the people and how would they have heard it what would they have related it to how would they have perceived what the most I was saying and then from that we get the understanding of how opposed to apply the principles of what we learn from there and then apply to the day but we can't look at the scriptures from a Western mentality and think we understand the book because it's an Eastern book go into the book from an American mindset and look at Genesis from American mindset you will completely miss what the book is saying when they looked at Genesis they didn't look at Genesis the way we like we was doing in an earlier teacher day when they when they read Genesis they would have seen temple worship they would have seen a yellow he rested in the temple they would have seen that earth Genesis because what they are seeing it from their cultural view not from religion perspective or even just a scientific perspective they're saying that from their cultural worldview and understand it in that day or in that time and other than understand the Scriptures so this is why you can't be lazy when it comes to studying you have to go and to their point of view research understanding and American point of view a parents versus functional description so when you look at the scriptures you got to think about its function rather than its appearance you got to think about a noun whether
