GCU Policy on AI Use

Permitted Uses of AI

- Citation of AI tools is required when used, following university or instructor guidelines.
Prohibited Uses of AI
- AI-generated text or images are not allowed in graded assignments unless expressly permitted by the instructor or syllabus.
- Do not use AI for papers, exams, quizzes, presentations, or discussion responses unless approved.
Responsible and Safe Use
