Gan welcome to the podcast it's really nice to be able to connect with you and thank you for your patience I think this is our third attempt well thank you for having me I'm very pleased to be part of your audience and being able to share information with them yeah and I think you know there's some really important information that we can we can share today um I guess to give some of our listeners a bit of context I read a paper that you published uh entitled earthing the human body reduces blood viscosity a major factor in cardiovascular disease um and I just really I found it really interesting I was I was aware of earthing but to see its impact from more of a cardiovascular perspective it was the first time for me um but before we dive into it are you happy maybe just to give a little bit of background into into you your journey and how you got into this work yes definitely so my background is engineering physics um I used to work at UCLA in uh the field of nuclear fusion and uh at some point in my career I had a big career change around 1993 uh I always was interested in health uh my wife uh was I studied as a naturopathic doctor I had some minor health issues at the time like hypoglycemia and things like that so I always had interest in health and that brought me also to uh like spirituality and some movement like yoga and things like that to help you know my health be better and uh so in 1993 um so one of the coworker give me information about uh the research done by a Japanese scientist named hirosi motoyama he was also a Shinto priest and basically the head of his shintu brand of religion in Japan so I read an article about the research he was doing in Japan on the shakras and the meridians I got interested and meet the man and found out that he had just started a school called California Institute for human science in encinita which is San Diego North County so uh anyway a long story short it turns out that we met and that he needed somebody with my um background in engineering physics to help uh his students understand the basis of some of the machines that he has built like one is called the Ami the apparatus for Meridian identification and some other equipment too and so I started you know know part-time there and then finally uh I was offered a full-time job and I became uh you know faculty at the California Institute for human science and that's where I met Clint Ober uh he just showed up at some point and did a presentation on everything uh the benefit of everything that was like in 2002 200 2003 uh where only one study has been done by him and it was with nurse and there was no objective measures it was just um you know filling uh questionnaires so he had good results improvements in sleep and less pain and all of these things but my background in engineering at that time just like came on me and said you know that seems too simple you know like you just put your feet on the ground and suddenly all this magic happened where you have no pain and you have no more energy and sleep better and I was kind of skeptical saying well you know uh it should have been discovered 100 years ago that was my thought actually it did but that's another story uh and um and so I left it like that uh so it nothing would have happened if it was not one of her of his associate came to me and said we want to do a research project for everything and we're ready to pay for it so being an open Institute open you know to studying things like shakras meridians and all of these things uh we said okay so we did a research it turns out that we had really good results um even a results that was not anticipated was uh a toning of the uh muscles of the body which was uh unexpected because we found out that when the person is grounded there's a kind of relaxation of the body that the same time the muscle who are too tense relaxed those who are too relaxed tense and there's some kind yeah there's some kind of peristaltic movement that is takes 10 second no 20 seconds to do like the muscle contracts a little and relax and contracts and relax and this is an autonomic nervous system reaction to basically judge the tonus of the muscle so when we're not grounded we're losing that because the body is like in some kind of a emergency situation where there's lack of nutrient which is the ground the electrons from the ground so the body goes into a mode of saving energy you know saving the number of electrons to get the organs functioning so the the control of the tension of the muscle become a secondary effect but we saw it never been reported anywhere else still skeptical so we did another research project and uh because the one the reason I was skeptical with the first time is because all the equipment was grounded so from my research you know I know that grounding Loop can happen and they can change you know the values of what you're observing so so we repeated later the experiment with more sophisticated equipment which was battery powered send the information through fiber optics and we still had an excellent result this time I had two of my friends who had arthritis coming in characterised of the hands seeing big Improvement one of them actually is mentioned in the book because his condition was like the pain from 0 to 10 like zero no pain and 10 you're want to scream to that uh he was at8 and it didn't show anything and said wow you're at a said that's the way I live I mean medication doesn't work and how to live that way and we put a patch on his hand we talk about 40 minutes me and Clint over and after 40 minutes we ask him what's your pain he said interesting it's two or three nothing does that so I became that's the the study that convinced me and so we started Publications there then later on Dr Sinatra was doing an experiment in his own um lab if you will uh on uh red blood cells and uh with the microscope he was doing uh red blood cell analysis there was somebody expert there and they saw that most people have their red blood cells clumped together in what they call R blow formation and uh so that makes the blood very thick and prevents also the red blood cell from going into the capillaries where they actually release the oxygen into the tissue so that means that having the thick ketchup Like Blood also prevents oxygen from going into the tissue so it's very very important so he was doing this experiment and he found out that um grounding people were grounded before and after grounding there were a big change from like clumping red blood cells to um you know released and freely moving red blood cells and there was true for everybody who was there except one person Clint over he already had good cells because he's been grounded for years so uh and um Dr snatra Wanted let's see if we can do a a more formal paper on that and I did some research and I found that there was this rist so rology is the science of colid solutions and cidal solutions are solutions with not dissolve non-d disolved particles in them an example of cidal solution will be milk so and these the particles in a color solution have to have a charge so that they are separated and so that you can have the liquid with the the particles in it so that's why for example if you put acid on on on milk you will have a coagulation of some of the solids that are in there because they lose you know the negative charge so we're studying that and there was this realist real ology is very much used actually to purify wastewaters from cities so they have big facilities that runs by specialist called realists so one rist had written written a text about uh how he had cardiovascular problem and he wonder he knew that the blood blood has red blood cells just in it so it's a colid solution so he said what if increase the charge and make the blood you know thinner so he did that and but you know by drinking like uh baking soda diluted in water and things like that and it's cardiovascular function improveed so that gives me any use uh what they're they're measuring is something called Zeta potential which actually it's a method of measuring the charge at the surface of this blood cells so uh I decided to say well maybe I can measure Z potential of BL turns out the equipment that exists are very expensive 20,000 30,000 so I decided to try to make my own and in the paper what you see is I made it a very cheap one it cost me 250 bucks and it's it works very well so that's where that the paper come from and that's where the idea of having a more objective measurement than looking at red blood cells and looking at R formation and which but blood you know cell are still you know free or in R formation I did that in the paper anyway but I had uh something else which was I very pleased with objective measurement of Zeta potential and we found out that grounding only two hours increase it a potential by 270% so it's almost triple the charge on red blood cells so everybody that is not grounded has thicker blood than they should have we need grounding for the cardiovascular function to work properly and this is like it's quite Paradigm shifting really isn't it I know that you talk about in the paper uh the conventional approach which is still I guess practiced by most people is thinking about LDL cholesterol total total cholesterol and these sorts of markers and we've obviously got the evidence that we can take it one step further by thinking about oxidized LDL and some of those other biomarkers but we're sort of taking it one step further when we start thinking about sort of Zeta potential and blood cell aggregation how and how earthing influences this yes and now it's it's researching more and more uh I know that there is a group now you see there's no simp Le easy way to measure uh uh blood viscosity so but now it's becoming after you know publish the publishing of this paper um some people got noticed and now it's becoming more and more uh interest of an interest in uh in the Research Laboratories I know that the uh Connecticut university has a group developing a new simple device device for measuring uh blood viscosity that is easy that is simple I know two other companies are working on that and so and so more and more articles come out about the importance of blood viscosity actually is way more important than the all the other things uh there's I mean there's still controversies about LDL and how much you you have but the the blood viscosity is non UNC controversial you have higher blood viscosity you have higher risk of cardiovascular problems there's no but and if it's very very simple very clear and you mentioned sort of in the study there were you did two hours of earthing and that LEDs to an almost 300% increase um do we have any data around how long that lasts for yes there's another paper that was was done with a researcher at UCSD Paul Mills and um we found that um in that paper um were working with massage therapist that were actually uh working at the uh deac Chopra Center that was located in kbad at the time and he had a massage trapist working there and what they were grounded I think for a week or two and we found that some positive effect on blood uh we're still there a week after okay but you have to ground for a couple of weeks to get some residual effect if you just ground an hour I think an hour later or two it's gone okay so basically the more you ground the more residual effect even if you don't ground so that's why you know the simplest way for me is you ground at night sleep grounded and you don't have to worry during the day about about it if you want to ground more during the day is fine for me I ground when I'm at the computer also because I found that uh it helps my energy I spend a long hours on computers I'm trying to take some breaks now regularly uh but I found that uh I an additional earting time when I'm grounded um is beneficial for you know me being able to work and get less di yeah I guess you know it's becoming so so much easier to be grounded while living a you know a modern lifestyle when we're inside and things like this we got all sorts of different sort of gadgets and technology that can help us now yes for example I use a grounding mat as my mouse pad so that while I'm using my mouse I'm grounded at the same time because I touch you know I I touch the keyboard the keyboard is on it so I'm grounded this way I also have a mat on my feet so I ground this way and when I spend time in the living room reading things like that I sit on a on on another uh grounding mat I mean for me you know it's like I'm part of the team so I can't have as many Mets or or equipment as I I like but uh but it's not expensive you know a mat like this is about 70 bucks and if you have only that you can do so much with it you can sleep with it you can sit on it you can use it as a mouth paath you can bring it to uh travel with you and so it's very very very convenient if it's if you're stranded for expenses and you want you know and you in a climate where you cannot spend an hour every day outside bare foot then this is I I would say this is the most bang for the bucks yeah yeah yeah I have a I have a mat on under my desk for my feet um and a sheet on the beds and then ear thing sandals as well when I'm out and about you're all set yeah and I do I think you know there was some interesting things I found when I put the the the sheet on my beds I actually noticed that I was a lot warmer like I felt like my body temperature is actually way higher uh than it would have been normally which I found quite interesting yeah well I don't know how long you've been grounded but yeah it warms the body um if it warms a lot so that means there are some reaction uh detox reaction just not our bu is trying to work on you know normalizing some functions in the body and get rid of some of the toxins that normally stays in the body because uh the immune system doesn't have enough energy to take care of everything so that's why yeah I mean it's it's a big job that the immune system has yeah and also the elimination system it takes energy to get rid because you know in the world that we live there's so many ways we get toxins in our food we have GMO we have you know some preservation products and then uh you know uh we have even in our cosmetic products some things that are you know and then we have in our air you we have all kind of gas coming in and I mean we have uh a lots of reasons you know to uh to um need to help our immune system our body systems um to uh get rid of much of the toxicity for example uh Paul Mills the same researcher I did research with uh with the Deepa Pro Center he did a research on glyphosate and see in San Diego he measure people the level of glyphosate in people he couldn't find a single person without glyphosate in their system we all do and if the body is not uh healthy enough it will not break the glyphosate but a healthy body can break up the [Music] glyphosat-prozess so we have toxicity on one side and when we're not grounding we are accumulating positive charge so basically we become um we have what they call smoldering inflammation it's like low key inflammation that's slowly build up because you know the oxidation oxidative stress in the body increase because there's not enough electrons to um to neutralize reactive oxygen species and all of that stuff so at some point you know in time normally I now apparently it happens sooner uh I think it's because they're more toxin you know it used to Happ around 60 people start to have like health issues arthritis diabetes now we have Alzheimer's autoimmune disease all of these even cardiovascular problems and Cancers all of these have inflammation as a component that allow them to happen and what you get depends on your lifestyle on your genetics on your mental state all of these play a role if you're going to have arthritis or Alzheimer's or dementia all of these things you know we do even we found out that autis autism also has an inflammatory component so you we found that everything just have children play in the ground outside has a huge positive effect you know on autism we found in fact that that's that's in the everything book okay amazing so yeah I mean it's interesting because one thing I found really fascinating is that the first research project was done by CL Clint over in 2000 on Earth even though he started Ed before the first research was in the year 2000 researchers medical researchers started to study and found out that inflammation has a big part of cardiovascular diseases in formation of plaque and that started that year too started a frenzy of research in medical research about the effect of inflammation on the body and they found out it's everywhere I mean it's behind you know all of these diseases I remember in 2004 it was on the cover of cover of Time Magazine uh you know inflammation does the the new discovery of the fire in your body that you know caused tons of problem I still have a copy of that I kept it but it wasn't I mean it become a big thing and interesting that the two movements the the discovery and inflam in the solution grow up at the same time yeah and I guess you know with everything you share there around everything from detoxification to the immune system and sort of inflammation is there quite a simplistic level sort of this idea that when we're earthing or grounding as many of us know there's that sort of take up of fre electrons from the surface of the Earth and we're kind of I guess giving cells um both both antioxidants but also in some ways just more energy is that right so one of the reasons we're able to have improved physiological function including maybe things like detox is partly from an energetic mitochondrial perspective yes it is uh and um in fact we're doing research on the effect of rting on mitochondrial function as we speak oh wow but we do have three papers by Jim Ashman on uh is hypothesis which I think are very right on and now that we're researching on U the effect of uh being grounded on mitochondrial function because there's something you know mitochondria there's a lot of uh information on how the importance of oxygen you know and breathing and having a lots of oxygen for mitochondrial function but it's not sufficient you need electrons there's something called the electron trans Port chain and if there's not enough electron that chain you know is not providing enough electrons because the at the end in the end the energy is not stored in the oxygen it's stored in electrons into that these triphosphate so there's three molecules there that are actually have electrons with high energy and so it's called the a the ad DP which is depleted it's recharged and it's like a truck you know coming in has it's empty you charge it and then it become ATP and that's the source of energy of the body well where the energy of the ATP is located it's located in those three phosphate molecules that have electrons in an excited States so when they go out they can the electrons can give energy and at the same time they are antioxidant you know they have different function but that's one of the function and that function is essential for the cells to have energy to do their functions and one of them is eliminate waste that are inside the cell if you don't do that the cells become sluggish and you get you know tired so yes that's a big role it's one of the role but besides inflammation you so inflammation is another thing together I mean it's like you know you've got a cut on your hand and then you have the immune system coming in and you know the bacteria come in things like that uh the white blood cell engulf them or pour acid on them and all of these things are acidic actually so that means that they lack electrons so they kill the bacteria by stealing electrons from bacteria so where you when you put pour an acid on a wooden table why does it dissolve because everything in the world every object is held together by the exchange of electrons I mean the structure of the wood itself is electrons exchange between different atoms and molecules so you bring something that steal the electrons and the structure fallar so it's the same thing so the immune system used that because I mean nature is wise they knew that we have plenty of electrons to mop up the the mess after that so the I mean we grew up naked you know in contact with the earth I mean that's millions of years of development like that so so the body assume oh we always have electrons so we're we're going to be able to mop up and neutralize all of this stuff but now we're living in a modern world with you know plastic shoes and and and rubber sols and houses built of wood and we're disconnected all the time just by breathing air you're breathing in positive ions because the air is charged positively the more you go up in the atmosphere the more positive the air is charged where you are in an airplane 3 30,000 ft High I mean you breathing a lot more positive charge than you would at the sea level and there's an interestingly there's uh a research done uh about why people are sicker in the higher level of higher iise building than the floor one and they're still pondering you know maybe you know the air that you know the air circulation system is dirty all of this and that but one explanation that is not look at is the air there you know the air is thousands of volts up there you know that there is a huge potential difference so the the the Earth is a battery basically that's why we have NE electrons at the surface of the of the earth well that means that there's another place where do you have positive ions and that is about 60 miles up or 100 kilometers up in the atmosphere in the layer of the atmosphere called the ionosphere the ion ion ionosphere is named from ions which is charge molecule okay so there's a very complex system that is actually powered by the sun where we at the same we we I mean everything is so Exquisite you know and really intelligently Bas it's amazing at the same time that this layer is protecting us from UV light the UV light is used to break up you know air molecules making them into positive and negative ions and then they go into thunderstorms where there's a process a mechanical process that's a charge separation where the negative charge are pushed down and then and then and this system builds up and build up and build up you know the electric potential there to a point where could be millions of FTS between this the bottom part part of the cloud in the surface of the Earth and then at this point we have a big electrostatic discharge that we call light me it's the same thing that happens when you walk on the carpet and you have a knob there in in dry weather you walk on the carpet and you touch the Nu and you have this Spar coming up it's it's you know it's the same process that happened imagine the voltage that it takes to make a spark that big millions of vs and that's why when we feel when there is lightning and a thunderstorm we feel that there's some electricity in the air it's absolutely right absolutely true you know the voltage is absolutely amazing and that's why what this lightning does is transferring electrons to the surface of the Earth and that's recharging the Earth all the time if this if all the tunder storm would seize you know all simultaneously on the world it would take only an hour to discharge the Earth we will have no battery anymore it's constantly replenished constantly and the big regions where um that replenish that energy is actually the thunderstorm in U South uh America and in Africa so that's why so important to be careful about how we do there you know cutting all the trees and everything I don't know I mean it's like we're cutting our lungs we're cutting our LIF line I don't know it seems to me that we're we don't know exactly what we're doing you know it's like no playing you know the what is that the The Apprentice you know and it's I don't know but that's where you know most of the of the uh the lightning happens yeah and what you're sharing there around the the ionosphere and the the negative charge on the surface it sounds like it's incredibly connected with the human resonance as well yes well it's interesting because the Lightnings are the one who generate human resonance when you have these huge Lightnings coming in they generate electromagnetic field that travel around the Earth and and uh a simple mathematics if you look at the surface of the Earth okay the let's say that the circumference of the earth is 25,000 miles or 40,000 kilometers right roughly and you take the speed of light which is 300,000 kilometers per second 186,000 miles per second you divide the circumference by the speed of light okay and you get 7.8 which is exactly the Schuman resonance so the lightning go 7.8 times around the the the the surface of the Earth and it's it's bounced back because of the UN ion spere cannot go out so it bounce back around and that creates the Schuman resonance now another interesting thing is that the Shuman resonance at 7.8 uh uh Earth or cycle per second is Right Between the Alpha and the um Alpha and Theta frequencies band of the brain function so that means that this frequency the the body is specially attuned to it to relax and make the brain function in a calm manner that's why when you go in even if you're not grounded when you go outside you do like hiking in the woods and feel so much calmer we're at tuning with the Shan residence and we are in our homes what is the frequency the basic frequencies that we have in our home the basic frequency is the power line you know the power energy coming in it's at 60 HZ I mean even the brain when it functions you know you are you know in like the mode we are now you know very focused outside and everything and you go into the Beta mode that goes up to about 30 years so 60 years is very stimulating to Too Much stimulation too high frequencies people get frenzy I'm sure that it creates you know why we have this Society everything is to be fast fast fast fast fast we have we're pushed you know without knowing it we are you know we are pushed subconsciously to oh this this we have to do by the energy we are submitted so that's my theory it hasn't been proven inter but uh I think it's too fast we should have and you know make um at least you know no more than 10 hers then it would be it would have been okay but you know it was chosen by Tesla actually maybe had some reasons of doing it this way right but I mean I think you know if you just look at the world and you look at you look at people living in really rural environments compared to people living in in the cities like you there is that energetic obvious difference there um just think they feel much calm it's like okay yeah I mean even they're talking more slowly expressive um Etc um so it resonates your theory ultimately for sure I'm trying to base my theory on observations yeah um I guess one thing we haven't I don't think directly touched on is I think I'm R saying there's a reasonable amount of research that's looking at a thing and just its impact on heart rate variability which if we wanted sort of a global biomarker of resiliency and health and everything you've been talking about from reducing inflammation to improving circulation that's just another example of its impact yes heart rate variability measures um the autonomic nervous function balance in the body so you want to have certain balance you know so what happened is that the autonomic nervous we have the nervous system has different branch one is the autonomic nervous system which function control the internal organ another one is the the muscle system that you know that controls muscles and stuff like that but if we're focusing on the autonomic nervous system it has two Branch the parasympathetic branch and the sympathetic branch and they're kind of like um controlling the function of internal organs because if a lions run after you you need the energy in a different place than uh than if you are digesting so what happens is the atomic nervous system the sympathetic branch when it gets activated is the flight of fight response the mus the energy goes into muscle and the digestive function are shut down and also the repair mechanism are shut down and energy there is all in the muscle for you to and the brain so that you are aware and you can run and you can take the proper action but but when you go into parasympathetic mode when you relax when you digest it promotes that digestion takes the energy away from the muscle put that into um you know the digestive system so that you can digest during the day and during the night it puts energy into the repair mechanisms of the body so that the body can repair itself that's why uh sleeping uh is so important because if you don't sleep no repair happen in your body or very little some happen because of course you heal from injuries and things like that what is much much less effective than if you are sleeping so there's this balance always between flight or fight being um you know and the uh heart rate variability is a very good measure of that and the heart function also depend on that we found another thing also that is related to to the autonomic nervous system function It's called Skin conductance we found that the electrical conductivity of the skin which is used by the way in light detection is very sensitive to our mood and how we think like if you I ask you a question did you kill somebody and you did and you no no nothing happened nothing you're going to have an physiological reaction that we can monitor and that's why CLE Baer and others came up with a lie detection that includes that function now what we found that is interesting is that within a second of grounding and sometime too it depends on the on the person we found a relaxation basically an increase in autonomic nervous function in the parasympathetic mode it's like there's a relaxation that happened in the system it's like the body saying oh I'm grounded now oh I can relax so there's a relaxation happened immediately and then it's that's where we start you know to see now it's take care of the function of the muscle and things like that make sure that everything functions properly and then it waits about 20 minutes and when it says oh we're we're we're grounded for good so we're getting the Synergy after 20 30 minutes we found that the body start working on inflammation and we have papers on that there's a paper by Dr amalu on our website about thermography research showing it takes about 30 minutes for inflammation to go away in the body in general but if you want to have inflammation going quicker you have inflammation of the knee then it's better to ground the knee first because the electrons were coming in there and will you know work on that inflammation first because inflammation is about positive charge you know the body when there's too much positive charge the body try to dilute the these charge by putting fluid there so that's why they're swelling so you can avoid all that by having electrons coming in which is the power of antioxidants when you take antioxidants what do you think you take substances that are extra electrons that will actually quench inflammation in your body but I mean the Des the body is designed to do that naturally by being grounded is the most powerful antioxidant is being grounded and in fact we're designed in such a way that we eat food that has been grounded they should be charged with electrons and there's a device called uh that you can buy it's it's like a pen like thing it's called oxidation reduction potential measure measuring device that you can stick in the fruits and stuff like that and if it's negative that means it's full of electrons you can eat it and you get energy if it's positive it's going to maybe you get some nutrient but it's going to deplete you from energy because it's going to steal some of your electrons and I bet if I've not done that I have the instrument but I've not done that systematically but I'm sure that if you take you know an apple from a farmer versus an apple from this the the store they're probably a difference in the content of electrons in there where did you get this device from oh you can get it at Amazon anywhere really I mean all over you can go on the internet called oxidation reduction potential measuring device and and it's fun you know to do but you know but see being grounded I'm not worried too much about the fruits being not not uh on the you know the store to be not so grounded you know or having had some more positive because I get all the positive negative charge all the time but you know that's where we were that's where we come from eating food that has been grounded and being grounded all the time so we had plenty of electrons all the time available to us and and the same with all animals so that's why all animals you know they have the same um you know immune system that was developed to protect us because of the ability of these electrons to basically you know keep the body in balance yeah um a question I wanted to ask much earlier um and I forgot to and I'm going to ask it now because I'll forget it again is if you're using these sort of grounding earthing mats um is it okay to wear clothes socks do we have to be sort of does it have to be skin contact or is it just optimal to have skin contact optimal to have skin contact but let's say that you sit on a mat eventually the mat is like rubber like you know it's like a leather it and the perspiration will not evaporate so there will be perspiration that will impregnate the the the clothing you know that you have and that will make a conducting path for the electrons coming to your body that's why you can sleep you know you can have a you know a mat letterate type mat on your bed and you put um a sheet on it a thin sheet is better cotton or you know natural Fabrics is much better and then you you see after 5 10 minutes your your if you measure right there you're not going to be grounded it's going oh it's not working it's not grounded but keep your hands there for 5 10 minutes you're going to see that the contact gets get getting established there's a good video done by a doctor uh Andrew Don who demonstrate that that is available on YouTube okay and uh so um optimal I mean if you can I don't I personally don't sleep you know know in direct contact with the mat on my bed I put a little sheet on top of it yeah uh and um you can check it it's working very well after 10 minutes no problem and you can check that as well can't you so you talked about the uh the oxidation reduction potential measuring device thingy yes yes but you there are devices that you can get to sort of check your I guess is it your voltage ultimately that you could you're looking at um well there's um call a continuity tester that uh C over company everything.com sells other companies sell it too it's called a continuity tester it can test the continuity so that means if there is a a a closed path and if your uh your device is actually working by just being conductive but it can also be used to check if you are grounded if you use uh an outlet for example and you to use two different Outlets of your of your house then it goes through the grounding system of your house and then you can check also if you are grounded so but you don't have to if you just want to check the products make a a make you know a a closed circuit including uh the continuity tester so you can have for example the mat um and Matt has a cord that is connected on one side of the continuity tester you put your thumb on the other other part of continuity tester and you touch the mat and you close the circuit and then you're going to be able you should have a green light okay you can do it using voltmeters if you are more Savvy and you get more precise information you can measure the exact resistance of the whole system and things like that but for the most people it's sufficient to have this continuity tester see the green light you're good okay excellent um is there anything that we haven't sort of covered gon that you think we should cover well there's another subject that is interesting that we have not covered is uh jet lag ah so let's say that you in England and you're visiting me in California so uh you might have problem sleeping you know the hour change and everything there's an easy way to get rid of that put your feet on the ground for 30 minutes bear feet on the ground for 30 minutes at the new occasion The Bu clocks will reset to the local time and it's like okay I know where I am you're going to sleep just like if you were in England no jet lag we have so many people reporting that to us wow what's the little trick what's the mechanism that we think is happening there well it's because the the electrons in the Earth are not just sitting there doing nothing they vibrating at different vibrations for example the Schuman resonance is one of the things that vibrate them but also there's a circadian written like when the sunshine on a region of the earth it energize those electrons and compared to the the electrons outside that zone or not energized it will create current that that's what we call toric current you know you probably heard of these T current they're Earth current and so um and so these also have frequencies and the body having in being in contact evolv in contact with the Earth for millions of years know how to synchronize itself to those and those frequencies and knows if you are during the day of the night when you are in contact with the Earth so all you have to do is your body have your body you know in contact with de will read the frequencies there say oh it's about news and during we're during the day we're not sleeping wow and it will generate you know the courtes all and and all of these things in accordance we found that it it's it it's uh regulates the Circadian rhythm of cortisol for example yes that's really good to know I'm coming to California in June so um you know what to do now yeah I know which California um I am going to be the questions that we have for 20 years I put there and we answered them and we just started a certification course that will be actually be offered next week where people can uh take that course for $49 uh level one will teach you all the basics of earthing and then you get a certificate level one certificate uh from the earthing insute and we found out that people who wants like for example to
