hello guys from the UK I'm here with my parents hello [Music] so today is December 24th Christmas Eve we're here in London we're very excited because it is a family trip we have been planning for many years and it's finally happening so we're gonna be exploring London uh today and we're going to explore other places in Europe but today stay tuned for the rest of London it's gonna be a lot of fun all right yeah see you guys it's really cool so this is the UK Parliament right here um it's a it's so surreal to be here I feel like I'm in love this way I've never been to Europe This is my first time in London this is our first time in Europe and it's uh it's really cool it's a really cool place my mom is very funny she's very spontaneous crazy lady in some funny ways like that like crossing the street when it's in red stuff like that we're gonna be recording today so right now we're going to the Buckingham Palace and we went to see the change of the Guard uh it's happening in like 20 minutes so my mom is walking very fast yep so uh let's see if we can find the guards or they may be you know it's December 24th they may be on vacation today so let's see if we find them we made it to the Buckingham Palace um expect what is it expectation versus reality I thought it was this huge castle this huge thing but it's not that big it's kind of small you guys can see it it's just this it just looks like a government building you know um just trying to keep it real still very nice but it looks like a government building um nice area the guards are inside um there are a lot of people here I think the change of guards is going to happen soon my parents are right here they're excited I'm excited but I don't know I thought it was bigger but it's okay it's nice to come and see it for yourself you know but we we came here to look at the change of the guards and it's not happening so Mom it's not happening okay Mom what are your thoughts on the Buckingham Palace so she's not happy because the change of card did not happen today so yeah we were very excited to see that but it didn't happen it's okay we're gonna find more fun things to see so that's the that's that the Victorious that's Queen Victoria that's not that the main Queen the OG Queen right there all right so we're walking along a pathway here that if you go straight it takes you to the Palace over there and uh here if you guys see videos where they're like special ceremonies if there is a funeral or a wedding usually you see them walking along this road all the way to the Palace mom any other fun facts about London um what's the population of England no London London is almost 9 billion almost 9 million people of England is 50 million people wow good for you okay this is another very nice palace they're supposed to be horses that come out and they do a whole ceremony around here but I don't see them right now but if I see them I'll make sure to make a video for you guys oh no don't stress okay we're continuing our walk so we walked across the pathway where it's very famous getting to the Buckingham Palace and now this really feels like London this feels like one of the scenes in movies where you know you're in London very beautiful with the buses there are two stories tall very very nice Santa Claus that's [Music] um feels uh very very London I like it Plaza there is Napoleon at the top foreign doing in London I don't know I uh I have to be honest guys I did not study I did not study the history very well because it's my birthday weekend but we're doing a vlog just exploring the city just uh checking out London right now so a fun fact here is that these Lions they were made out of guns from a war that they decided to pretty much recycle and convert them into this beautiful lions that you guys see here in Trafalgar Plaza and Napoleon is at the top this is very beautiful wow I like it so we just got some mullet wine which is some hot wine cheers cheers I like hot wine it's good and it's a little cold right now so it's perfect for the weather it's perfect Christmas [Music] thank you Christmas cheers so so far um we have been going from kind of Waterloo Buckingham and now here there was no Christmas decorations and Buckingham but there are Christmas decorations right here in traffic are square right Mama Square Trafalgar Square I feel Trafalgar sounds almost here but I don't know what the origin of the word but truffle square has a goodbye people are here you can feel Christmas you can feel people happy it's a good thing so if you come here on Christmas time come come to traffic Square it's gonna be good they have different monuments different monuments I'm not even speaking English Just Wine what's going on but but there is like a monument volume for a party George Washington is like over there oh it's very nice I like it my mom is also having a great time loving the Christmas spirit right now so much yeah yep having a good time I hear some good music let's see what's going on here [Music] [Music] so this area is like a Broadway their theaters all over this road it's very nice theaters everywhere if you know the name of this city or sorry this uh Street let me know in the comments okay so I found out the name of this area is called coven Garden coven Garden is full of theaters and like little shops and food it's uh it's very very nice very beautiful [Music] foreign [Music] [Music] foreign night time we're in region street it's full of beautiful lights and angels on top of the street decorating for Christmas very very beautiful [Music] Merry Christmas [Music] so a little secret guys my birthday is on Christmas my birthday is tomorrow today is December 24th and Christmas is always my favorite holiday because I get to celebrate my birthday and people ask me if I get a double present and actually I don't I usually the person is to be with my family and maybe I get something else but I I don't really care about gifts I care about being with the people I love the most and that's what I love about Christmas and my birthday so Merry Christmas to you all loud motorcycles in London specificity foreign San Andreas we're entering Zoho right now Soho OT so many people I usually I usually like to be in places but there's where there are not many people but but hey it's Christmas so you gotta go with it my mom just saw some beautiful things oh yeah there are the birds on the top Twitter Birds let's look at this guys hey guys this is day two of exploring London and right now we are at the London Bridge and next to it there is the Tower of London which is a it's like a castle it's a very beautiful castle I don't know the history of it but we're gonna cross it right now it looks very beautiful it's a beautiful day it's also Christmas day it is Christmas Merry Christmas Merry Christmas Merry Christmas um so we have I still have bad jet lag because I'm I'm still adapting from uh San Francisco time but uh making the best out of this beautiful city okay guys so this is my mom is explained so this is the name of this bridge it is tower bridge but many people know it as London Bridge London Bridge but it is that right now yeah guys I gotta tell you we just didn't do the right research but uh but we're in London so that's that's a really amazing thing thing it's so very it's so beautiful it was built in 1896 94 1894 like 1894 so it's very very old very very old they're taking pictures so beautiful so it looks like a castle and they made a bridge made of the castle okay so right in profess we have the financial district or what is called the city and my mom wanted to screen a little bit of the history of it or some interesting facts so that building over there was the name of it on the top floor they have the site the sky Garden it's the tallest Garden in Europe yeah exactly so initially the windows were mirrors but what happened so they have to change it because when the light from the sun came in it was pretty much melting everything around it so the idea of having mirrors at the top was not a good idea which it sounds like common sense I don't know why they decided to do the initials all the buildings have different names the one with a decline is uh it's a cheese Shredder I don't know what is the name of that but let's call it just you know those things shreds and behind there is the I don't know that's like a knife it's like a knife for surgery yeah surgery very nice okay Mom thanks for the explanation we're gonna continue exploring we're going to continue exploring the the what is it London Tower Bridge Tower I just said Tower Bridge there we go we're learning history together as we go here [Music] [Music] so we're going to the Millennium Tower Millennium bridge I think it's called and we're walking around this area so Someday I'm noticing about London is that I'm not seeing houses it looks like everybody lives in um in apartment buildings like this one's very beautiful buildings too these are the neighbors the neighborhoods here in uh in London okay so we made it to the Millennium bridge and at the end that's the Saint Paul Cathedral all the way at the end and you have the city which is downtown not downtown by Canada Financial District and we're gonna walk across the bridge okay guys so we just waited to the Millennium Tower [Music] yes we could we could make it we got maybe a little lost but we made it we pretty much walk straight all the way from the from the London Bridge or tower bridge and now you can see the Saint Paul Cathedral all the way at the end so we're gonna cross the bridge right now take a look guys we made it to the sample cut Cathedral and it's him wow it's so beautiful it's huge it looks like the U.S Capitol in a way there is a nice Christmas tree in front of it too I love it it's so nice do you like your mom love it I love it
