Lateral Lemniscus: Auditory pathway (ends at inferior colliculus)

Locus Ceruleus:
Noradrenergic neurons, descending pain modulation
Dorsal Raphe Nucleus:
Involved in descending pain modulation
Mesencephalic Nucleus (CN V):
Proprioceptive input
Cerebral Aqueduct:
Connects third and fourth ventricles
Periaqueductal Gray Matter:
Surrounds the cerebral aqueduct
Medial Longitudinal Fasciculus (MLF):
Connects vestibular nuclei to eye movement CN (III, IV, VI)
