your yeah myself as I'm from basically from Mangalore now I'm in the UAE working as a HSC coordinator um yeah what qualification as well yeah I have completed diploma in mechanical and uh yeah in the safety field I completed NEOS igc in the same 3 years Institute to 2021 around three years back I completed NE from same Institute okay so as a mechanical diploma as a working as a HSC coordinator in UAE yeah it sounds very good so my question is why you have selected the ID courses yeah uh when I came here UA after that I think yeah we should improve our uh knowledge and our career and so that is the reason I I choose that neb ID because I go through several other courses also but I think this is perfect because everywhere it have some it have a good value because uh so it will build our knowledge also and as well as career also so I selected this course yeah I heard that neor IDP is a very tough before that was my next questions before joining what was your like ID opinion opinions about the ID yeah before joining I researched somewhere in the some people interacted with some people yeah most of that that given some other courses offers and other courses suggestions because of nebor IDP is a very tough course there they also suggested me but I think if it is tough also it have value so it better better to better to choose this one uh if we did some other courses if that have that don't have that much value then what is the use of that course so I think if anything happens so nothing to worry so I joined directly NEOS ID so yeah I inquired around 6 months about that neb ID later only I selected this course so why 3 years for this ID courses why you have selected the 3 years life yeah there is one thing is my previous experience that was very good actually I yeah that time my tutor was surj Sir he teach very well that igc that is what the base he given me the for example one building there there there will be one base and then then it will build so the base Sur s given and the building was done by Rahul s from his good teachings yeah only because the certification has a value but certifications with the lots of Knowledge and Skills definitely it will give you great benefit in your career yeah yeah of course it will give very good benefits and yeah uh during study my studies I have implemented several things in my organization yeah what are the new things I learned that I tried to implement during my studies so it it is beneficial for my examination also because id1 is a totally related to management part so yeah it I'm also working as working in same Department right so it helped me helped me a lot to improve that uh Implement that things in our organization so yeah it will give a very good good knowledge so another one thing I want to choose this because I joined as HC coordinator then uh most of the work I did related to management some documentation works so IDP is must for that do that things okay that is the thing is that syllabus is so fruitful syllabus is so knowledgeable slab has a lots of concept related to the id id so even in the safety if we go through the all the safety perspective so all the things they are covering in the ID syllabus that's why the companies also asking no I want only the ID yeah we don't any certification which are available on the DAT basis we want only the ID we students have to learn the things yeah ID will give a lot of information uh that is yeah okay so what about the NEOS ID classes in the 3 years life Academy yeah classes told first day experience to the last day experience yeah first day I'm thinking that yeah previously I studied with Sur sir then yeah first I I was some fear about that classes then when I join the classes rul s is given several tasks and mock practices he has motivating us to prepare that mock examinations and uh uh he has given a lot of awareness about the neb uh marking criteria how tough it is and a lot of awareness he have given how how we have to prepare what why it is required to Preparing the mock test so yeah we also understand several things and we studied uh and we follow what he is telling about what he is telling and all the mock I did during my classes so it uh lot of beneficial yes correct because we are giving you a theory Theory means okay all things are presented in the books presentations but with the theories the Practical approach how you have to write the paper how to write the mock what are the evaluations meod what is the assessment so on the assessment uh marking how we have to improve your lagging area that is a main thing that we have to do during the classes and due to the continuous practice R while the classes also this is the results whatever we are we have given I think in your B 80% results is there this yeah one thing is rul are not only reading the books he is showing some examples with the examples he is teaching and he is taking some HSC documents and explaining very well all the contains and yeah he is in the practical way he is teaching because he's not only go through the definitions and all he is showing some pictures and videos related some previous case studies like uh yeah some a lot of case studies he have shown us so it will very will help helpful for us because open book examination so without the case studies without the practical examples it is very difficult and it is too hard to clear the examination sir yeah yeah sir yeah ma'am so one thing I'm going to ask uh before the joining also you are telling that ma'am my duty is too hard I am working as a 12 hour of Duty and I don't have a too much of time to study also so is this a barrier to pass Theos no hard the of course hard work hard work is required to the neor examinations so yeah we if we have interest then we can manage our timings and uh we can give sufficient time for the neoa time is required but yeah if you want that certifications we should give the time right so we should study hard and mo every uh during the learning we should try the mock examination it will beneficial for us yeah so how much marks you got yeah I got 74 Marks id1 One marks l so 74 is a very good marks in the first attempt you have got the 74 marks even in the id1 id1 people are thinking is too hard but you people have cleared okay with the 7 24 marks so what are the things you just suggest to the upcoming Learners that we have to write the paper in the following way if they are asking how to write the paper what are the things we should not do the mistakes in the papers so some points can you suggest to the upcoming Learners yeah learner should attend the regular classes then they should uh prepare the task and quiz what are the tutor is providing that should they they should be done uh do that 100% then uh during the examination also there there will be a lot of researches are required so they should they should go through the HSC documents and UK website a lot of health and safety websites uh UK websites are there so uh by doing resarch they can get lot of points related to the related to the scenario or related to the questions so they can easily write uh yeah the management part di1 is all are telling that the very tough but if we go through all the documents and what are the researches we have did correctly then it is very easy I think so what is the benefit of open book examinations sir sorry what is the benefit of open book examinations rather than the Close book exam what you're thinking about this yeah open book examination will give a lot of knowledge comparing to close book because the open book we go through the several documents and several researchers we are doing that so we can get more information in the Close book examination what in our mind uh we will write during the exam after seeing the examination question paper but here we time is there to research so it will very beneficial I think okay so uh thank you as and uh thank
