What's up everyone, welcome to another video. Today I will show you how to set up a CRM for real estate agents inside GoHighLevel. So if you're new to GoHighLevel, make sure to check out our link below. We have a 30-day free trial for those of you who are new and want to try this.
But basically when you log in in GoHighLevel, this is the screen that you're going to be presented with. Now obviously this screen looks different for me and for you. Obviously for you it might look empty.
So when you go to GoHighLevel, first thing you want to do is go to sub-accounts. And in order for us to set up a CRM for a real estate agent, we can just go to add a sub-account here. And the best part about it is that we can choose a snapshot. A snapshot template is basically a template for our own business. So if we are in real estate, all we have to do is just go here and find real estate.
So as you can see, we have insurance, we have marketing agency, medical. and here we have real estate we have real estate agent and we have property management so obviously if you're a property manager you can choose real estate right here or if you're a real estate agent you can choose this one right here which is also called real estate but you can see right here you know you can also see the setup guide as well so the setup guide is here for those of you who are new you can see what like everything that is added inside that template but let's just go here and let's just go back to that one And let's just select and continue. Now, once you continue, you will just need to go here and add a business.
So I'll just go and type in real estate. Real estate right here. This is not my business at all, but you can go and click on your own address. So let's click here.
Now, once you click here, we'll need to just go through this right here. So I'll just put here John Smith. jsmith is going to be email.com we have business name which is going to be called real estate real estate and then we have brooklyn street 1a city is going to be new york and then uh yeah we can just leave this as it is let's hit save here this is again you will need to put in your details right here so you Once this is saved, it might take some time, as you can see right here. But once this is saved, you can go back.
And right now you can go here, switch to a sub account. Now, as you can see, this sub account is called real estate. So let's click on it.
And once we get right into it, we can see here that we have opportunities tab. So in the opportunities tab, this is basically your CRM. Let me kind of show you, as you can see, this is how a CRM looks like inside, you know, for a real estate agent in GoHighLevel. So this is pretty much it, right?
We've created a CRM just by going to a real estate snapshot and to a realtor snapshot. Now, obviously, here you can see new lead, hot lead, new booking, visit attended, sale, left the review. So for example, whenever someone, like, for example, let me just go here to the ad opportunity. so right now we can just add someone here let's add joe smith here let's just create a new contact here and let's just create it here as you can see it's successfully created let's just exit out of it let's refresh it so i'll show you one thing that you can do which is really useful and that is automations so whenever you get a sale whenever you want to get like a review back from your client You can do that by setting up an automation. So if you go to automations here, let's just go to automations.
Let me show you how you can do this. So let's load it up here and create a new workflow. Start from scratch. So as you can see, we have John Smith right here.
So let's say that John Smith didn't left a review yet and the sale went through. So the sale happened. You know, whenever we drag that John Smith over to sale.
that card right here will trigger for us to send John Smith a inquiry for a review hey John you know you bought the property through us could you just leave a review like would you like mind five minutes of your time to leave a review for us so you can do that right here and you can do that by adding a trigger right here so this looks a little bit too big right here but as you can see the trigger can be so the trigger can be the contact stage changed so let me see if pipeline stage change yes so pipeline stage changed And in pipeline, marketing pipeline, and then lead, let me just go status, is, and then as you can see, one. And then we can also go here and let me just go and find lead value, lead value equals or no. We actually need to go here to, let's just delete this one and this one.
uh is assigned to and then oops i've been like doing the wrong thing so uh yeah pipeline stage and then we can just go here and then sale yeah this is this is what i was looking for so let's just save so whenever the pipeline stage changed to this one sale we send them an email and we send them an sms So in the email, we can add from email, from which email, subject line, you know, and we can also add a message. A message can be, hey, could you please leave a review for us? How did you feel about purchasing our property through us or something like that?
I'm not really a real estate agent, but you get the point. Here you can say, hey, and then you can say custom value like contact and you can say first name. So, hey, John, hope you are happy with. your recent purchase with your recent home purchase would you be so kind to leave a review for us for us here and then here you can put your own link and then here you can say thank you and then for example thing right here you can put your link you save the action obviously you will need to add the subject line from email stuff like that once you add that i'll just exit out of it right Now you can add SMS as well.
And in the SMS, we can just say, hey, John, you know, the same thing, right? Once you do that, you hit save. And whenever you drag a lead to a sale, this will happen.
A lead will get a inquiry for a review. Once they left the review, you can add them to left the review. And that's pretty much it.
So this is how you can kind of build or set up CRM for real estate agents in GoHighLevel and also how you can set up the automations for... for that as well so if you have any questions on this i know this might sound a little bit uh daunting for those of you who are not tech savvy but if you have any questions comment down below and also make sure to check out some of our other videos and a free trial link down below if you want a 30-day free trial thank you guys for watching
