do you believe that God wants everybody to be rich because in this video I'm going to talk about God made millionaires now I personally don't believe that God wants everybody to be rich I do believe however that it is his design for his people to live a life of abundance whatever that means and so in this video I'm going to show you biblical principles that I have used to create wealth for myself and my family so this video is going to be called God made milliona ancient biblical principles of wealth creation for 2025 so I'm going to read a passage of scripture to you first from Deuteronomy chapter 8 this is God talking to his children to the children of Israel before they went into the promised land and he's warning them not to forget him not don't you forget how you got here okay I I think that'd be a good warning for us as well here's what it says dter 81820 it says but Thou shalt remember the Lord thy God for it is he that giveth Thee the power to get wealth that he may establish his Covenant which he swear unto thy Fathers as it is this day and it shall be that if um if thou do at all forget the Lord thy God and walk after other gods and serve them and worship them I testify against you this day that ye shall surely perish as the Nations which the Lord destroyeth before your face so shall ye perish because ye would not be obedient unto the voice of the Lord your God I want you to notice something it says but Thou shalt remember the Lord thy God for it is he that giveth Thee the power to get wealth that he may establish his Covenant which he swear unto thy Fathers as it is this day the Reason God told his children that he was going to give them the power to get wealth was not so they could buy three of these two of those one in red and one in green but the reason God told his children he was going to give them the power to get wealth was to establish his Covenant and you got to understand that the significance of the Covenant with God means everything why because a covenant cannot be broken and if it is the parties who are engaged in the Covenant must die and I've Illustrated it before but if two people got ready to enter into a covenant they would bring animals and if you if you want to see God doing this with Abram you can go back to Genesis chapter 15 and read it but you they would both bring animals they would kill the animals cut them in pieces because the word covenant means to cut and then um they would walk in a circle around those animals they start out back to back come back around face to face in the middle they would take a knife in their left hand cut their right hand put their hands together bind it with a rope and and they would exchange Covenant names and Covenant promises and the Covenant promise went something like this I'm going to give everything I have I'm going to give my time my effort my energy my wealth all of my resources and even my life if necessary to keep my word to you and to protect you and yours and then the other person would say the same thing so God entered a covenant with Abram that told him he was going to bless those that bless him and curse those that curse him and in him all the families of the earth will be blessed and so so Abram received this promise of the Covenant and God said in Genesis 8:18 before the children of Israel went into the promised land with all of the gold and the jewelry that they had gotten from the Egyptians when they spoiled the Egyptians 40 years ago when they walked in don't you forget it wasn't just it wasn't you it was I gave yeah you used the power but I gave you the power that you used and and I think one of the most important things that we have to be cognizant of is we must maintain a spirit of appreciation and gratitude instead of uh a a spirit of superiority and godess godi g a u d i e i n s right godess and so um what is this power that God talking about so before I even get into the power let me let me say this when it comes to creating wealth it works how it works and God's the one who set it up in the be from the very beginning so however it works that's how it's always worked that's how it's always going to work like wealth works like it works you're not going to make it work a different way because you don't like the way it works and so understand this you cannot do God's part but understand this he will not do your part so if you think all you're going to do is pray and and get wealthy you are confused because God's given you something to do and by the way if you think you're just going to go make up your own rules and do what you want to do to get wealthy you're also confused so what I have to do is I have to yield to the principles that God has created in his word and set up in the universe and the way he set up the universe because God is not the universe the universe is the creation of God and God is the creator of the universe I have to yield to the principles the way they work instead of attempting to make it my own if you're tracking let me hear you say I'm tracking track Okay cool so what is this power to get wealth the first it's the first power to get wealth is the power of principles and the first principle of wealth creation is going to be kind of shocking to you but if you will really allow this to marinade and absorb into your soul it can take your financial life to a level that previously you could not have imagined what is that level well here it is the power to get wealth is the power the principle of people and their problems what does that mean all of the wealth that you desire to have right now and you don't have all of the money you desire to have and don't have it's in somebody else's pocket now you can hit them in a head and take it from them at the risk of going to jail or getting shot if you live in Florida um or you can figure out something they want more than they want the money provide that for them and allow them to pay you and then if you can figure out a way to do that you can become wealthy Beyond Your Wildest imaginations like people's problems are the path to your Prosperity as long as you obsess over their problem more than you do your Prosperity man that was good so you you think you think what's the problem here's here here's why people in their problems are the first principle that we have to cap that we have to capitalize on if we are going to create wealth because God gave all of us something but he did not give any of us everything which means you have something I need or a whole bunch of other people need and a whole bunch of other people have stuff you need and so if I'll use the gift God gave me to serve you and you use the gift God gave you to serve me we'll all get we'll all do better long term do you understand wealth is actually created it's created in the imagination and what do I mean it's created in the imagination so let's take um let's take uh you got an old table at your house and you're like I don't need this table anymore I'm tired of it so you put it out for the trash man somebody comes and knocks on your door and table and chair like kitchen table and chair hey um I noticed this kitchen table and chair out here um do you want to sell it or you like and I I let's say I bought it they say do you want to sell it I don't want to sell it I'm throw it away you can have it so they take that table and chair and maybe one of the chairs is a little bit broken and maybe one of the and maybe the table's a little scratched up but they take it home and they go down to um Ace Hardware cuz I'm not really a super fan of Lowe's or Home Depot but anyway um they go down to Ace Hardware I'm really not a fan of Home Depot would never go in that store again if I had to okay so uh go go go down to uh Ace Hardware and they get some they get some stain and they get some varnish and they get a like they've already got a paintbrush and so they restain it they revarnish it they fix they get some Elmer's wood glue and they fix the table they fix the chairs and they make it look new and then they put it on Facebook Marketplace place and they're asking $75 for it they didn't pay $75 they may have paid $15 for the materials then they sell it on Facebook Marketplace for $75 where did that $75 come from the person who added value to the table and chair which added value to this new couple that just got married or whatever they created that money that wealth out of thin air out of something that was no was no longer valuable to the person who had it even if the person would have bought it for $10 or $15 they still would have created money that didn't exist before wealth is created by creating value that's how it works excuse me that's how it works so the first principle the first Power that God gives you to get wealth is the power to so the power of people and their problems and God's going to put you in the presence of people who have problems but if you're consumed thank you if you're consumed with your problem and using them to solve your problem then guess what uh you're not you're not going to create wealth you're just going to create frustration for yourself it is so we are so sinful in nature that it's hard for us to stop thinking about us but I'm telling you once you learn to do it once you get some others momentum in your mindset and you start thinking about other people and you become consumed with solving other people's problems you will be blown away by how the world who has that problem the people in the world who have that problem they will beat a path to your door when my when my sink is leaking or my toilet is Le leaking I don't call an electrician I call a plumber why because they know how to solve that problem in every problem that we have we find somebody who specialized who specializes in solving that problem and we go see that person or we call that person we have that person come to us and that person comes and solves our problem wow that's the first wealth principle be consumed with other people in their problems number two the principle of perception and perspective if a person has a problem but I don't notice they have a problem because I'm too consumed with perceiving my own problem I can't solve their problem because I'm not even aware of the fact they have it you know what blows me away it blows me away that people are so self-absorbed that they really don't even have an antenna for picking up on The Vibes that people are putting out like like U like the Apostle Paul was when the person said come over to Macedonia and help us do you understand that people have people are looking for answers you think you're the only one looking for answers you're not other people are looking for answers and when you have the answers that they are looking for they will pay you and some of them will happily pay you so interesting we were we were I was speaking at this conference in Vegas we found this restaurant that was um close to our hotel was that kind of semi-attached to the hotel and so we ate there we ate breakfast there every day and so the first day we got there this guy named Billy was the server this dude was born to be a server I mean he's the best server I've ever had in my life dude just came over and he just lit up the whole room so he served us the first day the next day another guy named PJ served us he was okay but when AJ when Billy served us I made sure and there the breakfast was not cheap but I made sure I gave Billy a $40 tip like for four people eating breakfast and like that wasn't what 18% was it was yeah it was but because like you you you hooked a brother up you the you made you Billy you made the food taste better right now A PJ was good too I gave him a $30 Chip he wasn't as good as uh he wasn't good as Billy then we had another dude I don't even know his name but he was my name for him was the drill instructor okay sit down what do you want I don't know I don't know it's like okay order your food and give me 15 push-ups whatever the minimum tip was that's what I gave him why because he was there he wanted me to be there for him now I want to be there for you after you're there for me when I'm paying you for something right and so it wasn't a good it wasn't a fun experience anyway so um my point is you have to have the willingness to perceive other people's problems you have to be looking for it how can I help how can I help how can I help what if everybody you met how can I make this person's life better what if that was your thought what if you're what if you were consumed with pleasing God and sering in the people who's passing cross what would happen I'm going to tell you what would happen your life will change in ways you cannot imagine but we're not consumed with pleasing God and we're not consumed with serving people we're consumed with getting all the benefits from God and then see if we can figure out a way for people to serve us I mean it's just human nature y'all tracking and so um perception and perspective so you have to have the perception of their problem and you have to have the perspective that I have the ability and willingness to solve their problem now guess what's going to happen when you start solving other people's problems you're going to get misunderstood people are going to think you're up to something nobody cares that much about people no you don't care that much about people so you think nobody else does can I get a witness and so so so you have to have the perception of their problem and the perspective that I'm willing to solve their problem even if other people are going to misunderstand me even if they might misunderstand me I have to be willing to solve their problem that's not like it you have to have a level of foresight in order to do that to be aware of the fact that just because you're doing good doesn't mean everybody's going to think you're doing good and then secondly you have to have a level of forthrightness to be willing to continue to do good even when you're being misunderstood well people are people are leaving me negative comments to my YouTube and my I'm going to do it anymore because I don't like how that feels don't let don't let it feel feel like it is people are negative you think they're being you think they're giving you negative comments cuz some has something to do with you that's who they are that's how they show up in the world baby don't sweat it Jesus was misunderstood if he's misunderstood don't think you're going to be fully understood so perception and perspective and then the principle of productivity and proactivity what's productivity my ability to produce a solution what's proactivity my willingness to deliver that solution to people for a profit now here's the reality it's it's so there's never been a time in human history when it's been easier to create wealth than right now why the number one reason is because everybody has access to everybody us think about that we have access to more people and their problems than we've ever had in the past isn't that fascinating and if I can find a big problem that a lot of people have and I can let I can just put it out there for people to find I don't have to find them I just put it put the solution out there for people to find when they find it they're going to honk you down or as they say I've been stalking you on YouTube sounds kind of scary but it's way more profitable than scary trust me and so what happens what happens is because because I'm productive and I produced the solution we think that that's going to make me successful but it's not unless I'm proactively putting that solution out there for people to find and it's it's really hard to go from be waiting on somebody to tell you what to do before you do something it's really hard to go from from having an idea that you believe is a good idea but you're not sure and now once you put it out there you're going to find out whether or not other people think it's a good idea it's hard to go from that to I'm going to put it out there regardless of what happens I'm going to put it out there just to see what happens happens because feedback is the Breakfast of Champions and guess what sometimes the feedback is nah that ain't it and if you aren't okay with that it's it's like I heard person I heard a person say one time they said that they said in in in sales prospecting is like mining for gold you have to move tons and tons and tons of dirt before you find a couple of ounces of gold but you don't look for the dirt you look for the gold see here's what if nose are the dirt and yes is the gold are you willing to go through tons of NOS to get to the yeses that make the most difference be productively proactive create solutions for people and then be bold and intense about putting those solutions that you've created out there in the marketplace for people to discover you now on YouTube I have this idea that my way of being productive and proactive is I've been studying the Bible for since I was 17 so that's what 46 years um I've been in involved in business for 18 uh 38 years um in some way capacity actually longer than that but we're we'll call it 38 years because I started my First Financial Services business when I was 25 and so I've been actively involved in business for 38 years and like when I put out content on YouTube like the I'm put only putting content on YouTube that I know I could have sold if I can't sell it and have people glad they be glad they bought it I should not give it away for free because if I do um probably probably all I'm doing is letting people know how how terrible my content is um a certain individual who's in this room right now I'm not going to mention their names but they told me they went to an event recently and this event I said how was it and they said oh it was terrible I was shocked why was it terrible um he just spent the whole time trying to get us to buy stuff basically and um then she said I think we're so spoiled being in this environment that's the point I I I didn't say that that's something somebody told me like I want those people who watch my videos to be so spoiled I want them to get answers from my YouTube content that they're not getting from content that they pay for from other people sneaky you say why why why why is that your desire because I really believe that people don't want to know what you're going to do they don't want to hear what you're going to do they want to see what you've done amen and there's this phrase that Frank karna um coined called prove to people that you can help them by actually helping them yes what if what if what if instead of pretending to be helpful what if you just were helpful how amazing would that be just be helpful don't pretend to be helpful actually be helpful ful now that's what I mean when I say productive and proactive okay so that's the power of principles now we have the power of precepts what are precepts precepts are God's word like we're going to find some principles in God's word about wealth creation that are mind-blowing so what are the precepts the power of precepts so the reason I the reason I believe it works is because it said the Bible said so the reason I know it works is because I did it and it worked just like the Bible said it would are y'all tracking this is what I mean by precepts and it says so the first precept that I found in Scripture that freed me from this from this angst that so many followers of Christ have to believe that somehow creating wealth is inherently evil is I discovered in the Bible that the reason God put wealth on the earth is for his people I am one of his people so that means wealth is on the earth for me does God want all does God want everybody to be rich I don't think so does he want me to be rich I am absolutely certain of that how can you say that unless he shows me a totally different assignment for my life which God has the right to do because he owns everything and he owns everybody like if he if he wants to show me that I'm the exception to that to that PR to that precept I'm okay with that because I'm yielded to God he's the he's God I'm like I'm not I'm not I'm not yielded to him because I get what I want I'm yielded to him because I know that he created everything for his pleasure so as long as I'm for as long as I'm doing things to please him then I'm in the right place so if he if it's his pleasure to make my life an example of some different principle other than the one that's laid out in the precepts I'm cool with that are y'all tracking okay so but I know the precept of the purpose of wealth is this the purpose of wealth is for God's people I'm there's no doubt in my mind about that where did I get that from CU like some people are like what are you talking about bro well first of all first of all um the physical substance that represents wealth around the world and has since the beginning of time is gold now I don't know about you but when I first found this out I was confused and I was confused because gold is gold but so is brass brass is gold but so is copper copper is gold bronze is goldish so why is gold more valuable than bronze copper and silver now maybe that's not a good question but it felt like one to me does it feel like one to you like what's the difference well gold is the symbol of wealth even though it's there are other metals that are the same color first and foremost because God said so what do you mean God said so Genesis 2 verse 11 and 12 says talking about the Garden of Eden there's gold in that land and the gold of that land is good so gold which represents wealth is inherent ly good which tells me that wealth is inherently good The Book of Ecclesiastes said for a man to obtain riches and to eat of the fruit of his labor this is the gift of God I'm not confused about that like it's in I put it it was in my Bible when I got up this morning so like God put wealth on the earth for his people the F the the word gold is mentioned in the Book of Genesis exactly eight times God used the adjective good to describe what he had made in Genesis chapter 1 exactly seven times the eighth time god mentioned the word the adjective good or to as it is in Hebrew um was in Genesis 2:12 where it says there's gold in that land and the gold of that land is good so I know that wealth is inherently good it's not inherently evil but here's what else I saw all eight times that gold is in the Book of Genesis according to the law first mentioned however God does something the first time that that's God's original design for that thing in fact um some of the rabbis teach that when we find a letter as the root of a word in the Torah for the first time the Torah being the first five books of Moses when we find a Hebrew letter as the root of a word for the the first time we find that letter as the root of a word in the Torah that word in that that context is the original meaning of that word are yall track it so so gold is inherently good this is the law first mentioned gold is inherently good and gold in the Book of Genesis every like every connotation of gold in the Book of Genesis is mentioned as in con conjunction with God's people which tells me God put wealth on the earth for his people first time it's mentioned Genesis chapter 2 Providence for God's people second time it's mentioned Genesis chapter 13 uh verse number two where it says and Abram was very rich in cattle and silver and gold that's possession by God's people the next time it's mentioned in Genesis chapter 24 when it says that Eleazar Abraham's servant gave um gifts to Rebecca's mother and her brothers and put gold a gold bracelet on her hand that's as proof of God's blessing on God's people one of the last times it's mentioned it's not the last time but it's Genesis chapter uh 41:42 where it says that Pharaoh took the ring off his finger put it on Joseph's finger took the gold chain off his neck and put it on Joseph's neck that shows that wealth is a provision for God's people so I know that there's no doubt in my mind and and let's go to what the wisest wealthiest man who ever Liv said in Ecclesiastes chapter number two verse number 26 by the way the theme of the book of Ecclesiastes Solomon wrote Ecclesiastes at the end of his life he wrote Proverbs at the beginning of his work he wrote Ecclesiastes at the end of his life after he had already yielded to God at the beginning backslid and got away from God and served false gods because he allowed these Heathen women to turn his heart away from God so in the middle of his life life but at the end of his life he came back and repented and that's what the Book of Ecclesiastes is about the Book of Ecclesiastes the theme of that book is this if you live your life for Life Under the Sun you've wasted your life and tortur tortured yourself that's why the theme of the book of Ecclesiastes is all is vexation all is Vanity and vexation of spirit what does that mean you're wasting your life and torturing yourself if you live your life for life under heaven or life Under the Sun so if all you're living for this life you've wasted your life and tortured yourself but in that book where he came to that realization he said in Ecclesiastes 2: 26 it says for God giveth to the man that is good in his sight both wisdom and knowledge and joy well we know wisdom doesn't travel by itself the scripture says that wisdom caused those that inherit it to cause those that have it to inherit substance and it will fill their house with treasure that's like I'm not I'm not reading anything into that that's just what happens like your wisdom is your ability to perceive somebody else's problem your ability your ility to create a solution for that problem and then your your so you produce it and then your proactivity to put that solution out there in the marketplace so people can pay you like it's all there that's the power God gives you to get well it's not that he's going to drop bags of money in your front yard he's going to download his understanding of the way life Works into you through his precepts and through his principles so that you can go apply them and then you do your part and God does his part it's your it's our job to receive it J God created it it's our job to apply it God created okay cool you're with me so precepts about the purpose of wealth for God's people precepts about the promise of wealth which is for God uh for God's practicing people what do I mean for God's practicing people so the promise of wealth is for the people who practice the principles of wealth if you do this then you can expect that the blessing of the Lord it maketh rich and he addeth no sorrow with it the scripture says that when you obtain wisdom that God will give you durable riches and righteousness go read Proverbs chapter 8 durable riches means wealth at last and righteousness which means you can have riches and righteousness in the same person and we see that in Abraham we see that in Isaac we see that in Jacob we see that in Joseph so riches and righteousness can exist in the same person at the same time so don't think that that um that just because a person is wealthy that means they're Wicked there are a lot of wicked wealthy people but they're not wealthy because they're Wicked they're wealthy in spite of the fact that they're Wicked okay you're track it so precepts and Promises okay the the purpose of wealth is for God's people the promise of wealth is for God's practicing people in other words you have to practice the principles in order to receive the blessing that goes with that promise and then um the precepts um the precepts about the practice of wealth is pleasing God and serving people what what does that mean so do you find it as fascinating as I do that Jesus said that the priority the priority what's what's the priority seek uh Matthew 6:33 but seek ye first don't worry about tomorrow don't worry about what you're going to eat don't worry about what you're going to drink don't worry about what you're going to put on doesn't that sound like you're not thinking about you is that what it sounds like you're not obsessed with what you get but then it says but seek ye first the kingdom of God and his righteousness and all these things will be added unto you well what is the kingdom of God well if you take the word Kingdom which is a compound word and you separate it into the two words that it comes from one is king and the other one is what Dominion so the kingdom of God is the King's Dominion it's the realm over which the king Reigns and the kingdom of God is what the entire Bible is all about the establish the expansion of the kingdom of God in Genesis chapter 1 when God made man to expand Heaven's Kingdom to Earth right um then man handed the kingdom principles over to Satan which is we learned that from if we we read Luke chap 4 verse number five where it says um Satan said to Jesus all the showed him all the kings of the world at a moment of time and said all this power power what power to build kingdoms will I give you for that is delivered unto me and to whomsoever I will I give it so he's offering Jesus the power of kingdom Jesus said why would I take something from you as a gift that I'm coming to take from you by force you are confused right okay so so we see that we see that the um the kingdom of God is the kingdom over which God Reigns and what does what is the kingdom of God and so I believe that when the Bible says seek you first the kingdom of God and his righteousness and all these things will be added unto you if you don't know what the kingdom of God is if you don't have a clear definition for what it is and you don't have any idea what it looks like and you're looking for it when you find it how will you know you found it is that a good question I think that's the only question how will I know I found it and if you find it and you don't know what it looks like you're going to keep looking why because you don't know what it looks like and people think the kingdom of God is some esoteric ethereal thing but the kingdom of God is actually very practical I yield my life to God as The Sovereign king of my life okay so God's in control of my hand he's in control of my mouth he's in control of my feet he's control of my mind he's control of my eyes so I yield my life to God as a sovereign king of my life and then when I yield to God he makes me the king of my thing he makes me the king over the assignment for which he created me and I get to rule over that assignment with authority as long as I'm yielded to God and then I use the assignment that God has made me King over to serve the people that cross my path so what is the kingdom of God please God serve people it's so simple please God serve people but we we we we're so consumed with and so concerned with what am I going to get out of this deal that we don't do it long enough to get what we can only get by doing that we abandon we do it well I tried that no this is not a thing you try this is a way of life this is not this is not a this is not a split test this is a way of life okay and so please God serve people um how do I know this well the scripture tells us in Romans chapter 14 it says the kingdom of God is Not meat and drink why does it say it's not meat and drink because meat and drink are physical so the kingdom of God is Not physical what is it it's righteousness peace and joy in the Holy Ghost righteousness is when um I I yield to God in my example in other words I'm doing the thing I'm an example of what God Said do be um be followers of God as de dear children follow that word followers is imitators so I yield to God in my example I yield my life to God in my example I'm doing righteousness righteousness is me yielding to God in my example okay um that's why the Bible says then shall men see your let your light so shine before men that they may see your good works and glorify your father which is in heaven because they know them good works didn't come from you right okay so then righteousness peace what's peace peace is when I yield to God in my um in my experience I have peace because even though there's a storm because yeah the storm is a big storm but God is the god of the sea and he's the god of the wind he's the god over the storm so the storm may be over me but it's not over the God that's over me so I have peace in the midst of the storm and then lastly is um when I yield to God in my expression joy in the Holy Ghost that means I'm my expression is an expression of Joy why because the spirit of God gives us joy by reminding us that we are in the presence of the king and in his presence is fullness of joy you see how this all works together it's not some new thing okay and then lastly the perpet of the perpetuation of wealth this is the last one we're going to talk about the power so we talked about the power of the principles of wealth we talked about the power of the precepts of wealth now we're going to talk about the power of the perpetuation of wealth how do we perpetuate our wealth because I believe that it is our responsibility to perpetuate our wealth but my the Bible says lay not for yourselves treasur upon the Earth where moth and rust of the corrupt and thieves do breakthrough and steel that's right but lay for yourselves treasured in heaven where neither moth nor R do corrupt nor thieves breakr in Ste that's exactly what it says lay not up for key word yourselves Treasures upon the Earth I'm not laying up Treasures upon the Earth for myself I'm laying up Treasures upon the Earth for my children and my grandchildren why because God said so I'm not going to take all the wealth I I read a book recently that says you should do this um take all your wealth at the end of your life and then just give it all away well I'm not going to do that I'm going to make yeah I'm going to give it all way to my children my grandchildren why so that they don't have to start from scratch and the work that we are doing as a part of our mission and a part of our purpose for being on this Earth that mission is funded in perpetuity so I'm not no I'm not going to give all my wealth to Bill Gates or some Foundation somewhere who who doesn't believe what I believe and don't know what I know and don't believe in God's principle no I'm going to why because the scripture says a good man leaves an inheritance to his children's children I want to make sure I don't leave my children or my grandchildren inherent heritag less inheritance less without an inheritance y'all know what I mean okay so so how do we perpetu what's the power to perpetuate wealth the power to perpetuate wealth is through intention we first have to intend to perpetuate wealth I have to set that as part of my intention so one of the reasons that I created wealth and desired to create wealth for a very long time time was so that I can perpetuate wealth to my children now all of us would like it if our parents would do like like here's the American way you're 18 get out my get out of my house go figure it out right you can go to college I'll pay I'll help you pay for it or I'll pay for it but once you get out of college you're on your own that's not the biblical way Isaac lived in Abraham's house when he was 40 how long do you live there until he got married why because God said then shall a man leave leave his father and mother and cleave unto his wife and they twain shall be one flesh oh God's plan is for the children to leave home when they get married but we that's not how we do it in America now it's also God's plan for the children to receive an inheritance when they get married not when they not when the parents die when they get married how do I know that because that's when Isaac re like it's a it's a Biblical pattern and the scripture says yeah but I don't believe that means money I believe that when the go when the Bible says that uh good man leaves inheritance children children's children just talking about a spiritual Heritage well you can make that up if you want to but I get the interpretation of the Bible from the Bible and here's what it says house and riches are the inheritance of fathers and a Prudent Wife is from the Lord so to me it seems like God is saying it is my responsibility for me to provide my children with a house and with riches wow that's something especially when you haven't even figured out how to create house and riches for yourself can I get away and all I'm saying I'm not that doesn't make you a bad person it just makes you a person who until now maybe you weren't aware right this is something that I've been focused on doing for a long time and I don't I I it's God's plan is never God's plan for his children for their children to start from scratch when they be when they start their life off all of us would have loved for our parents to have given us a house and some riches when we got started can I get a witness we're my people right that would have been a great way to get started but since that didn't happen for you why don't you make it happen for your children as my good friend Dr Sonia stribling says you may not come from a wealthy family but make sure a wealthy family comes from you so uh through intention how do I intend to do it Ephesians chapter 5 verse 16 see that you walk circumspectly as wise circumspectly means wisely see that you work walk circumspectly as wise not as fools doing what Redeeming the time because the days are evil the word redeem means to buy back the word it it means to buy back to buy up to rescue from loss and to improve opportuni so I'm supposed to use my money to buy back my time to rescue it from loss and to improve my opportunity that's what the Bible is telling me to do with my money how do I buy back my time by paying somebody to cut my grass by paying so not because I'm too bougie and I might be a little bit too booie to cut grass but that's not why I'm I was being funny when I said that I gu y'all didn't get it okay anyway not because not because I'm too bougie to cut grass but because that gives me more time to spend with my family I pay somebody to clean the pool why because that gives me more time to spend with my family I pay somebody to wash my car why that giv me more time to spend with my family I pay somebody to clean my house why because I I pay somebody to cook my food why because I'm buying back my time and see we have been taught As Americans that what we should do is use a whole bunch of time to make or save a little bit of money so we're actually doing is we're using our money we're using our time to buy money When God Says use your money to buy time we're doing the exact opposite of what God says to do and we're wondering why it's not working for us God you're not going to come up with a better idea than God himself okay hashtag just say so so Redeeming the time that's how we set Our intention okay what am I doing in my life right now that's taking so much of my time because I'm not good at it and I don't like to do it and it just takes a lot of time can I pay somebody to do that for me one day a week and use the time that it frees up to go be productively proactive are youall tracking okay so um so so I I perpetuation through intention but that's not enough I have to also perpetuate wealth through instruction it is my job not just to intend to leave my children wealth but it also have to instruct them on what to do with that wealth and a part of the instruction for instructing children what to do with wealth is not giving them money when they're children I remember when one I heard one of my kids say we're rich I said yall ain't Rich me and your mom Rich there's a difference now when my children were young I did not give them money I gave them opportunities to work with us and earn money oh when my children didn't want to work with me guess what I let them do I let him go work for somebody else so they can find out how hard it is oh and how much those people that you going to work for don't care right and so I created an environment that allowed them to learn the lessons that only life can teach them but we also taught them my my we my wife and I we taught them and we taught them by our example and we taught them through our expression the scripture says um in Deuteronomy chapter 5 it says um this book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth but Thou shalt meditate therein day and night that thou May has observe to do according to all that is written therein and thou shalt diligently teach thy children when you sit in your house when you walk by the way when you lie down and when you rise up you'll bind them as a sign upon your hands you'll bind them as frontlets between your eyes and write them on the post of your house and on your Gates like teaching your children is an active daily responsibility and when you teach them you don't just teach them through expression you teach them through expression and example because more is caught than taught and then the perpetuation of wealth through Investments using income to turn into assets so I'm going to teach you a little game that I play financially so y'all can play the same game or not it's up to you um at first when you first start building a business you build a business to generate massive active income and then you want to produce what people call massive passive income but there's no such thing as passive income it's actually deferred income like we call passive is not really passive I'm doing the work now but it's paying me later right so it's deferred income it's not passive like even selling books like we sell boss moves this book usually makes us between you know 30 and 70,000 a month it's a little down this month I think last time I looked at it was 18,000 but or 16,000 or whatever it doesn't matter but this book generally makes us 30 to 70,000 a month this book makes us about a half a million dollars a year which is cool it's not passive though it's like it's deferred I wrote the book in 2021 but I get paid on the book now but it's not totally passive why because I have to pay somebody to print the books that's has to be done and then when somebody buys the book I have to pay somebody to go find the order address the envelope put the book in the envelope and then send out the book so it's not passive it's it's deferred income but anyway so so I but my objective is to create massive amounts of earned income and then to take a large part of that earned income and invest it in things that are going to give me investment income so I'm going to turn that into deferred income in real estate turn that into deferred income through Business Systems turn that into deferred income by investing maybe in stocks and then writing covered calls on those stocks and then receiving dividend payments from those stocks so what I'm doing the objective is to like build this is the game I play you build up this really really really massive active and deferred income and then you invest and then you invest so intentionally that eventually your investment income production outruns your active and deferred income that you do from your work so I want to get to the place in my life where the money my money makes me is larger than the money that I make me oh that makes sense so now I have both time and money together that's how we use our investment income to create wealth but once that's all done may I suggest that there is no there there so don't get to the point where you think okay now that I've arrived I can forget about God well you know I was really smart with my investments and I bought the right real estate at the right time and the right stocks at the right time and capitalized on XYZ opportunities right time and I smart enough to see this trend don't forget the Lord your God for it is he that gives you the power to get wealth and I'd Rather Be A god-made Millionaire and the word millionaire is not in the Bible like that's just a term people think of when they think of
