[Music] hey it's Nick with you mechanical we're at ahr Chicago 2024 here to check out the most Innovative stuff this year has to offered Ed so what can you talk to us about the new reai unit that's coming out so the new RI unit the entire Sensei line is going to get a facelift for 2024 it's going to come out at the end of q1 but the couple of big highlights of it is the first thing is is we've introduced Smart Sense Technology traditionally you used to have to change an orifice in our units to go between natural gas and propane now it's all done on a parameter change upon installation you'll be able to select either natural gas or propane without taking the front cover off the other thing that we're doing to make life for the contractor much easier is giving them the opportunity to use the renei app to actually upload the parameters so your technicians only have to set the parameters that they want they can go from job to job and simply Bluetooth to the unit and again never have to take the unit off all of our data is telling us that you're going to reduce your install Time by somewhere between 13 and 16 minutes on each you on each unit which is going to allow you then instead of doing one or two Ren a day you might be able to get two or three really excited about the new product our warranties are going to stay the same they're going to be twice the industry standard in terms of warranty the other big thing that's really important for the contractor is in the in the new upgraded unit our units are going to decrease in total weight by 10 lbs it's going to be under 60 lb for all of our units now for a single tankless unit huge that's huge good job any uh ask the hard hitting questions what are what are your real questions what is what is going to be your max gep you can get out of one single unit 199 what's going to be our what I'm sorry Max GPM for hot water it's going to depend on what your groundwater is coming in say we're at 50 in Minnesota temperature 50 in Minnesota you're going to see somewhere between 5 and a half and six depending on the unit it used to come out when it came out of the secondary heat exchanger the water it would go into the bottom of the primary heat exchanger what we've done is made the change the water now comes out of the out of the secondary heat exchanger goes into the top of the primary heat exchanger where the Heat's the hottest that allows us to heat the water quicker and get it out so we're actually going from 97% efficient to 98% efficient just based off of that so out of every $100 in gas you're spending less than $2 is going out the flu that is correct that is correct stainless steel heat exchanger stainless steel heat exchanger perfect yep the other thing you'll notice is there there's very little plastic in all of our units unlike a lot of our competition they use plastic connectors plastic hoses all of our stuff is going to be stainless steel and/ or brass fittings right the other thing that's really nice about from a non-condensing standpoint about Rai all of our non-condensing units which isn't real popular up in our neck of the woods but all of our non-condensing units are 100% manufactured in pet Street city which is just outside of Georgia so they're 100% uh designed and made in the USA the plan is by 2026 to expand our existing manufacturing facility and have all of our condensing product non-condensing as well as our boiler line 100% designed and manufactured in the US by 2026 that's awesome cool we got to get you guys [Music] [Applause] [Music] done
