First off how was yesterday night i mean y'all I was tuning in listening to Coach Tiffany's teaching and ladies it was powerful Well I told you I warned you all that Coach Tiffany is a fireball a firecracker and just a woman who speaks with so much impact and power and enthusiasm and encouragement And um so I know that you guys are ready for day two of uh this amazing master class but before we get started I would love for you to put in the chat if you were here with us last night um and you were able to watch live or possibly you watched the replay earlier today what were some big takeaways for you what words did Coach Tiffany share what concepts what part of her story what part of her journey was a big takeaway for you um because it's very important for us as a team and just even personally for you to really be able to process and be able to understand okay here is what I am digesting Here is what is impacting me Here is what is really causing me to think differently about myself think differently about my coaching business So let's put in the chat right now what was one of your biggest takeaways from last night's teaching And to just give you a very quick reminder of what was covered yesterday Coach Tiffany she opened us up on the first day and and spoke on anointed to create And many of you all were just in awe of her sharing her journey of coming into confidence and knowing that God had called her to be a coach not just any coach but an impactful coach an anointed coach I loved hearing her journey of how she entered into a business how she entered into coaching and that initially when she started she had um a group of people that she felt called to serve She had an idea of what the next 10 plus years of her life would look like and how she began to uh notice and recognize as she was journeying on in that that the Lord was inviting her into more He was inviting her into a new season of creating with him And I loved how she so beautifully and eloquently shared how she was able to transition into the heart of God transition her business you know even transition um her vision into God's vision for her life which was to be not just any coach but an anointed coach So I'm just going to look right here in the chat and just read off some of your biggest takeaways Okay and I know when I was listening to her teach I absolutely love her laugh I love how she's able to to uh bring humor into her story And then at the same time she's able to shock us with truth I mean her oneliners really just reminding us and even convicting our hearts of you know what we can do hard things I believe she even shares just asking us what is our why There has to be something big something greater than just saying "Okay hey like I want to be a you know a coach I want to make a lot of money." Okay that's great But what is your why what is driving you so I believe that many of you were shook and and in all the good ways right and you were um even just reset in your thinking around coaching and what is possible for you So I'm going to read here I love what you guys are sharing Um yes So Barbara shared that her biggest takeaway was being committed to the work and she shared the 8020 rule Yes she did an amazing job of breaking that uh down for us because you know that really is the truth right i think when a lot of people think about business and being able to have a business that they're passionate about right you can easily just assume that everything is just going to be peachy everything's going to be rosy You're not going to have to have to confront any parts of yourself and it's just going to be nice and smooth But her breaking down that 8020 rule allowed us to see that hey you're going to have 80% of doing this and 20% of doing things that are hard And that's okay It doesn't mean that you're a failure It doesn't mean that you can't be successful It's simply just a part of the journey Uh let's see what else Another uh big takeaway was confidence in the 8020 rule Um and Wendy is sharing that women have already chosen us Yes there are a people There are a community of women who are waiting for you to step out and to announce and to share and to get into into movement Your coaching business your voice is needed Um also here Natasha shared that there was the reflective question that really had her thinking and that question was is the women you are called to serve worth you doing you doing work you don't want to do yes that is that oneliner right there uh that I heard and I was like "Oh my gosh that just slapped me in the face." Okay Now Coach Natasha already covered this and so tonight you guys we're talking about clarity on your calling Okay yesterday I talked about my story but today I'm going to go a little bit deeper into the strategy and the nuance of it All right we're going to talk about why niching matters choosing your niche defining your audience and creating transformation Okay now here's here's a question I have for you We have four incredible days together But here's what I know For some of you maybe not all of you but there is a portion of you that at the end of our four days together you going to say "Now Coach Tiffany where you going?" Like I need some more This was great You answered some of my questions but I still have questions And so do I have your permission to share tonight a way that I can continue to support you after these four days let me see your an Okay All right I see the yeses already coming in Okay Good Because I want your permission Absolutely All right Good stuff Good stuff So I want to start here God created you with intention and you are uniquely designed for your calling Now if I didn't have a million slides I would say to you what do you think the number one mistake is and I'd wait a few minutes for your responses but I'm going to go ahead and just give you the answer The number one mistake that coaches make when they are looking to grow their coaching business is they don't tap into their unique calling and design and they don't figure out who is the audience that God has called you to uniquely serve Your calling and your anointing is as unique as a fingerprint No one else has it but you right i love fingerprints because not even twins have the same They have some of the same DNA but not the same fingerprint No one else has the fingerprint of your calling And something that I've been saying since the beginning of being a a spirit-led brand coach is when the when scripture says to us that we man was formed out of the dust of the earth and God breathed the breath of life into him What I want you to understand is he didn't just breathe physical air He did breathe physical air and it was the rua breath of life It was your gifts your abilities your anointing your talent and what makes you you And so what makes me different than a secular brand coach and I know because I've worked in many spaces is that we're not going to just make something up I understand that God breathed something into you that you were then to to exhale into the earth And so we figure out what did God breathe into you because that is where we build your brand That is where we figure out who you are called to be We're not going to make it up Y'all saw yesterday when I told my story the result of making it up right it it don't really go that well Okay but when you tap into God what did you bring what did you already place inside of me who did you have in mind when you formed me you get a very different result So here's what I want you to know I hope you're taking notes because honey tonight okay I got lot I came ready tonight Okay many aspiring life coaches feel called to help others but they want to serve everybody Now this is a safe place Okay I think we established this on yesterday when I I put myself out there just so much Okay So I want to talk a little bit about more about you tonight How many of you if you're honest you kind of feel like you want to serve everybody just go ahead and just put it in the chat How many of you right now you know there's probably three to four to five to 10 niches of people you really want to serve Where are you you're in here It's me too Okay Here's what I know and here's what I believe especially about believers I've done a lot of coaching and consulting in non-faith-based spaces and I've worked with kingdom entrepreneurs for 10 years and here's what I know We have our father's heart And so unlike many bo um believer uh non-believers who are in business who are really just about the money and about other things many of us we have our father's heart And so we're so attached to so many problems that it can sometimes make it harder to figure out And I don't think I had this on the slide so I'm going to throw this out there too Sometimes we have to figure out what's ministry and what's marketplace Now that was worth the whole presentation for somebody Let me let me tell you a little bit about Coach Tiffany Coach Tiffany is a PK My parents have a mega church here in Baltimore Uh Coach Tiffany is a worship leader who has been singing her entire life Write songs all the things Coach Tiffany is a divorce a who is a single mother right that's three things right there I could go on and on and on but those are all things I care a lot about However you're not going to see me create an event And I thought about this I really did Some of us here in the city a couple of of pastor kids we thought about doing a whole thing for all the other pastor's kids Side note pray for your pastor's kids All right I'm off of that But I thought about it right all of those things I thought about I am a professional makeup artist I do hair makeup I do so many things y'all just like many of y'all And so I had to really say "Okay God I care about a lot of different things but what what is just my ministry in the earth that I just do for fun and enjoyment and what is the thing that you have actually called me to monetize that's going to help somebody out so I have small groups with my church I pour into some of the other women who are divorce aids or single mothers That's not my brand That's just ministry That's just I'm going to always do that There's no course coming right some of you need to figure out what is ministry what is marketplace Okay let's keep going So this lack of focus can lead to burnout confusion and ultimately ineffective coaching We have a saying in the industry and I want you to write this down especially if you've never heard it confused minds don't buy Confused minds don't buy So being the marketer that I am I'm a bit of a data nerd okay everything is just data I'm interested in the data right i don't care too much about the feelings What does the data show right what we know is most people are not going to verbally tell you "I'm confused about your brand I went to your website I don't understand what you do." They're not going to say that to you They just won't buy and they won't refer So when you see the lack of traction in your business often times you're like "Man people aren't supporting I don't know what's going on." They are confused They don't know what to do okay because you do Mary Kay resumeumés fried chicken They like I don't know I'm unsure okay and so but we going to fix it today Tap your neighbor and say "Coach Tiffany you're my business a little bit and I you don't know me like that We just met but we're going to get to the solution today." Okay by the end of this session you will have clarity on how to niche down and focus on your strength Okay I love coach Natasha said I my oneliners I got another one for you Are you ready people don't buy products and services they buy solutions Now this is just straight business school 101 okay people buy solutions And so the most successful businesses are hyper clear and hyperverbal about the solution that they offer and for whom And without that clear understanding your business is going to be stunted But tap your neighbor and say "Tonight we're going to fix it." Okay Now like a true coach okay I got to start with why because the how is actually very easy but I you may not be convinced of why you need to do it So let's start with that Well I like to go to the Bible I love to go to the word Jesus was hyperfocused on his assignment as he moved throughout the earth Jesus constantly let us know that he came to seek and to save the lost of Israel And there were so many times where they tried to get him off of his assignment and he was like "Absolutely not I am clear on why I am here Now I got to talk to a a special group of people in the room." And and I know this may not be all of you And and it's probably rude to talk to a subset of the group but would you guys mind if just for a second I talk to all the people where are the people in the room who say my coaching is I want to help people change their mindset and transform their mind where are you because you're in here I know you are in here Okay this is something that I found myself saying a new way Uh and this is one of my most viral reels I said this on a coaching call and then I just felt led to go make a real about it And the people of God was like "Oh we need to hear this." Here's what I want you to know All coaches help people transform their minds Every single coach The difference is if I am a financial coach I help people transform their mind so they can experience a different result in their money If I am a spiritual coach I help people transform their mind so they can have a different result in their spiritual life It's not enough to say well I'm a coach that helps people transform their mind My what I specialize in or my my niche is transforming minds No it isn't because we all do that That's what makes us a coach You choose a niche when you decide I help people change their mind in this area so that they can get to a new result Does that make sense okay And so I just I I needed to come talk to y'all because I know you guys are in here and you're like I'm a mindset coach and we're gonna help you drill down where in their minds you help them transform Now this wasn't in my slides the last time I talked about this topic but I felt led since I've been doing so much coaching I said you know this is something I often find myself saying Let me give them a head start Okay there are a group of words that when you say them we really don't know what you mean When you say it it doesn't bring us it Nothing comes to our mind that is a measurable goal or idea And so sometimes I'll get people who say to me "Coach Tiffany I help women walk in their purpose." And my follow-up question is always "What does that look like what does that mean what does that look like?" Because five different people's purpose are five different things Right so let's drill down a little bit deeper to figure out what type of purpose do you help people with I got another one wealth Sometimes people will say "Well I'm a wealth coach Do you know how many ways there are to build wealth?" I do A lot of different ones There's real estate There's trading I know because I'm also a day trader right there are so many ways to build wealth When you tell me you're a wealth coach my question is well which way how do you help me build wealth i still have too many questions I don't understand what you do I already talked about mindset so I won't have to go there Transition is another one that's been coming up lately for a lot of a lot of my new and I'm like hm interesting And they say well I want to help people who are in transition Well there's a couple challenges with this Number one on some level are we all in transition life is literally all change only change In some area of your life whether it's the kids getting older whether it's just whatever everybody is in transition all the time So how do you help us transition well if my transition is that I am my child is older and I'm figuring out teenage life okay that might be me That might be my real life I need a parenting coach I need a very specific type of coach If my transition is I'm a new wife I don't need the parenting coach I need the I need a wife coach who can help me So transition in and of itself is not specific enough So I wanted to give you this before we even get deeper because if this if one of these four is your niche tap your neighbor and say "Oh all right I got to go more I got to go more specific I thought I had it but I need some work." Okay we talked about that So when you try to serve everyone you end up not making an impact with anyone Okay here's the question I want you answering You can serve many people people but who can you super serve there's this phrase you know jack of all trades master of none Can I tell tell you something no Let me be the data let me be the digital marketing nerd for two seconds and I'm going take that hat off Being in this industry for almost 20 years As a matter of fact this year is 19 Literally being in digital marketing for 19 years what I can tell you is that your consumers and people who want to buy from you are so much smarter and more savvy than they were 20 and 30 and 40 years ago because we have so much more information at our fingertips I can Google or you do y'all know they have videos on YouTube about like how to like build a house i mean you can do anything So I don't need basic 101 information I need someone who can take me deeper than what I can find on YouTube or Wikipedia So people are not looking for someone who's a jack of all trades and knows a little bit about a lot They're looking for someone who has specialized knowledge who has gone deeper in some area Okay so let's keep going Let's talk about the power of a niche still convincing you of why first It helps you with three specific things Number one attracting the right clients who need your specific expertise Now the purpose of these classes is so you can learn from our mistakes We're going to tell you where we hit our hit on the wall so you don't have to So pay attention because early in my business I would take clients that I was just so happy to have clients and even if it wasn't exactly what I thought I did I would be like "Yes I'm just so happy to have a client." And I learned the hard way that when you don't have a very specific solution you are known for and you really stick with that and attract the right people you will take on projects and they will just become a pure headache Okay so you want to attract the right people I hear me Okay hear me Number two you can build a reputation as the go-to person for transformation I saw the effects of this like never before in 2020 during COVID So many uh churches ministries faith leaders were we we were we went online and people did not know what to do and I sold so many services My business ballooned and I wasn't even promoting any of that but people knew uh call call her Go call her That is the power of a reputation and then scaling and growing faster because you are focused You have a powerful focus Okay here's a couple common mistakes when you do not choose a niche And this is for the I hear you Holy Spirit This is for the Well I'm just y'all you know God but y'all don't understand I'm just deeply anointed and God has just given me many gifts Uhhuh Yep Us too right y'all not gonna box me in And I actually saw a video on Instagram that said that and I was like "Sis no Get out of here." Right so number one spreading yourself too thin You will notice that even mega corporations like Coca-Cola and others who genuinely have a product that can be used by many audiences they they target sub a they have millions of marketing dollars but they still make very niched commercials Coca-Cola's commercial on BET looks very different than Coca-Cola's commercial on the country music station Have you noticed because they understand I still can't have a broad promo I still have to go to very specific audiences Now that takes millions of dollars though But the small business owner we have to really be sure not to spread oursel too thin Struggling to market because your message is unclear When people are confused and they don't know what problem you solve they'll respond by just not participating And then thirdly attracting people who aren't aligned with your calling So now let's talk about how I think you're convinced that you need to niche And let me just double check Are you guys convinced that you should Are you like "All right Coach Tiffany we got it We got it We got it." Tell me how Okay tell me how Let me Let me Let me see that in the comments If you're like "Okay Coach Tiffany we get it Tell me how I'm ready Let me know in the comments and then we going to we going to dive into this thing." Okay good So here we go Number one I want you to choose your niche path There's more than one path Now here we have identified that there are really two primary paths There is the experience path and there is the expertise path Okay The experience path which many of our customers choose is how helping others overcome something that you have personally overcome Maybe you don't have a degree or a certification but you're like listen I changed my life in this area and I know I could help someone else change their life in this area as well Okay that is the experience path The expertise path looks like I have a specific education training or skill set that I think I could maybe I've been doing that for a living but I think I could take that package it up and now do it for myself Whenever the economy is going through downturns you see a lot of people saying you know what I'mma take this HR this health and wellness this nursing this whatever I'm doing for a living I'm making them all this money with that I think I can do that for myself So these are the two paths that I want you to choose from Here's an example of the expertise path It could be a certified financial planner and you become a financial coach Well you already have the expertise and the knowledge that you need right so even without the certificate you're already certified because you've been using that knowledge or a therapist A lot of we see a lot of therapists decide to become coaches in many different ways because typically as a therapist they are locked into that specific state but becoming a coach gives them the ability to coach people from around the world So if you're thinking about this expertise path I want you to ask yourself what skill training or expertise do you already have and use every day that you could help others with okay now let's take a look at the experience path This is just your life experience You like no I don't necessarily have a degree I went to the school of hard knocks on this one Okay this could be a woman who overcame divorce healed and rebuilt her heart and spirit and says "You know what i can help others heal and rebuild after divorce." Or it could be someone who transformed their faith journey and said "Man I I I lost God or I I was disconnected from God and I found a way to grow closer to him and prayer and worship and Bible study and I want to help other women do the same." Now if you're leaning toward this path I want you to ask yourself what challenge have you overcome that you're confident you can guide others through as well so I want you to drop in the chat before we even go deeper which path are you choosing you don't have to say what the experience is or what the expertise is Just put one of the words experience or expertise Which way are you leaning which way are you leaning all right let me see Let me see the comments What if you have both well I think that and we're going to talk about this a little bit more right but I think that pick which which one comes top of mind Okay I see quite a bit of experience You cannot choose both Both is not an option Now come on y'all This is day two so you already know both is not an option Okay I see a lot Okay got it Oh love that one Autumn Yes No it cannot be mo Now y'all we how now I know it's day two and I know we getting to learn each other but how many times have you heard me say specific okay All right A lot of experience Love love love that You cannot choose both Reverend Okay Y'all gonna make me put my mama voice on today Okay So pick one and then we're going to keep going deeper Okay And this might actually help you as well I'm going to share with you the top industries that we recommend choosing from And there are four of them All right and as I go through them this may help you out because if you lean toward one of these industries it's going to be easy for you to know do I have education here or am I ch am I leaning to my experience so one of the top ones is the relationship space Honey listen life is about relationships People are always drawn to uh information that helps them in any area of relationship It could be dating marriage singleness motherhood friendship There's lots of different options and they all fall under the relationship bracket So an example of this might be a woman who repaired her marriage and she helps other wives We have quite a few wife coaches here who um you know aren't certified therapists or relationship coaches but they say I went to the school of hard knocks and the Holy Spirit walked me through how to build a happy healthy marriage and I know that what I did here I can help someone else do Okay How many of you feel like your coaching might be in the relationship space whether it's dating marriage singleness motherhood friendship healing from past relationships or family coaching I just want you to put the word relationship in the chat Okay let's keep going Here's another one Health and wellness This is a big one People are finally understanding that hey we got to take care of ourselves We got to be well spirit soul and body especially believers because there's so many scriptures that say it So this could be fitness this could be nutrition this could be emotional wellness this could be a number of things that really speak to the overall wellness of your being and of your life And so an example of this could be a woman who helps busy women add working out and eating healthy to their lifestyle All right How many of you think that you feel drawn to this health and wellness space i want you to put health and wellness in the chat Now the next one is financial coaching Now this includes debt freedom wealth building budgeting financial and also business Even though it's not listed there th this would technically be my industry right and so an example of this could be a woman who got out of debt who's teaching other women how to do so Some of my favorite uh financial coaches and influencers didn't start out with any certification They just got themselves in a healthy place and said "hm I think I can help others do that as well." And so how many of you feel like this might be an area or industry you feel called to i want you to put financial in the chat And then lastly and this is I'm pretty sure a lot of you is a spiritual growth right this includes helping people deepen their faith maybe prayer Bible study right and so an example of this could be a woman who grew in her faith after a difficult season and she helps others strengthen their walk with God Okay How many of you feel like spiritual growth is the industry that you want to focus in i want to want you to put spiritual growth in the chat All right let me let me see these comments Oh we got a nice little mix here Okay I like this I like this Okay Pette's trying to decide between relationships and spiritual Don't think I didn't see that cuz I do Okay Uhhuh Yep This is good y'all This is good Okay so let's keep going Now that you that you've realized what your path is and second you said "Okay here's my industry." Now let's talk a little bit about your person Okay now I want you to look at this picture It is so much easier to identify your person and for them to identify you when you are clear on who they are If this if the person in the middle wasn't red you might not know where to focus but that person in the red with the bullseye makes it easier for you to just laser in and look directly at them This is the goal and the idea of you getting super clear on who you want to serve So now I talked about this yesterday Honey listen Woo This somebody put surrender in the chat Okay for all the people like me who you love God you trust God but you still be want to do your thing cuz I was trying to choose a totally different niche And the Lord was like "Girl no." Many times your person chooses you Okay and so who is constantly drawn to you this is a big clue because they see wisdom They see answers They see credibility in you Oh I hear you Lord Something I say all the time Uh Bishop Jake always says "Your genius is in your normal." Have you guys heard that your genius is in your normal And so many times what you're really gifted at and good at because it comes so naturally to you you don't think it's a big deal Which is why you number one can't believe somebody would pay you for it cuz like what do you mean it's just dot dot dot But to other people they're not as good at it as you are They're amazed at it And so I want you to start to think about what are the things people are constantly coming to me for because that's a big clue to where people see that I am a solution Okay So here are some things that I want you to think about Now when you think about the person that you want to serve what life experience are they currently having this is a big big big one Are they in a new marriage are they mothers are they business owners are they single women are they career professionals who are these women what is the life experience that connects them number two what is their biggest current challenge i have a client that I'm working with She might be watching this Shout out to Mon'nique if you're watching this She wants to work with people who are navigating the corporate life as a first generation corporate They like you know what nobody told me Mama didn't tell me about this Nobody told me that as I climbed the corporate ladder this is what I was going to experience And so from her own experience she's like "Man let me go back and grab all the first generation corporate women pour into them." The challenge they are having is navigating that lens Why are they searching for help well in in her case cuz they're frustrated They're confused They need guidance They're they're they're experiencing challenges and they don't really have people to go to because they are the first one out the gate Where have they previously searched for help where where did they make did they go to their friends do they like where did they potentially look but ultimately not really get good good wisdom i can say in my case the people who I work with where they've previously searched for help has been friends and family I can't tell you how often somebody will come to me with a business idea and I say "Well where'd you get that idea?" And they'll say "Oh my sister or my cousin." And I say "Oh are they also business owners?" And they say "No." And I go "Okay well you know this might not be the place we want to take that type of advice." And then at the bottom notice I put this at the bottom What age group are they in many times when people niche they start with age but age may not really be the leading factor If I say I want to work with new wives they could be 18 to 98 Like there's no if this is your first time being married age does not or if I say I want to help firsttime home buyers again that that could run the gamut So I didn't want you to immediately go to age I really want you to immediately go to life experience Okay let me give you some examples here for someone who wants to be a relationship coach Now here's what a broad example would sound like I help coaches strength help couples strengthen their marriage Okay got it But here's more specific I help Christian couples restore trust and deepen intimacy after experiencing betrayal Which one y'all like better the top or the bottom whi which one which one is more clear for you i love the I I love this you Thank you Exactly That Let me give you another one for somebody who is a wellness coach They might say "Well I help women feel better." Okay Or they could say "I help busy women increase their fitness and nutrition and take the best care of their body temples." Okay so the idea is not to be too broad but to be as specific about the solution as possible Okay let's keep going cuz I've got so much for you So here is your homework I want you to write one sentence describing who you help and the problem you solve for them And I want you to put this inside of the group Okay I love that we had the group honey on fire Okay we was about to have to call the people We was about to have to call the people to put their fire out because y'all had this group on fire Okay All right Number four Here's here's an important thing Once you identify what their challenge is now we need to identify what is their dream outcome What do they want because hint hint this is going to be the reason that they pull out their credit card and say yes to you But you need to know this Okay so here's the question What does your ideal client desire most right now now here's what I know at we have typically been who we have served I chuckle that I that one of my main gifts is to help women find clarity about who they serve and how to monetize that because as you see I was so confused about it for such a long time right and I got that clarity and now I'm able to help others It helps me understand though what your dream outcome is because that was my dream outcome at one point So for many of you when you think about the person that you serve and that you want to serve when you were in their shoes what did you want what kept you up at night for my clients is Coach Tiffany I done put all this money out in this business I need I need to see more money back I want to bless people and make much more money I'm clear that that's what my person wants What does your person want does she want to feel more confident and secure about jumping back into the dating life does she want to feel that her heart is healed and she's ready to start again after a major loss like divorce or loss of a child what is it that she wants most here are some examples If I'm a financial coach her dream outcome might be to become debtree in 12 months without feeling overwhelmed Right if I'm a relationship coach her dream outcome may to be may be to prepare for a godly marriage with confidence and clarity Or it might be oh that's a typo That should say wellness It might be that she wants to lose weight and feel better in her body If I'm a spiritual coach she may want to hear God's voice more clearly and grow deeper in her assignment and purpose Okay So here's the second part of your homework You probably already said "Now Coach Tiffany and you can pick one right but I want you to write one sentence describing your ideal client's dream outcome What does she want and you can put these together If you decide to do a post in the group you can put it together You can say "Here's my person Here's her problem And here's her dream outcome." Okay help us out Make it one post Okay now here here's what you need to know Once you figure this out you you need to craft a magnetic message a powerful message to attract your ideal client to you Once you do the work of saying "Okay I know who I s who I serve and what she wants Now I need to go speak and say what I do and attract the people who are who raise their hand and say "Oh that's me." Okay And that is one of the things that I can help you do Now here's a question I have for you Do you believe that coaching is a faster better way to move from problem to solution let me ask you that You're a coach and so let me just do a pulse check in the room Do you believe that coaching helps you move faster and better from the problem to the solution put a yes in the chat if you say yes I do I do believe that That's why I want to help people I want to help them move from problem to solution faster and better Okay Good I see the yeses I see the yeses Yes Exactly That's why God has called you to be a coach But here's a question I have Your clients need coaching so they can move faster and better to their solution But what about you now you said you just said that you believed that coaching helped you to get to your solution faster and better Does that apply when it comes to you as well does that apply to you what if you could tap into a proven way to build a flourishing coaching business using biblical principles while surrounded by a supportive community how many of you feel like "Okay yeah yeah yeah Coach Tiffany because this homework is a lot and I'm realizing I I got some work I need to do and I don't want to do it by myself I've probably taken myself as far as I can go just like my coaching clients need me I think I need I need somebody." So I saw a couple people saying that and that is absolutely accurate I was like my fouryear degree is it gets me in automatically Right And there's a question here too where Becky is is sharing that I'm not a life coach I'm a health coach So really life coach is more of the generalization because like life coach is the big umbrella and then under it is the different types of coaching Yes So whether you're a health coach a spiritual formation coach if you're a coach you can come into momentum Yes I see a few people saying they still want information about getting certified and so I believe if you go to Called Coach Institute is that correct then you can on the waiting list Yes you can get on the waiting list there Um and we'll notify you of when CCI opens again Absolutely Let's see I don't need to be certified which is interesting because I mean coach Tiffany how would you because just even the question that you just answered in regards to having the degree or having the experience maybe you haven't gone through a certification but you've been like coaching someone just shared Lyanna I didn't realize I needed to be certified before joining Yeah we talked about this a bit You know it's it's kind of the difference between like being a certified coach or being an active coach Yeah Um I started coaching after Oh great Sherice said I'm certified with John with Maxwell So awesome Yeah depending on you know what where where you are looking to coach you may feel like you have the knowledge and what you need to start coaching right and so and maybe you decide you know what while I'm waiting for CCI I can join momentum and get started What CCI is going to do is going to help sharpen me a bit However I'm already gonna be started using what I have because guess what at for those who are in CCI at the end of Jerry journey guess where they're going to join us in momentum right and so the two work well together One to really sharpen you as a coach and the other to grow your coaching business And they are really both necessary Yes that's a really great explanation And thank you Coach Tiffany for uh breaking that down for us because I do see a lot of questions around that that um you can still join momentum If you are an active coach right or or maybe you haven't been active in a long time and you want to come in there is a place for you as well Again um if you would like more information about CCI you can go to calledcoachinstitute.com and um you'll be able to get information on that specifically It is a six-month program Enrollment is not open at this time but you can be put on the wait list Becky says Becky I saw your question earlier where you said is it specific to life coaches you said I have a bachelor's in theology and work as a life coach So this would be perfect perfect for you And Nene says "I'm a licensed therapist wanting to go into coaching Will this be a good fit?"
