knows I think it was like 50 plus DVDs and stuff so maybe more I mean I I've had hundreds of DVDs in my life so when they were first around oh my God back back when they were like new but not so new that they were really expensive still when you could go on a website and get a DVD for like5 to10 I was buying so many I bought so many one day my bank called me up and they were like uh we've got like some suspicious activity on your account someone just bought 15 DVDs on this website and I was like oh it was me that was me sorry you know anyway love I mean I me obviously I can ramble about movies for ages I that's why I've started a movie channel where I talk about movies which I'm not getting enough time to make stuff for at the moment I've I don't know if I actually would am a theater kid like I did drama and I loved it but I wasn't like in all of the plays and stuff because they were musicals literally this is true this isn't like a bit of me not liking musicals I didn't I as much as you won't believe it from what I just did I have a thing with singing in public I can't do it if someone was in this room right now I wouldn't be able to do that I have had multiple times of auditioning for stuff as a kid in school I mean and like I would uh just freeze in front of the microphone couldn't nothing would come out eventually they'd be like um okay let's you know move on and then I would go cry and like I would just that happened a couple of times so I just never tried to do a musical again or audition for anything um there was one time that the the school play wasn't a musical and I did it and that's the that was my one play that I did um other than just stuff you would do in class where we would write our own plays and put them on and yeah just couldn't always had that block always had that inhibition really wanted to be like an actor or something when I was like very young growing up before I got into music and just had freeze had crazy stage fright and too shy and like my dad took me to a club one time it was like one of those weekend clubs of it's the theater kids and you go in there and you know you'll get confident and do uh practice and teaches and stuff one of these acting clubs you know and me as a kid was just like ah I can't literally could not get myself to go through the door to join in and we sat for like 20 minutes outside this club and he was like you got to go in you got to go in like I'll buy you a video game if you go in there like trying to bribe me cuz like that was my my obsession has always been video games and I have vivid memories of just sitting outside this in this Lobby and just in a pure state of panic with him I'm like s years old or something and I'm like I can't go in there that's like there's all these you know there's like big kids in there there's like 12 and 13 like teenagers in there doing like party games and these improv games and like I can't physically couldn't go in there and uh she went back to the car eventually after like 30 minutes of him trying to convince me and drove home in silence and I can remember feeling like I'd really disappointed him I was like more felt like I disappointed him than I was in myself kind of thing but that was one of those things I can never but here I making a fo of myself on the internet for you really strong longlasting deja vu I'm no stranger today are through in my life but lately they've been more intense and last as long as 20 seconds and almost feels like I'm going to have a panic attack like I can't make sense of anything anymore has anyone ever felt like this does anyone have any explanation for this I believe what you're referring is called de Vu I learned about it when it happened to me recently it's like you sure you've lived an entire Secret quence of events before I couldn't even completely predict what was going to happen within those 30 or so seconds yeah really freak me out I'm still trying to make sense of it I'm going to see a doctor maybe get checked of an anxiety disorder you let us know what your doctor thinks I've been worrying it could be a form of anxiety or another disorder as well oh that's crazy I had Deja Vu with nothing to that extent it could be a symptom of a paranoia it's my Deja Vu causing parano or my paranoia causing deja vu have you heard of false memories might be of interest to you recently I met up with a friend and she was ecstatic cuz my busy schedule me tldr sometimes if we're under duress we remember things wrong could it have been that life at home hasn't been all smooth saden so I can say I've been troubled could there be some sort of underlying disorder or medical condition involved perhaps instances of head trauma it's known to ca confabulation um what else have we [Laughter] got I've been looking into the ofur and it's more common than I thought apparently it's frightening the leel to form false memories because of how complex and susceptible to external factors are memories You misspelled thought it is spelled thought thank you spell check bar how did you spell deja vu and all those big words but misspell thought You misspelled misspell it spelled misspell I felt that too what's most upsetting is how sure I am that something has happened before it makes me question everything I know it makes me distrust people around me well for me I think it could have been a manifestation of my established insecurities it could be our brains creating these false scenarios to Shield or protect us perhaps our logical reasoning is overtaken by these irrational fears I think that makes sense it's a pattern we've observed before I mean Deja Vu is scary it's a little scary isn't it when you experience it for AOL long time but then it always happens when you're super tired or something I think what I've read about it before is that it's like you're actually experiencing the moment but because you're sort of tired there's almost like a delay so you are in the moment and experiencing the moment but your brain is slightly on is like lagging and so it's experiencing this moment that it thinks it's already experienced because it is experiencing it in that moment but there's this like slight delay in the brain so that's where you're like I've been here before but it's really like you're here in that moment but I mean it's it's who knows that's what I've something I've read before but I mean it's scary there really are those moments where you go wait this is a thing like I've this is this has happened this is deja vu and why I don't know if it's like just me but it's always with this feeling of dread like it's a bad moment like it's it's never like I've been here before and I'm like revisiting it this is really happy it's like I'm about to die like I've been here before and I'm going like what if it's like some Final Destination thing and it's all those Pathways those moments where in another Multiverse like in Another Universe you're you end you know and that's why there's this thing it's like it's like another you just hit a game over and so you sense it like who who knows I mean who knows man life's crazy right anyway it's not concentrated here Mark it's out there so what if this is in our heads what's causing it I've read more of these online anecdotes and I conclude that most of them have one thing in common what have you ever felt bothered or distressed recently I when I asked you if you were right uh it's the same thing I don't maybe you recently it was like summer and then I went back for lessons and suddenly I could do them all and I was like oh my hands must have just like got I think my hands got bigger and stronger over that summer and then I could like play and and then I fell in love with it when I was like it's been like 13 14 and that was from that point was when I was like oh I'm playing all the time and now like writing music practicing a lot but money was hard to come by she set aside her own goals to help her family had less and less time to go and practice she had to work as much as she could and by the time A friend had gifted her a secondhand piano she'd given up on being a professional musician for something else that pays I'm sorry I can't imagine what that must have been like it's okay she continued to play as a hobby eventually her job couldn't pay the bills so she had to keep taking on more and more until it tied her out she tried her best to keep her passion alive though playing for us whenever she could always going to recital and competitions to admire the music I figured that must have been how she heard your piece at a recital or something your music must have really moved her for to have remembered it so well I'm honored you must have been moved too since you remembered so well it's more complicated than that Mark your father and I we have to go to work abroad what sorry my love it's so hard to leave you but we want you to be able to follow your dreams to live comfortably we have to do this to provide that for you your father and I we had Big Dreams but it's hard to achieve
