Steps to Achieve the Green Flag Award

Step 1: Establish an EcoCommittee

Step 2: Conduct an Environmental Review

Step 3: Develop an Action Plan

• Focus: Climate action plus two other topics.
• Goals: Define desired changes and actions to achieve them.

• Requirement: Include at least one litter pick in the action plan.

Step 4: Measure and Monitor Progress

• Evaluation: Check if goals are met, celebrate successes, and learn from challenges.
